Kevin was the gentleman we worked with. He had the patience of a saint showing us all options available to us. Found us a great Subaru in our budget. Kevin was up front did not try to up sale us. A 10 out of 5, My first Subaru purchase and what a pleasure it was to deal with this dealership. We were lucky to get Ms. Merva Jackson, they were so accommodating and helpful, just a delight to deal with everyone there, Sales, finance and Insurance. Amazing service and did I mention quick?If you are buying a Subaru this is the place to go, I went to three different Subaru dealers and even though this was NOT the closest to me, it is the place to buy from. Make sure to ask for Ms. Merva Jackson, they are not pushy, just give you the info take you on the test drive and let you do your thing. No pressure, it was great!

The sales process was smooth and easy. Alex Caballero, my sales consultant from whom I bought a few other cars, continues to be the highlight of the experience. He is more like a friend and less like a Salesman. He shows you the car, educates you about the features, answers questions about the vehicle honestly even if the answers showcase the fact that the car isn't perfect. He is not pushy, lets you take your time making a decision, and provides good service even after the sale helping you with other things ( arranging service and getting swag for the vehicle)Financing and insurance departments was also quick and smooth. Had a couple of minor wrinkles in the prep of the vehicle, but Alex is helping me straighten them out.Overall I'm very happy with Subaru of Pembroke pines, both of the sales process and later on through the service department as well.

I recently purchased my first Subaru from Marcelo at Pembroke pines Subaru. Working with Marcelo was a pleasant surprise from what I'm used to at a dealership. He was knowledgeable, patient and most of all, no pushy. My entire experience was excellent and I would recommend both Marcelo and Pembroke pines Subaru.

Just picked up a 2024 Outback Wilderness from Subaru of Pembroke Pines. Excellent service from start to finish. Dirk Perdrix handled the sale and was professional, courteous and helpful. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership from sales,financing,service,parts,administration and management were stellar. Well done !

On September 30, we were in the Subaru dealership where we leased a new Subaru Ascent. We were guided with great service by Manuel Gonzalez-Manny and other helpful employees who helped us with the financing process, We are very pleased with the new car. IT is very safe, luxurious, and comfortable. I recommend Manny.

I've had multiple experiences with this dealer, good and bad. I'm a true loyal subaru customer. Not because of the dealer but the quality of the car. I can say these last few days have been my best experience. Mike, the salesperson, was amazing and not pushy at all, and George in service has excellent customer service.

Although I was not able to get the vehicle, I wanted to commend Yosmar s dedication and care for customers like myself. Truly, it was a pleasure getting to meet such an honest and genuine salesman. He went out of his way multiple times to make something work. The manager was also extremely helpful and kind as well. If anyone is looking to get a Subaru I d highly recommend this dealership and to request Yosmar.

The sales and support people at Subaru of Pembroke Pines are friendly, professional, and transparent in their communications. It is not the typical high-pressure car, sales experience, rather a mutual discussion about how to meet the needs of the customer.Kerry Barnett was my sales rep. He showed me the car I was interested in, explained the different trims and options, and patiently answered all my questions. He promptly followed up with me as we moved through the buying process, keeping me updated on the status of the car. Outstanding experience. Yosmar and Kerry were outstanding and made the process from inquiry, test drive, and purchase a real pleasure. The star of the day though, was Glenn in finance. He explained everything in detail for my daughter, as it was her car and her first experience with buying a car. We can t recommend the dealership and its staff highly enough.

Sales process was relatively easy, however the finance guy presented all documents to be signed too fast without explaining in detail each document. Sales person was very polite. I bought a 2021 used as is Toyota Corolla with initial inspection ok, after I left dealer front bumper got loose and they told me car was sold as it is and dealer is not responsible. I wonder if they knew about it performed a quick repair.

Kerry Barnett at Subaru of Pembroke Pines is the most professional and caring salesperson I ve ever encountered. He is honest, empathetic and a great listener who connects immediately with his customers and walks on their shoes. Kerry went above and beyond to get us the best deal on our 2024 Subaru Ascent and his friendly relationship did not end up with the sales. He ensures customer satisfaction all the way. Subaru of Pembroke Pines is the place to go. They really roll out the red carpet for you. What an amazing experience!!!

Great customer serviceThey made the purchasing process simple. My only feedback is once the car came in it felt a bit rushed to get out, but other than that it was an overall great experience. Being a single woman I appreciated the respect they gave me and the fact that they didn t play games or try to hustle me with extras, which many other dealers have tried in the past. I would highly recommend buying from Subaru of Pembroke Pines again.

After going to many car dealerships (including other Subaru) we landed in Pembroke Pines with Kevin and Eric.Kevin showed a refreshing view of an honest car salesman, he went over all the options and the trims, explained the payments structure, and was a true professional.From Kevin at the entrance, to the GM everyone were extremely nice and hospitable.We got a Subaru Forester that we're very happy with.

I have been a loyal Honda driver for 30 years and before that a Volkswagen fan originally from the Philippines. I started checking out Subaru Crosstrek Premium and began liking it. Julio Campos from Subaru of Pembroke Pines went out of his way to welcome me and didn t badger me in selling me my new sapphire blue pearl Crosstrek premium. He gave me the opportunity to hear the optionals on the car but honored my decisions. He and his assistant Randy were very courteous in texting or calling that I felt very comfortable and not harried at all. The staff I met there are all nice and seem to be liking their work place.
