The location is perfect near to Walmart there is enough parking they are open late the store is clean and a big variety of parts and accessories. I came because my car didn t start they check your battery for free and after the diagnostic I needed to replace the battery the price was into check but they took care of everything they removed the old one and installed the new battery. They offer two years warranty on the batteries

The location is perfect plenty of parking and all the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help you will find great variety of auto parts and accessories for all the most important brands. My dad loves to go there almost every week just to see what do they have new on the store I highly recommend this place

The part that I ordered didn t come when promised. The Asst Mngr Miguel was very rude and not helpful at all. He promised me that he would help install my battery in my car when it came in and when the time came he didn t help, slammed the battery on the counter and wouldn t give me my receipt back. I will NEVER go there again and will tell other not to shop there as well.

5 stars for Dave and Kenny, both honestly went above and beyond to help me with my car that was rough idling. (Temp sensor) the j a world of people that are bitter with work and do the bare minimum, these guys are rare angels you need at a car shop.

I was in a bind with a stubborn lower ball joint not coming out. I did not want to drive far east to advance or pep, so I stopped here just to try. I am glad I did. Julio and everyone else there assisted me the several times that I came by with different tools that could help. In the end, the ball joint sleeve came out and completed before they closed. I was there at 859pm and they did not deny me entry. They even stuck around while I told them my odyssey with pictures and all. Thank you guys, you got another sure customer.

I needed oil for my car engine. Marco, the district manager was beyond helpful. He assisted me with my vehicle, professional, excellent service and provided suggestions. I will definitely return.

I go here because my school got discount on certain items in this store. But customer service should pick up the slack, not very friendly when it comes to asking for things about your vehicle. Long wait time to get taken care of and sometimes just walk out and go to Discount Auto parts instead and forget the discount.

Really helpful and nice team! I got directed here by the local Valvoline and they helped me figure out my battery definitely needed to be replaced - but not before trying to clean some corrosion off first to try and save me money. Really glad I came here and will use them again.

Needed a new battery for my bass boat. We came to the store with face masks and gloves on. The 2 guys working inside were wearing masks and very safe. Thanks for caring to do the right right thing. Excellent job and a good price on the battery too!!!

My car was broke down right across the street and the manager refused to lend me a part to get my tire off.People that were outside and other co-workers were suggesting that I go inside and ask for help. I did not get that help

I called as I always do, to make sure not to waste my time. I made sure to have the person pull the parts to make sure the parts are in hand. I drive 40 minutes there and they did not either listen or pay attention to what they where doing either way wrong part and would have to order. So I now ordered it on line for 25% of the cost, but I was willing to buy from them now I'll just go somewhere else. By the way AJ that's 40 minutes each way,1 HOUR and 20 minutes of driving.

I was greeted my a nice young man named Jaia who asked if I need help, which I did. I needed windshield wipers. He helped me get the correct wipers for my daughters car and then even installed them for me when I returned with the car. He did a fantastic job! I recommend O'Reily to everyone. Great customer service!!

I needed a front light bulb which I ended up buying from autozone. I asked if someone could help me put it in and was told no. I asked can someone at least show me on the vehicle or point me in the right direction so I could have an idea what to do and was told "he cannot come outside to show me" this is the location on Pines and 172nd.I called O'Reilly and asked about the bulb and if they can help. I was told they would need to see the vehicle and if it does not require any removing of any parts to get the the bulb they may be able to. I went to see Ernesto whom I had spoken to and he was such a great help! He told me the difference in the bulbs and I then realized I had gotten the wrong one which was very dim from autozone who didnt care to tell me the difference.Ernesto came outside to see if he could help and he was able to do so and I was so grateful for his help. He showed me what to do next time it needed to be change if I had no help. I offered him $20 for lunch and he refused! I said please have lunch on me and he said " no, absolutely not, just have a good day. I am happy to help" I asked if I could send lunch to the store since he would not take the money and he smiled and said no, I'm happy to help you, please have a good day"I am so grateful for his professional manner and his help and taking the time to explain the different bulbs, the one I should get and for coming outside to help me and explain how to help myself next time. From now on, I will not go anywhere else for any parts for my vehicle except there.Thank you Ernesto! (I'm the lady you installed the bulb for 2 times in the Brown Toyota Rav4) The other staff was also polite as well.

I don't know if it was just that it is a new store with inexperienced people or what but this was the first bad experience I've had with an O'Reilly's. I came for a lug nut and a post for which I called ahead to make sure they had. I got there and they did not have the lug nut or anything close but they did I have the post which I did not buy at that time because I did know if it was correct. Hopefully their service will get better but I did not feel that welcome today.

I went in to Oreilly s to use their tool loaner/rental program and I borrowed a pulley puller, first of all the guy who helped me had no idea about the tool I was looking for, but we finally figured it out. When I checked out I noticed the price was a bit high, so I assumed they would just refund me my money when I returned the item, but the sales associate didn t explain to me how it all worked, he just gave me the tool and charged me. When I go to return the tool, which actually didn t work for the task I was doing and I didn t end up using it, the sales associate informed that I couldn t return it because I had gone past the 48 hours that I could keep the tool for. I checked my receipt and saw that it said that I could only keep the tool for 48 hours, but I never thought to look at the receipt for the tool loaner instructions the sales associate should of given me a heads up. I tried to return the tool just hours past the 48 hour time limit and they did not accept it, now I m out $60 for a worn out loaner tool that I didn t even use. That is beyond unacceptable and I will never return to O Reillys again.On a side note; if I would of just purchased the tool, I would of had 14 days to return it. So it completely baffles me why they wouldn t accept it.

SPEECHLESS. Two young gentlemen Sebastian and Ajai helped me out with some car battery struggles that I was having and was honestly stressing me out. I rarely write reviews, but I didnt know how else to repay these guys. I came in, they heard me out, came and took a look at the battery/terminals, and before I could even pay for the battery - they had it installed for me to hop in and start the car immediately!! AS WELL AS, taking the time to clean my terminal connectors. Speechless at how awesome my experience was. HUGE thanks to these guys and will drive out of my way to stop at this auto parts store.

Very nice, helpful, courteous, professional, and we'll informed staff at the Pembroke Pines location. They moved into the place right next to Walmart off Pines Blvd out west of 75....Highly recommend

This place is a horrible waste of money. I've waited hundreds of dollars now between defective parts, Uber rides back and forth, and additional hotel stay because the store employees have no idea what they are doing. Do not use this location unless you want to lose a lot of time and money!
