This was my second purchase from Pines Ford and once again I had a great experience. Rodolfo is awesome. He was very knowledgeable and really helped me get the best deal for my new truck. If you re looking to buy a new Ford you should definitely go see Rodolfo and he will take care of you!

This is my second vehicle at Pines Ford Lincoln. I have used Pedro Martinez both times. I will continue to purchase my vehicles thru him as long as possible. Me and My wife consider him a friend of the family at this point. I think he is a wonderful asset to the dealership and ford motor company.

I purchased a Ford Maverick XLT 2023 through Pines Ford and it was such a great experience. Rodolfo was fantastic throughout the sales process, he answered all my questions and had the truck all ready to go on very short notice. Pablo in finance was also amazing throughout the finance process. He answered all my questions as well and was super helpful. This was my first experience going to a dealership purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Rodolfo at Pines Ford if you are interested in purchasing a Ford vehicle. You will not be disappointed!!!

STOLEN FROM while in for service and we suspect it was an employee that wanted our parts.SO FORD OWNERS - If you love your car go somewhere else! IT WAS STOLEN FROM PINES FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT! THE WORST PART IS HOW THEY ACTED ABOUT IT!! They were rude!!WE trusted them with our EXPLORER STWHEN IT WAS in for warranty REPAIRS AND it was stolen under suspicious circumstances!Someone wanted our parts.Monday, 28 August 2023 IT WAS STOLEN! Someone entered our vehicle and drove away within 3 seconds. How? The GPS WAS DISABLED! A 3rd electronic key was made and so The thief entered the vehicle, started it and drove it away within 3 seconds! GUESS WHAT? WE FOUND OUT A 3rd KEY WAS CREATED AS IT WAS THERE IN FOR SERVICE. See the photo. Please Tell me how would a thief off the street to know that this vehicle (that was parked in a maintenance service area was drivable?) Ge was aware it was ready. He was seen talking on the phone to someone, looking around, until he saw our vehicle. He walked straight over and got in, then drove it away. It shows 3 admin keys now!!I have STRONG reason the believe that Someone working there had made this happen. According to Ford motor company engineering for the Mykey program. You must have at least one key to make another. This was WAY TO EASY! They weren t worried of security, being seen by the cameras. filed a report with Pembroke, Pines Police Department. Obviously, it must have been an inside job. Later it was picked up nearby in Miramar by the Miramar Police Department and recovered. They stole our parts! This model has the ST Street pack including the 21 inch Ford Explorer ST gloss black OEM wheels. Then they stole the spare tire and all the tools in the back. ABOUT $10,000 of stolen parts. We recovered the car and was going to have it towed back to Pines Ford so that they could help us make things right for the theft and a chance for them TO DO THE RIGHT THING. WE ARE NOW VICTIMS OF A CRIME but the SERVICE MANAGERs were so cold and rude. THEY SIMPLY WANTED US TO GO AWAY! I asked them to repair my car and give it back the way we left it.I didn t think it was fair that I would have to file a claim m. The service manager said he wouldn t help us unless we pay for it. He said it wasn t his first rodeo . Told us good luck! They should have jumped at the chance to make things right. Nope! Told me to file a claim and good luck. They Could had ordered the missing parts, inspected and repaired my car, and then gave it back to us at their expense or at least filed an insurance claim fir us since they are bonded and insured. I spoke to one of your service managers and he refused to be cooperative. Get lost attitude. So this is my story, and this is what happened to us I hope it helps. So now I m forced to escalate this. If a mechanic is driving your vehicle when they get into an accident and totaled the car, the dealership would cover that and this is no different. I m curious to see what the judge would say considering they take their cars in for service as well. I want everyone to be aware of this treatment from Pines Ford located in Pembroke Pines, Florida because as it turns out I was told by the police officer that contacted me that my vehicle wasn t the only one stolen from that lot! So now I understand why the Ford service manager was so casual with this conversation, they ve had it many times before! Since this update, I filed a claim on my insurance, I have $1000 deductible and what s worse my vehicle now has a STOLEN - THEFT RECOVERY REPORTED on the CARFAX! The vehicle identification number was used and reported. This reduces the value of the vehicle by thousands of dollars. Sadly we trusted you with our vehicle and this is what we get in return? This is our story, and our statement is what happened to us. Be very cautious with your vehicle when you drop it off for services so you can avoid something like this from happening to you. Because this business doesn t care, they just want to make money. If something happens to your vehicle, something similar will happen to you.

I have purchased many cars throughout the years. This was by far the best experience yet. Guillermo Willie was SO helpful. What a patient salesman! And the sales manager was also incredibly courteous. Willie went above and beyond, truthfully. I have a different dealership considerably closer, but no way. I am so happy I went to Pines. Informative, patient, courteous. Not pushy. Very helpful. And the finance department - another win. Very friendly. Took the time to explain every single number on that contract. I will definitely recommend this dealership!

Bought many cars throughout the years. I have to say this has been my best dealership experience. NO HIDDEN FEES, and I was in and out in LESS THAN 3 HOURS. I have to say it was worth the 30 minute drive and I would definitely buy from them again. Jorge was of great help too!

My salesman George is the greatest. I ve already purchased at least four cars from him and every time is a smooth transaction. He make sure everything is taken care of where all I have to do is come pick up the vehicle. He is absolutely absolutely awesome. I will definitely highly recommend to use, George From Pines Ford Pembroke Pines

I bought a pre-owned 2022 Ford F150 Lariat SuperCrew from this dealer and very happy with the vehicle and overall, how the sale went. I got the deal I proposed without my trade which I sold privately 2 days later. I d like to recognize 3 of the sales team that made the deal happen 1-Marthlene Giamarese, BDC Mgr. who was my first contact when I found the vehicle on the web. She jumped through hoops for me from beginning to end & never lost her cool despite how demanding I was early on.2-George Cabral who was my sales consultant. He showed me the vehicle, all the features, test drive and was a no pressure/easy going salesman who I would buy from again. He was easy to get a hold of on the phone and met or exceeded all my requests. He made sure I got new carpet mats with the truck and had it detailed ready to go upon delivery.3-Lastly, Luis Rivas, the finance mgr., made the paperwork process easy with no stress. The fact that I bought the vehicle for cash with no financing sure helped. But he was very intelligent, knowledgeable, and provided me with a lot of info on extended warranties and how my new tag would be processed & mailed. As for the truck I absolutely love it! It is a big upgrade from my old 2011 Ford F150 FX2. Specifically, the 10-speed transmission, the ride quality, safety features, towing, styling, and comfort is amazing. While I appreciate technology, it is overwhelming to say the least. It has been almost a month and I still can t figure out the Infotainment system and other dash features. These trucks don t come with an owner s manual & the dealer said they special order me one but I m still waiting. While millennials may enjoy online research, we old-school baby-boomers like owner s manuals. This dealership was a 65 RT mile drive for me but well worth the trip. They have a huge dealership with tons of inventory. This vehicle was sold with the Ford Gold Certified Blue Advantage which made the deal well worth it. It included an extended Powertrain warranty for 7 years/100,000 miles, remaining 36M bumper-2-bumper warranty, Ford Rewards Points (still waiting for these to get credited), Sirius Radio trial, and thorough inspection of the vehicle along with 4 free oil changes. I ll travel back here for my complimentary oil changes. You ll be satisfied just like many other customer reviews have indicated. Thanks.

My recent experience with Pines Ford's service department has been less than satisfactory. I entrusted them with my 2014 Ford Fiesta after diagnostics indicated a console module issue that was draining my battery. Initially, they estimated a repair cost of $700. To my surprise, the costs escalated to $1608, and despite my efforts to understand the additional repairs, no clear details were forthcoming. The repair duration was also a concern, stretching over a lengthy 8 weeks. During this period, an unexpected fan issue was brought up, which hadn't been part of any prior diagnostics. Regrettably, upon the car's return and even after installing a new battery on my own accord, the vehicle remains non-functional. To add to the frustration, the console, which was undamaged when I submitted the car, was handed back to me with cracks.Another challenge has been the communication or lack thereof. Despite repeated attempts to get in touch with the service department, responses have been elusive. What I hoped would be a seamless service experience turned into a series of delays, unexpected costs, and a vehicle returned in worse condition than before. While I had high hopes and trust in Pines Ford, this ordeal has unfortunately tainted my view. I share this experience in hopes that others tread cautiously and seek transparency when dealing with auto repairs.

This place has top notch customer service. They were extremely attentive, patient, and answered all of our questions. We did not feel like we were pressured or being sold like we did at other dealerships. After we purchased the car, they made the whole process as simple as I ve ever experienced. They have in-house financing and were able to register our new car and give us a license plate on the spot. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a Ford or Lincoln.

I thought long in hard about giving you guys a 1 star but I gave you 2 stars that's just me being a lil nice. I bought my car from this dealership 3 years ago at 1st it was every 10k miles you bring your car in for full expectations for free then y'all took that away, even though I always bring it in for oil changes every 3k miles or 5k miles (depending). I've been coming here for the last 3 years and I always expect you guys to check my car fully. I always ask please check my filters to make sure they need to be changed they always comeback to me in say your filters are good in also on the paper work you guys put the ok on it. So I decided to go to another dealership just to make sure you guys are telling me the truth and guess what? You weren't. Other dealership tells me the filters should've been changed along time ago. This tells me this particular location doesn't care about its customers or their car, you guys just rush the work and hurry up in return the car without doing the full expectations on these cars. I don't know if I would return to this location because now I have trust issues. If something else happens to my car how can I be sure you guys would fix it (The right way).

First time at this Ford location,I was attended by Marco Garcia,Very informative but also passive aggressive in nature when it came to being solution oriented. My extended warranty meant nothing to Ford and it this establishment to help correct issues (2 month wait time for loaners) apparently only 6 loaners for whole dealership which is absurd.Conveniently enough there s a hertz on site for youTo rent a car . Make it make senseLeft the same day and purchased a new Silverado for a great price.Sales person wasn t motivated to help get me situated into a new vehicle either. Was a die hard Ford f150 guy but it s funny how subpar service can alter your mindset

RUDE and not helpful at all. I spoke with Gaby on the phone and she was condescending from the very beginning. She said she would get me an out the door quote in writing and never did. I purchased my first F150 from this dealership and was looking to give them another chance. When i called to speak with another sales representative, another female with broken English answered saying she knew who i was a that i was giving them the run around . She was also extremely rude. In reality I was trying to make an offer but didn t get far with their terrible staff. I would never purchase from them again. Call or visit another dealership and save yourself the time.

I took my truck in the other day for an oil change and I was very happy with the overall experience I had at the dealership. Everything was done in a very timely manner, they kept me updated throughout, and the price for the service was fair. I always come to this location for all my Ford vehicle needs!

I was told that my car had a transmission problem by another service facility. The team was very honest and did not take advantage of me. It turns out the car only needed a new battery. You guys are honestly the best! From now on you are my go to for all my Ford services! Thank you and God bless!! I recommend Pines Ford to everyone that owns a Ford.

Think Twice Before You Trust Pine Ford s PromisesRecently, I took a car for a test drive at Pine Ford and ended up liking one despite some minor issues. The salesman promised that if I bought the car that day, I could bring it back anytime to get those $1,500 worth of repairs done at no extra cost. Riding on the wave of their verbal assurance, I decided to go for it, thinking a well-known dealership would keep their word.Fast forward a week and a half, I returned, ready to have the issues fixed, only to be greeted by a salesman who acted as if our agreement was just a figment of my imagination. Suddenly, there was no record or acknowledgment of any such deal, leaving me to pay out of pocket for all the repairs.I wanted to share my experience to give you all a heads-up. If my story is anything to go by, think twice before taking their word for anything. Unfortunately, Pine Ford s reliability seems to be just as questionable as their business ethics. Definitely not recommended.

I scheduled a Saturday 0700 Hrs. appointment. upon arrival my appointment was not respected, and I was treated as first come first serve. Oil change took three hours to complete. I was informed that they don't take appointments on Saturday however the website did disclose no appointments on Saturdays and accepted my appointment with confirmation. After two hours I checked on my vehicle and was told it was almost completed (lied to) yet it had not been touched and brought in after asking to begin service. It sat in the bay for another 20 minutes before anyone touched it. Upon check out I respectfully asked if the dealership offered a military discount and was informed, in a very snotty tone, " this dealership is privately owned, and we do not give discounts." What does the fact that it is privately owned have to do with the courtesy and appreciation of Military personnel. The casher was looking for my keys and I informed her that the keys were hanging on the wall as placed by the service representative. The casher informed me that a representative would pull my vehicle up to that door (She pointed towards). I informed her that my vehicle was already parked outside of that door. She told me in a very snotty tone, here are your keys and you are not allowed (now threatening tone) to walk around the parking. My whole experience was a lack of courtesy, honesty and professionalism by the employees in whole. I will be looking for another location to seek service and communicating my experience.V/r

Bought my F250 January of this year and I have taken it to Pines Ford for service 3 times. For an oil change, a defective side view mirror and something else. For the side view mirror, it took 3 days to get my truck back. Kind of long time not to have my truck. Not sure if this is common at most dealers to take that long. Granted, I understand parts have to ordered, but 3 days? The service advisor Marcos was great and Johnny with the oil change was also great. The young ladies at the checkout desk, all 3 times, seem just to have such attitude. Short and snappy. Should be given a course in being friendly and polite to the customer not short and snippy. Treat others how you would like to be treated. Pines Ford, that should be addressed. Other than that overall good experience.

We went to Pines Ford knowing exactly what we wanted and did not want to be bullied into more. We were pleasantly surprised at how relaxed they were. No hard sales and no push for xtended warranty or other extras. They had us through finance quickly and we were off in our new truck.

Brought the F150 late 2023 for a flat tire and on of the fog lights was out. Spoke to Kenny Gilman inn service and advised him of what I needed. Four hours later I got the vehicle back and I left. Went to the store and noticed that the fog light was still not working and I had a new sticker as if an oil change was performed. I immediately went back to the dealership, spoke to Mr. Gilman about the fog light still out and asked him if an oil change was performed in the vehicle, which he said yes . At that point I confronted him asking why provide a service I did not request and he stated he misunderstood. Not sure how you can misunderstand fog light and tire with oil change. Clearly I was upset, he took the vehicle back and came back advising they did not have the part to replace so the fog light can work and will get it in a week. A week past and never received a call so I called him and he stated still waiting for the part and advise the service was going to take 3 days. I did not went back since I never received a call. All of the sudden I get a text rating the service which I gave a poor rating and 5 mins after that get a text from Mr. Gilman advising the part had arrived. Mr. Gilman knew it was a fleet car and it was clear he was taking full advantage of that by completing services I never requested. He is a very unethical individual which I refuse to work with him ever again. Instead of making things right he simply made them worse by not following up.I had to go back and was assisted by a gentleman name Sam. This guy not only took the initiative, but also resolved the issue with the fog light, which by the way was a one day job not 3 days like the other person stated. Sam was even apologetic something Mr. Gilman never did!Five star for Sam but leaving this one star for Mr. Gilman. He shouldn t be in service with such an unethical and poor costumer service!

Got the best price on a new tire 255/50R20 tire needed by Pines Ford by like $50 out the door. As a cherry on the cake, they even gave me an Uber lift home, and later delivered the vehicle to my house as a free service. This was totally awesome. They truly know how to treat, please, and value their customers. Thank You.

One of if not the best Ford dealership of all South Florida. I can not speak for all the sales consultants, but I can say without a doubt Yoli is absolutely amazing. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and she was extremely helpful and kind. She made the entire process of buying a new car very enjoyable and easy. I encourage anyone looking for a Ford dealership to come here and ask for Yoli if possible.

Ok as of this date, they have addressed two of my concerns. So I edited this review from a 1 star to a 3 star. If they can address the third I will probably take my review higher. I expect people to do what they say they will do and take responsibility. Please Pines Ford take heed! Thanks
