Excellent service. My dealer just did an oil change and said my brakes were okay. Yet have been hearing the brakes grinding on the rotors. Omar at Tire Kingdom was the consummate professional and helped me get my car serviced and my brakes replaced. So happy! Ashley came in with great support to keep me updated on the status of my repair. Not all locations are the same so make sure that you go to THIS Tire Kingdom.

I ended up needing a quick tire repair as I was only in FLL for work. They got me in right away, repaired the tire and got me on my way. Overall very professional and great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Tire kingdom is my go to place for quick service. I ve gotten my tires replaced here and today I walked in without an appointment for a nail in my tire which they patched up within an hour. Giacomo is the best! He s always super helpful and professional.

Went there at 4:40pm just to be informed that since they close in 20 minutes, they wouldn't be able to help me with a nail in my tire. Now not only is that mind blowing in itself, but the representative referred to me as bro. Now as a business owner who operates a brick and mortar operation, apart from salaries, I'm certain there are inherent fixed expenses that Tire Kingdom incurs which encourage the business to welcome every paying customer, and maximize the time of operation so as to cover these expenses and overhead. Customer service issues aside, this company is very unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend it to anyone I know.

From the moment I walk in, I was greeted with a smile by Ashley, the front desk associate. She assures me that my car will be done with the hour. I kid you not, it was done within 40 minutes. The friendliness by the staff members as well as the knowledge the associate provided for a better experience with my car beats the rest. As a woman going to an auto shop alone, I did not feel uncomfortable at all. They assured me I was at the right place and I did not feel like I was going to be taken advantage. Thank you tire kingdom for making this a painless experience and taking care of me to the fullest extent from the start to finish. All within the hour! If I can give 10 stars I would!

The customer service here is exceptional! They were able to help me patch a tire that had a nail inside, within minutes. The Gentlemen in the front desk were friendly, respectful and helpful! All-in-all I've been coming here since 2012 and will continue to come here!

My experience with Ashley has been a really good one. She has always been professional and attentive to the clients coming in. Greeting and letting them know she will be with them as soon as possible. Has a good personality. I enjoy coming in and being helped and hope she can help me out.Definitely recommend going in and getting your car service there.

Omar took care of us, he fixed the giant bolt I got in my tire within the hour with a patch! The whole staff at this location was super nice, and fast too, we got services as soon as we walked in the door!

Tire Kingdom is a unit! This is the first time I ve ever been here, and I can easily say that I trust this company and will be coming back! Staff is super knowledgeable and provide excellent deals and service! I m super pleased with my experience today! They found a nail in my tire and replaced it on a last-minute notice! They also rotated my tires and made sure that my car was in top shape! Easy 5/5 stars!

Jack at Tire Kingdom is AMAZING! I came to Tire Kingdom with an emergency - and on a holiday no less - and Jack went above and beyond to help me get back on the road safely. Too many times I ve felt shorted or lied to by other car repair places, but both Jack and the mechanic were honest and upfront about what was going on with my car. They had me back on the road in no time. Thank you Jack and everyone at Tire Kingdom for the wonderful experience!

I have to say. It s a great departure from previous. Ms Ashley was phenomenal. I was under an emergency and needed a tire fix he expedited the process, to ensure than I made it to my apporintmemt. Other places would have not cared but she owned it and I have to say I am coming back for any other services. It is a plus they are next to my phone. She earn a customer for life!

Ashley has provided me with the greatest service. I ve had a flat tire since yesterday and it has been very difficult to find help in other tire places. I called this location and felt very comfortable bringing it in to Ashley and Jorge. This will be my designated store from now in because of them :)

I ve been coming here for years to service my personal and work vehicles and I can only rely on 3 people to get things done right starting with the inside with Jack then the mechanics Tony & Joseph no one else. Since it was bought out by Mavis it has declined Today I watched one employee come in the front door clock in go back out to his car and get ready for work to then return in 30 min to finally start work It s sad to see this happen especially since the price of all the services are going up

Had an appointment and it still was time consuming (I came early for an appointment and was there for 2 hours and 30 minutes). It was initially believed I could get a patch but then it was changed to me needing a new tire. I wish they would have been more clear on the service needed so the charges of the new tire would not have caught me off guard. The representatives seemed friendly at first but as time when on I felt ignored and needed to check in with them for updates.

Great staff !!! Always take care pf my cars. O don t go to dealer anymore because they give me great prices and good work in a short time! Definitely recommend.
