Body work was done well and fast as a part of an insurance claim. I did not have a choice on where I could get my body work done. BUT it seems they don t really treat your car well while it s there. My car was returned to me dirty and with boot prints on my trim and driver side carpet.As a comparison the Lexus collision center, and the Toyota dealership lay down plastic on the chair and carpet to prevent this. It s not a huge deal but it s the small details that count.Service: Body & Trim

Waste of my time & money. Took my car to repair a bumper & 2 other items related. They collected $500.00 at the appointment date. Every week , I would email to see if I can take the car for repair. There was a part missing in Back order, ever week they never knew when the part was arriving , no estimated dates, nothings. After over a month of nonsense I requested to cancel the fixing of the Bumper as they did not know when part arrives. First said 10% fee for restock and then they said 20% FEE TO RESTOCK.I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE , THEY TAKE YOUR TIME & YOUR MONEY. IF YOU HAVE A LINCOLN , TRY OTHER PLACES.NO MANAGERS ANSWERED MY CONCERNS.

I had my vehicle sent to Pines Ford Collision Center as it was one of the authorized collision centers that my insurance company told me about as I had got into an accident last year December. At first I thought the service was great and they would keep me updated about my vehicle and tell me what is going on but they failed to do that. I would have to call every time to get an update/status of my vehicle and the secretary would say she would have someone call me back at times there would be someone calling me back but most of the times I never received a call back. Just like today I called to get an update on my vehicle as I was told it would be done sometime this week as it was in the paint both when I talked with the person on the phone she stated she would have someone else call me back to give me a status on my vehicle but I never received a call back. Whoever reads these reviews needs to work more on customer service and keep the customers informed and give them an exact day on when their vehicle would be ready not just saying this week or next week.

Okay, so the place it s not horrible. I just would of appreciated a little more transparency. They said my car would be ready in 2 weeks and it turned out to be almost 2 months. I had to take my CSR back 3 times after I got it which also made it very annoying and an inconvenience to me.Other than that, they did a great job with the body shop and the overall car repair. Only reason I don t give them 5 stars was because of what I mentioned first.

It s not too late. Better read this. Had an worst experience, Rey s cool talk won t show up in their work. Told the repair could be in 3 weeks but exceeds with their excuses. Usually others make in 2 weeks. My car interior had an all grease marks very huge and back glass didn t fix well and made the rain water came all over the interior and damaged the interior roof. I was told to get old bumper back after replacing with new Bumper, guess what they told trashed it. I don t believe it and won t answer once you paid the amount. There is no quality check. I have pictures of their poor/ worst work.Service: Body & Trim

ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE OF BUSINESS ALEJANDRA NEED TO FIRED JUST GIVES THE RUN AROUND AND CANT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS JUST SAYS SHELL HAVE SOMEONE CALL YOU BACK DO NOT COME HERE THEY HAD MY BARELY CRASHED CAR FOR 2 MONTHS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY WEEKS AGO NOW THEY KEEP SAYING THEY ARE WAITING ON PARTS WITH NO ETA! THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE REAL DO NOT COME HERE THEY SCAM YOUR INSURANCE FOR PARTS THEY DONT NEED ! I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS ABSOLUETE JOKE!

So far my interaction with Pines Ford Collision has been 1 million times better than the "collision repair shop" we first visited. The staff has been VERY professional and gone out of their way to ensure our car is the repairs of my car is just as important to them as me.

Don't take your car here. If they tell you they have the parts it is not true. Very slow service no call back, nothing. Do not waste your time with this place at all !!!

Once again this Ford dealer shows Ford should revoke them as authorized dealer. I've had my share of issues with this service center before refusing to do warranty work on my mustang. Which when I go to another dealer they warranty it no questions asked. I have rust starting to develop on my 4 year old car. Which Fords warranty states is covered for 5 years. But this body shop says Ford only covers it for 3 years. After proving them wrong with a simple Google search. They refused to take a glance at the car stating I need to make an appointment. So to sum it up. I argued with them for 30 mins. Instead of them just looking at the car which would have taken 5mins. To shut me up they said fine we'll look and send the pics to Ford for approval of warranty. So they looked. Snapped some pics. And I have not heard from them again. They didn't do anything with the pics. This Ford location as a whole is a waste of space and time. I have to go AutoNation Ford in Miami. Or sawgrass Ford instead of the dealer that's 5 mins from my house because these people are the most incompetent. I won't be giving them another chance.

My vehicle was returned to me with a hole in the headliner a dead battery the rear camera and the rear tailgate lock not working rear tailgate cover broken and glued down with some type of epoxy that they poured down into my tailgate trying to hide the fact that they broke the real tailgate cover a white film covers the entire inside of the truck from them having the windows down while they were sanding it and listening to my stereo that's how you get your truck back from Pines Collision Ford Lincoln stay away from the place.Service: Body & Trim

I don t usually write a review but this time I felt it necessary I advise anyone reading this review not to take the car for repair at this collision center even though they are the same as the dealer or supposed to be the same as the dealer their service was horrible and on acceptable they charge $5000 to State Farm for a $3000 job they didn t do it right the first time and my son had to take his car F1 50 back they painted the rims different colors we took it back the second time and they painted two of them darker The door was rattling and they didn t even try to give my son a rental car the second time even though our State Farm insurance covers it all and all horrible service horrible bodywork painters there can t mix colors - I will never take any of our trucks there again and to say I am disappointed is not even close to how we feel !1111
