Stay away from these guys! No quality control at all. Went in for recalls and a leak. First time told it was done , passenger footwell carpet was wet and moldy and all buttons on left side of steering wheel no longer worked. 2nd time was told it was done, no leak test was done after new carpet and there were addtl leaks found after I asked them to retest. After 3 weeks at dealership asked for my truck back and find broken clips in the frunk as well as the tailgate.

IT WAS STOLEN FROM PINES FORD!We brought our 2020 Ford Explorer ST in for service. I gave them the keys told him what I needed done listen to their recommendations. They drove my car away. Seven days later I got a text message saying that they can t find my car and that they are looking for it. They check their security cameras, and they saw someone walk up to the car get in it and drive away. Where was security? What is the point of having cameras if they can just walk into your lot and take a vehicle as if it was unlocked with the keys in it? The GPS system was disarmed before they even got into the vehicle so it makes me suspect as well as many others that it was an inside job they could easily have duplicated the key there at the dealer. The guy was on the phone talking to someone as he was going up and down the aisle, until he finally stopped at my car walked over, got in it and drove away, this happened the day before so it was missing for almost 24 hours before they notified me the police found it in Miramar Florida. They had stolen the wheels and tires broken the rear panel to disable. GPS stole the spare tire in the jack and all the equipment back there and left it in the parking lot of a hotel. I contacted the dealership and spoke to the service manager. They told me I have to claim it on my insurance and take the hit. I have a $1000 deductible and now my vehicle is a theft recovery. It shows on the Vin and it has a police report that drops the value of my vehicle at least $5000 which will make it hard to trade in or sell later on if a mechanic was driving my vehicle on a road test and got into an accident they would have to cover it. This is no different. They could easily do the right thing request me to bring the car back they can order all the missing parts install them look the car over to make sure there s no other damage and give it back to me without making me file a claim on my insurance, but they refused to cooperate. They deny responsibility and now I m finding out that there have been other car stolen on their lot as well so they are negligent with our vehicles when they brought in for service. This is a large dealership. I thought it would be a good choice to have our car serviced. I am telling anyone and everyone my story, and what happened to me so that they can be warned the police are investigating and they believe they have a suspect I would want you to go to a different dealer, and I would warn you to put some sort of tracking device on your car because they knew exactly how to disable to GPS and it was done before this guy even got into the car. This is bad. This is not the way a long time Ford owner should be treated.

Waiting on a diagnostic report on my car right now. Dropped it off on 3/21 @7am for 945am set appointment. Got one text saying they woud keep me updated. Waiting now to see if they are timely since they are definitely not worried about my transportation needs.

How can I give a negative star review??? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! My car has a Ford Protect Extended Warranty and they have kept my car over two months now!! Every day, I check in for an update and if I am lucky enough to get a response - it s one excuse after another, eitherthat they are backed up, someone is sick, someone quit, a part isn t there, a part needs to be re-ordered!!! All I have gotten is excuses and false promises!! As much as I love my car, I will NEVER buy another ford!!

Roger Ramkisson is the best service advisor, hands down!! He has always been the one to service our Ford Explorer, never an issue and greets me promptly when I have a service appointment. His is always professional, friendly and efficient! In my opinion, Roger makes Pines Ford service the best place to take your Ford for service. Also want to note that all the employees there always greet me with help and a smile too. Great place!!

Terrible Customer Service!!!! If I bring my vehicle in for major recall service, I should be provided a loan vehicle. Service agent told me they needed to keep my vehicle for 2-3 days, then gave me the runaround about if he had loans available or if he would give me one. I have already filed a complaint with Ford and reported this issue via my recall notice. Unbelievable!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

I m beyond frustrated and disappointed at the type of customer service you get at Pines Ford Service. Why even set up an appointment so they later tell you it will take 7-10 days to look at your car. Then Roger the service advisor tells me they Won t provide a loaner during the time period. So worthless to pay for an extended warranty if you are going to be treated like this.Update: I called a different dealership they told me I have the premium extended warranty and I can get a loaner. So why didn t Pines Ford take the time to explain this ..

Worst service ever, very unprofessional service department,I made an appointment two weeks to ago to check the transmission on my Heavy duty f250 that it has been makingba clunking noice, The service tech they assigned happens to be off on Mondays, I took the dsy off just to take my truck to the dealer, somewhere tech that assisted me said that it would be 3 weeks before they can even look at my truck, He said they didn't have any loaners also didn't offer any alternatives, basically if I didn't like it I can go somewhere else attitude, This is not the kinda of service one would expect to receive from a Ford dealer, it was my first time at Ford of Pembroke Pines and the Last.

Marco Garcia exceeded my expectations as a service advisor. Prior to setting my appointment with him my experiences, were not the greatest. He turned that around for me, He was patient with all my questions & took the time to listen to my concerns, explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle and delivers what he promises. I have been dealing with Kenny Gilman since I purchased my Ford back in May of 2019 from Pines Ford.All of my appointments for oil changes, tire purchase, tire rotations, brake rotors and wheel alignments have been through him directly.Kenny's level of service is outstanding and admirable. He has always gone above and beyond for me. I took my car in for an oil change to Quick Lane; as I explained to the service writer that I also wanted my tires rotated, she pointed out that the tread was especially worn on a couple of the tires. It was much worse on one more than the other. I was surprised as the car has not quite 31000 miles on it. I agreed to replacing all the tires. I m kind of sorry that I didn t take some time to go home and do research on tire types and prices, because I want to make sure that I am getting the best tire for Florida driving conditions at the best possible price. That is not a complaint; that is my weakness or laziness as a consumer; meaning, since I was already there, of course it s easier to get everything done at once. The service writer was helpful, patient, personable and informative. She applied whatever coupons she could and took care of filing the tire rebate for me. The entire area for service, including the driveway and the area of the service writers desk, is always clean and well lit. The service writers are always attentive. I ve been servicing many Fords there for many years now, and these attributes are always consistent. Not sure what the point of an appointment is when you show up and say there's a ton of cars in front of you and you have over a 3-hour wait. If it's first-come first-serve then tell me that when I'm making an appointment days in advance.

So, you make an appointment well in advance to get your vehicle worked on only to be advised you have to leave your car for a very ill defined period of time. They over book appointments, make people feel like something is being done but, it's just parked out back while they tend to other cars..... that were also overbooked!You're then told you can rent a car at the "convenient" on-site Hertz rental location. They tell you the dealer has an agreement with Hertz for $40.00 a day. If you add insurance and/or any other item it's additional.If you go to the Hertz rental online site for reservations, you find out the same vehicle goes for $24.31 a day, plus any extras.Makes you wonder why the difference if all this is for "customers conveniece", why do we pay more for the same rental?The dealer then tells you they will not look at your vehicle if its not on premises, even though it's just parked on the back lot for days, at times, waiting.So, we either leave our vehicle at the dealer and forcibly rent a car from the convenient onsite Hertz location at an increased cost or figure something else out. This is borderline extortion!One can only assume the dealer is keeping the Hertz location in business or getting kickbacks from Hertz. Maybe the Hertz rental and car dealer are owned by the same person. Either way, heck of a scam!

I had my car serviced recently here. My Service Advisor Jonathan D. was great. After realizing that I just didn't need an oil change, but also had to get some important, additional work done on my vehicle such as an alignment, a couple of tires, and tire rods replaced, Jonathan D. was excellent, in explaining to me the diagnostic results, the estimated costs and choices I had, to make a decision. They had my car for 2 days to diagnose a rear backup camera issue. Although the system was up to date and this has not worked in the past, they still just ran a software update. This did not fix the problem. They also did not offer a loaner vehicle for a problem under warranty.

They're overall, pretty good. My main reason for taking my truck to the shop was excellently resolved. However, the texting feature that was introduced to me sounded great at the time, but I never got a response whenever I used the feature. Today, I responded to the Pines Ford Service Department with my 2022 Ford Mustang GT, which is making a whining noise, almost sounding as if the car has a supercharger. As, I entered the service department I was directed to a service writer who eventually identified himself as Marco Garcia. I began to inform him of the annoying whining noise that I had been hearing. Not being a mechanic, I could only describe the noise as a pulley or belt issue. Mr. Garcia and I walked to my car and he asked me to start it. After being started, Mr. Garcia acknowledged the noise and thought that this annoying noise was normal. I explained to him that I had just traded in my 2021, 6 speed Ford Mustang, for my 2022, automatic Ford Mustang. My 2021, did not make that noise at all. I asked if there was a 2022 GT in the service area, where he could compare, just to see if this was just a 2022 issue with the mustangs, but that was not an option. When I asked if this could be an emission tune issue from Ford, as the 2022 models have 10 horsepower less, Mr. Garcia did not even know what I was talking about. What surprised me, was that Mr. Garcia wrote my issue off and told me, "I won't even write this up and waste my mechanic's time, my time, and your time". I could not believe how unprofessional and the lack of empathy for my issue. He then told me to go to a car club and talk to other mustang owners with 2022(s) and see if they have the same issue and come back if the problem persists. What a first impression of this place, Wow! I left in shock and drove 30 minutes, out of my way, to Sawgrass Ford Service Department. When I arrived, they immediately greeted me and addressed my concern. It was now 8:30 AM and they were extremely busy. They apologized to me about my experience with Pines Ford and made an appointment for me to ease my concern and try to address my issue. I truly hope that this was an off day for Pines Ford Service Department and thought I would share some constructive criticism with them.

It took 1 week to diagnose the problem, 1 day for me decide whether to repair the car or trade in for a new one, opted to repair. 2+ weeks for the repair. Took car in on Monday at 7:00 AM for routine oil change and to fix the camera. This was the second time they need to fix the camera. Also had to have the boot on the CV joint. Was told that it would be ready by Wednesday or Thursday. I call on Thursday are the service writer told me the it would not be ready for another week. He was rude and said I could pick up the car if I wasn t happy. I tried to speak or leave a message for the manager of the dealership but they would not let me. The service manager stepped in and I was able to pick the car up an Friday afternoon.I m in the market for a new car but I will not purchase it from Pines Ford.Service: Auto maintenance

What is interesting,, I realized after reviewing the receipt. I did not ask for tire rotation. I was expecting the service was free with the plan I have. I was told that it has expired.I have been going to that place for oil change and using my plan.I don't remember having tires rotated,Now that I don't have the plan, they did it, and charged me for it.I only went there for oil change.I was in a rush that morning, and unfortunately I did not question her, Nympha.From a very unhappy customer.Service: Oil change

I only take my Ford truck to Pines ford because the service is always the best! Jordan is the best in the service department. Always friendly and gets the job done. Kenny helped me right away at the service counter with a recall. He provided professional service and followed-up when the parts came in to have my recall completed.

Spoke to them the day before, I was trying to get an appointment that worked with my busy schedule. They re located about a good hour from where i say, I was scheduled for their earliest available time and when I got there I was told their pumps and lift are already broken. Being that they were aware of my appointment and what i needed done. As the bare minimum, it would have been nice to be notified like most companies in similar situations do. I would ve waited or went somewhere else, Instead i was told call back in an hour and maybe they ll be working as if I m gonna make the drive again.
