If you need a RELIABLE COURTEOUS mobile mechanic , Nelson is great. I had a strut assembly job that i called him for and he came to my house and knocked the job out . The guy literally went out of his way to get the parts he needed and was even polite to my family. I have videos of his completed work to my bmw x5 strut assembly replacement and would recommend him 10/10.

Nelson is the man. Called him and he showed up in 20 minutes. I thought I just needed brake pads, but when Nelson did a further inspection he noticed I,needed pads, disk, drums, brake fluid and shoes. He was able to do all the work in a couple hours. He is really detailed and clean. His customer service is amazing! Also, his pricing was amazing! Highly recommended!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Prompt with great communication. Even in bad weather, Nelson worked late into the night until the repairs weee complete. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My car broke down in the Publix parking lot it said malfunction it would not start it would not do anything I tried everything I knew and I need a Mecedes Benz mechanic.In the past it's been impossible to find a Mercedes Benz mechanic the mobile mechanics would come see it's the Mercedes and leave but Bill me anyway other could do nothing (bug Bill)!NZ Mobile was different he never showed up a Google before I called him and he said I'll meet you at your car in a half an hour when he came he went right to work.NELSON was no nonsense he DIAGNOSED everything the kry FOB, under the dashboard under the hood went to the fuse boxes everything!... it was a hard diagnosis finally it became so late I told him we have to go. I let him hold the key and said you can keep work on it.... he was stilll there that's Friday night he was there Saturday and sure enough I got a video of him starting my car it was a hot battle and he did it!I was I was sure I was doomed ...but...not only did he start my car & get rid of the Malfunction he also found some other significant problems where my radiator thermostat wasn't opening he offered to fix that he also found a worn belt that was so bad that it was sure to have caused future problems.He took care of those into the nightI was amazed I finally found a Mercedes mechanic that was diligent and hard working I was very pleased.
