My service writer Roger Ramsikoon is extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional. He has taken such good care of me and my F150. This relationship has endured for years. I simply could not be more pleased with my experience at Pines Ford s Service Department, thanks to Roger, his management team, and the veteran mechanics that work so hard to keep my 2005 Truck running smoothly with over 222,000 miles. Thank you Pines Ford! You truly understand what customer service is all about.

I visited Pines Ford for the first time on Tuesday, February 12th and couldn t be more pleased! My appointment with Joe Abraham - and my recall issue - was handled in a very timely and professional manner. The shuttle provided was greatly appreciated (as I had thoughtI would be camping out there for 3-4 hours) and my driver, Whirly, was exceedingly courteous and a very cautious driver. Since my first Ford in 1995, my experience continues to be exceptional; with the vechicle, the service - and most certainly the people - who are really the ones who make Ford work every day!

False marketing !! I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change service that clearly states 29.95 for the works oil change. I presented the coupon before checking my car in and was told to give it to the cashier before checking out. Upon checking out and getting my bill I was charged 54.27 less 20.00. I was told that there price had gone up for the service and that was all that could be discounted. The coupon expires on 5/19/2019 and clearly states 29.95 as the price for the service that was performed. I spoke to the manager MR. Robert Guzman who informed me that it was a national AD campaign ( even though it specifically states Pines Ford Lincoin Quick lane Service). The offer even came with his name on it. The price had gone up and restriction may apply. The service that was performed was exactly what is stated on the coupon. This was completely fraudulently on Pines Ford Lincoln part.The marketing flyer that was sent to me ( listed my name) was an attempt to regain my business " We haven't seen you since 10/13/17 ". Do you wonder why I stopped coming to your service center which is only five minutes away and travel over thirty minutes to another Ford location.Your service manager Robert Guzman needs training in dealing with people.I bought my car brand new three years ago from Pines Ford Lincoin and this how the company treats their customers!!Never got a response!!!

Quick Lane over three hours is far too long for an oil change. I have used Ford s regular service department for an oil change and major work and been out in a shorter time. Will go back to the regular service lanes. Quick is not what the quick lane offers.

The wait time can be very unpleasant. Even when you make appointments it doesn't matters you can wait for hours. After service my emotions almost made me regret my visit. But they did a great job on my MKZ Lincoln.

Went for a oil change. I was told an hour to an hour and a half wait. After an hour and 20 minute wait I went and asked for an update and was told around another 45 minutes. I have other tbings todo then sit and wait almost 3 hrs for an oil change. Note I was under the impression this was a quick lane.

"Your appointment time doesn't mean we'll work on your car at that time"... that's what the lady said to me just now when I showed up for my appointment at that quick lane at Pines Ford, which already has an F at the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible scheduling. Im not sure if management changed or what but its not as quick and efficient as it was several years ago. I recommend shopping for service at other dealerships.

Very poorly educated people regarding customer service. Their employees have a level of arrogance not worthy of this company. I like Ford but I don't recommend going to this Ford branch.Gente muy mal educada respecto a atencion al cliente. Sus empleados estan con un nuvel de arrogancia no digno de esta compa�ia. Me gusta la Ford pero no recomiendo asistir a esta sucursal de Ford.
