Friendly staff, but soooooooo long service in not busy time. Said 1 hour, but I waited 2 hours. Price was almost $100

Ricardo and Team does a awesome job every time I bring my car and my wife s vehicle. Making sure the work gets done correctly and all my needs are met. The only place to come to for your car repairs.

Love this place ! I was recommended by a fellow friend and when I arrived I was helped by Judie-Ann and she was lovely. Originally went in for an oil change and they gave me a run down of what else was needed and what I could do. They even offer payment plans if necessary. Will be coming back for any car needs for sure. Nothing like these other places that want to charge you an arm and a leg and take advantage. Would recommend this place over and over again 100/10!

To the staff here at the location, I honestly can t thank y all enough. Living overseas, My vehicle that s been here in this city for the 8 years, in the care of someone else, overtime just needed some TLC and then some. From the battery to the tires and a lot more things under the hood, I expected to get the run around, as anyone would assume. When I tell you that The front desk staff, hands down had the best customer service I ve ever encountered in any business. If you don t need to go there for business with car needs, just go to say hi lol because I was truly amazed.As Soon as I walked in Judie Ann and her co worker were just smiling, very hospitable and welcoming. My car needed a lot of maintenance but they were able to get me in early and at the end of the day, got my car back on road and drivable again. I was almost at the point of junking my car until I decided to at least see if it could be rejuvenated and this team did just that.To the team in the back, the wrench turners, much gratitude to y all. You have no idea how happy this made my wife and I.Thank you Judie Ann, thank you staff. You guys are amazing.

Was in a pinch with two damaged tires and they were excellent with helping me out and getting me up and going in no time. Great customer service. Really appreciate the help and service. Joanny was super helpful!

I went for a screw in my rear tire that was slowly loosening. They offered me an excellent service. I only waited 40 minutes and they called me to deliver the vehicle ready. Also, the patch they put was not one of those simple ones. That's what I liked.

I read the reviews before I visited Midas for my GLA 250, and believed the ones that didn't have a petty complaint such "I waited too long" etc. Everywhere people go these days, it is rare people wouldn't have to wait. Well, I digress. Majority of the reviews chanted Judy-Ann's courteous and professionalism, I'm joining the choir. She took care of my needs from the moment I walked in. Furthermore, she updated me on repairs progress at every step. They are a great team. They are consistent. They got me in and out by working diligently in my car. Kiddos!

Spoke to Judie-ann on the phone. She was very patient and nice. Listened to me and got me to come in and see her after another competitor wasn't nice or accommodating and wasn't willing to help me out. Recommend you owing here to see people who loves there job and cares about there customer's.

The customer service are incredibly caring, informative, and attentive. Even though there wasn't much I could do for my car, the ladies there made it very easy and stress free check in. The people were nice and the service was very good. One of the new parts had failed and our vehicle was broke down and had to be towed back to Midas. They covered the cost of the towing, and installed the part getting us back on the road the following day. There was a bit of confusion with on the refund of the towing cost, but the owner resolved the issue immediately upon his return and follow up with a direct call to us to apologize for any misunderstanding.

Have been taking my two cars to Pembroke Pines Midas for services and repairs for the past 7 years and they have always done an excellent job. We re so appreciative to them. I am a nurse and I take care of a elderly person and when I come in Judie ann is very fast and efficient. She gets on the ball and gets me out of here immediately. Best place to go to to have your car repairs done.

I went to Midas for a maintenance. I was told I needed the $89.99 service which included full synthetic oil and filter change, tire rotation and inspection points. I gave them my keys at 3:50 pm approximately and an hour later they still had not gotten to it. No problem with the wait as I didn t have an appointment. When I finally got my car back it was close to closing time 6pm. I got inside and my car smelled like cigarette smoke. I went inside and asked if someone had smoked in the car and the associate said it shouldn t have happened. She went to my car and confirmed my suspicions and proceeded to give me a card with her signature for a free car wash. I also noticed the next morning they did not rotate my tires either. I wrote to midas customer service asking if the job could be completed on a different location and/or for compensation because a car wash will not remediate my problem but a shampoo to the seats which is expensive. I was offered again to go to the same location which I do not trust. The solutions presented do not solve my main problem and do not address the disrespect it is to do something like this. My nephew s car seat smells like cigarettes and my regular seats! What if this happens to someone with respiratory issues? This could very well send someone to a hospital and is not being addressed with the seriousness required.

Absolutely the worst place to take your vehicle to get repaired or serviced.First it took them two days to do a diagnostic test on my truck, didn't stay in touch with me I always had to call them for a status. When all said and done. They charged 1500 dollars for a job that cost 600. My problem was a fuel pump. They charged me almost 700 dollars for a pump that cost 279 with tax. Everyone needs to be aware, these people are a ripoff I ended up towing my truck to a mechanic I knew he repaired my vehicle. Shame on you Midas
