Had to take my Mercedes in for it's 1st Yearly Service and I was pleasantly pleased with the Service Advisor Stephen. He kept me informed with updates, vehicle had a recall and to my surprise they proceeded to get that fixed while we waited. Whole wait time was under 3 hours. He also ensured the car was washed and topped the windshield wiper fluid. I am one VERY PLEASED customer.Thank You Stephen and Mercedes-Bens of Pembroke Pines Service Team.

My service experience is consistently excellent at Mercedes of Pembroke Pines. My long time and appreciated service advisor Pedro was not there but Romeo was able to assist me. He was very professional courteous and informative with regard to what my car needed. My car was returned washed and in excellent condition after the service. This is the reason I return to Pembroke Pines Mercedes for all my service needs.

Our Mercedes SUV had a fly wheel issue which was under warranty thankfully. They had to keep the vehicle a week. Only small issue was no loaner or rental was available. Ok as we could use our one vehicle. Rep Sara Bruno was extremely helpful and gracious to check on the warranty and lead us to the repair process. Shout out to service rep, Rey Hernandez, who took time to explain the repair process. Excellent at handling the issue. Very articulate and friendly. Thanks to both of you for your time and work to get everything resolved.

I really appreciate the customer service at Mercedes of Pembroke Pines. Had an issue that was last minute and had to leave town on a time crunch. Fortunately these amazing folks were able to have the part ordered and vehicle serviced before leaving. Thanks again

That was my first time going to get my SUV serviced. My original appointment was to replace my windshield which I just got cracked driving on 595 highway and fix the battery warning that remained constant on my screen. They were only able to do the latter and I was referred to a collision shop for the windshield. The service was excellent, they offered an Uber to my next destination instead of having to wait while they replaced the battery.While I was at my next appointment, they kept me abreast on the status of my vehicle and even sent me a video of additional repairs that were needed. This is my first time experiencing this and I thought that was a brilliant idea to send a video. I was pleased with the service, however, I was disappointed with their waiting room. That place needs an upgrade to become a first-class waiting room.

I only use this service station because of my service agent Peter Armstrong. He is an asset to your company and always goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients leave happy. Not only will I keep coming back to Mercedes of Pembroke Pines because of him but I also refer everyone I know to see him because I can attest for the level of service they will receive. My experience at the Pembroke Pines Mercedes Benz Service Department with my specialist Pedro has always been very pleasant. Immediate service when arriving, sometimes before my schedule appointment. My service assisting keeps me abreast of the update on my vehicle and I have to say Pedro has not failed me yet and I've been going to this location for almost 10 years now. I would definitely recommend this location on sales and service. I've purchase two vehicles already and both the experience has been nothing but excellent service.

The experience and service was just fantastic. Had a new Service Advisor Christian Ruiz. He was the best. Made sure that my car and I was taken care of. Kept me updated by phone on the progress of the work on my car. The time from drop off to pick up, was excellent. Great place, fantastic staff.

The absolute worse service I have ever received at any dealership. And this is a Mercedes dealership. The lack of communication is the worst I have experienced. Texts, voicemails, emails all go unanswered for days. Promises of call backs before the end of the day don't happen. Texts don't get responded to. Even after talking directly to the service manager nothing changes. They have had my car for three weeks and no one there can tell me when I can expect to get it back. You can never get your service advisor on the phone when you call. Not sure if it's that they are overworked and they have too many clients but it's definitely not the service that you would expect from a Mercedes dealership.

The worse experience in a dealership service department in my life.Called the service department on a Saturday 12 noon due to my car breaking down. I was told by the Manager Mr. Dominguez in a very rude condescending tone that he did not have any loner car to provide for me and that the rental place had closed. He abruptly informed me that I had to rent a car on my own and be responsible for the cost. He even told me that he does not have a loner until march that is 2 months from now. Customers be aware this is the type of customer service this dealership service department offers to clients who purchase the car in that dealership. I will never purchase a car from this dealership again.

My service with Larry Leon was absolutely outstanding. He found the exact car that I wanted and I drove away with the car of my dreams. The process was simple, with no pressure. It was a pleasure to work with him and the entire team at Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines.

I bought my GLE350 at Mercedes Benz in Coconut Creek and the experience was very terrible. I then moved all my business to Mercedes of Pembroke Pines. The service has been exceptional thus far. Chris Tai & Stephen Hall are my go to people. These guys go above and beyond to make sure the service exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this dealership.

Always a great service at Pembroke Pines Mercedes Benz. Provided uber courtesy home and back from the dealer. Tried a different Rep this time and Pedro took care of my car and customer as well. Kaleb ifrom the financial dpt. offered best option for maint. plans. I know I have other choices but you cannot beat the peace of mind. Thank you

Took my car in for issue with it overheating. Melvin helped me. I said I would wait for issue. Waited two hours and then meet with Melvin and service tech. Was told they couldn t find the issue. They would need my car longer so I went home. This was at 10am. I called at 3pm to check, left Melvin a message no reply. Called again at 4pm, left Melvin a message, again no reply. Called back at 6pm spoke with a person at the desk. Shared my issue and he said he would have Melvin call me. So with no reply I went the next morning. Only to have Melvin lie to me saying he told me that my car wouldnt be ready till Tuesday. He then told me that the tech said he would come in on his day off to look at my car and they would let me know the next day! Needles to say they couldn t figure out why my temperature gauge goes all the way to overheating by the car isn t over heating! So I will have to find another Mercedes to work with. I will say that part of the reason I bought a Mercedes was because the service at Merceds of South Orlando was stellar. This dealership falls far short!

I set my trip meter back to 0 before I dropped off the car 4 days later. To change a taillight 563 miles put on my car, I have a camera in my car. It shows the technician unplugging the camera and putting it back in 2 days later. They said he just didn't want to be filmed. The main technician manager told me that can't manipulate the mileage on the paper that they gave me. That showed 3 miles. I went to another Mercedes Benz dealer and they showed me. You can changed the mileage. Also somebody had their phone tuned in or paired with my Bluetooth. 2 days later, I'm talking to somebody. Else and they said the same thing happened to them at this dealership I will be getting in touch with local news about this.
