STAY AWAY FROM Pines Lincoln Service, gave us an estimate of more than 13 thousand dollars, money that my insurance paid them, we left the car while they ordered the parts at the beginning of October, from there the nightmare began, there was always an excuse with some part that did not arrive, They kept us like this until February, we demanded the car even if it was not repaired since because of having to wait so long we had to buy a new car, after spending around $2000 dollars on car rental, when we demanded that they give us the car, after fighting for a while, they release that car to us without the rear sensors working or the door and NOT being able to open and closing electrically in other words, NOT working. What were they doing all this time with my car?????? We had to take it back, we did it more than 3 times until they finally said that it was another part that was failing, we have been waiting for 3 weeks for the magic part to arrive, but, never the less, they are saying that it maybe not be that one, it may be something else that they still don't know what it is, and that they have to order another one, that will make us wait even more months. Today my husband called, and they did not return his call, we are desperate now after 7 months where they have not repaired our car and they continue to make a thousand excuses.Don't make any kind of deal with them!!!!!

I am very pleased with the service provided. The team did an excellent job servicing my car, and their generosity in delivering it to my house was greatly appreciated. I always choose Pines Lincoln for these reasons.

My MKZ was recalled for a possible defective brake hose. Pines Lincoln arranged to have it replaced outside my home. David the service technician showed up the next day at 8am and completed the job an hour later. I am very satisfied with Pines Lincoln customer service and will continue to call them for my future service needs.

Took my Navigator to the dealer because my car would suddenly shut off. The service guy Peter told me that they would look at it that afternoon or the following day. Three days later and no one called. I called to no avail. Finally Peter called late in the third days informing me the fuel pump was bad cost to repair $1,500.00 I picked the the Navigator after 4 days. I drove it to Kendall Lincoln where it hey scanned my Navigator while I waited and told me it was a 5 Pin Relay that went bad. $215.00 and I was out the door in less that two hours. Not happy with Pines Lincoln. I am now in the middle to purchasing a New Aviator from Kendall Lincoln. You guys lost my business. Never again with you guys. Sorry but you need to review your service personnel.

Although I did not lease my Lincoln from Pines Lincoln, I used the Service Department due to the convenient location. I will continue to do all future services at Pines because the Service Advisor Neil was EXCELLENT!!! His attention to my needs and concerns was personable, yet very professional. He made sure the Service Technician addressed every maintenance item and concern I had and returned my vehicle clean and timely. The service has gone down hill since covid. Took my car in on Monday for service issues and service engine light being on. I explained to Nido the "service adviser" what I was experiencing and what I EXPECTED to be done to my vehicle which included the recall as well. So Monday brought vehicle in service center and paid for rental because I thought I would've had my vehicle back no later than Wednesday. Nido called me later that evening on Monday letting me know the cost. I decided not to go with all the repairs because the labor alone was over and beyond. So I advised him to just do the oil change and fix the recall issue. Tuesday no call, Wednesday no call, Thursday I called 4 times and left voice-mails. Called again Thursday right after 5 p.m before he left to go home for the day and was finally able to get in contact with him. He advised me that the oil change was completed and they were finishing up on the recall(not the case because NOTHING WAS DONE). Friday I called him again because he wasn't calling me and letting me know the update with my vehicle, for him to tell me it should be completed and he will call me. Went in this Monday( to return the rental because it had been a week now) to pickup vehicle, decided to check oil and fluids because I have had issues in the past with fluids not being top off. Oil changed never completed, tires not rotated, and fluids not even touched and complimentary car wash out the window with the rest. Was not even advised as in to why the service engine light was on but paid for the diagnostic. Be careful when visiting this service center and if you can check your service before driving off. The mechanic(wish I knew his name) is NOT completing the work that is being paid for.

Went to Pines Lincoln for the first time and was very disappointed. Came in for an oil change and mentioned something wrong with my car. Peter (the service advisor) said he didn t have time to do a diagnostic check. It was 2pm. A service department can always make time for a diagnostic check even if the repairs have to be done another day. He was impatient. Used profanity with my husband.The positive is that the service didn t take long and we were offered an Uber if we needed to go back home.Going back one more time because at least so far the service manager Joel has been pleasant to get the problem with my car resolved.I traded in my BMW for my Lincoln and already miss the customer service from BMW. Praying for better future customer at Pines since it is close by my home.

I received a letter grom Lincoln Corporation that there is a recall on my 2015 Lincoln MKC. The letter stated that my car could burst into flames all by itself, even if its not turned on. It stated to not even park my car near other cars, do not park the car near my home. The letter also stated that the parts are not available yet for the repair, but I should take car to the closest dealership and they will have a loaner for me. I called Pines Lincoln many times and finally someone called me back. The girl on the phone said there are no loaners, there is no danger in driving my car, parking it near my house, or other cars. I believe the letter from corporate more than I believe a young girl who answers phone calls and tells me the manager is not in today. A few days later, after I called Pines Lincoln three more times. A service writer called me and said when they get the parts in they will call me. I am still waiting for a call back.

Peter is great. In top of my case. Not happy with Lincoln. They sold me a car with water roof leak problem, and this is been going since I got the car. Of course my cost but the service is excellent.

Pine's Lincoln was extremely professional and helpful when my car was in service. I used another Lincoln dealership over the past 2 years of having my Lincoln and the service was disappointing and difficult. Pines Lincoln has definitely changed my opinion of Lincoln's customer service. They helped me secure a loaner and the entire process was friendly and seamless. They fixed a problem which I thought was just a little nuisance. They had to take out the whole engine, fix the cam phaser, fix the transmission, and all was done seemlessly along with a solid loaner car. No hassle, all taken care of, good communication with the head mechanic person. My car runs like new! Very happy with service, esp compared to the horrible treatment at Doral s, which they never fixed the issue (I had to bring it to Pines to get it done right once and for all).Services: Transmission, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Transmission repair, Auto maintenance
