After being disillusioned last April, we reluctantly returned to Lexus of Pembroke Pines last month. We met Rafael Genao, who immediately made us feel comfortable. He listened to our wants, researched completely, and gave us options. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and for those reasons, we are happy to take TWO new cars home! If you are looking for a Lexus, we highly recommend Rafael!

Unfortunately, I have to come back and update my review. I purchased the below car on 2/28, it is now 4/5 and I still have not received my registration information. I emailed Andre Armani(Field Ops Dir), Jorge Leon(Finance Mgr) and my Sales Agent Jorge Acosta and nobody has responded to my emails or inquiries and all I'm asking for is a simple tag extension. Now I have to get my lawyer involved because I'm stuck with a 50K paper weight in my garage that I'm paying for and can't drive for something as simple as a tag extension. It's all because I live in Georgia and they are located in Florida. I guess the customer service went out the window once the sale was made, which is unfortunate because it started off as a great experience

We recently purchase the 2024 Lexus TX and our salesperson, Ronald was the best! We originally went to the dealership to inquire on the GX but Ronald showed us the value of the TX and we were absolutely in love! He was extremely patient, kind, understanding and professional throughout the entire process and best of all the entire transaction to purchase the car took us a total of 2 hours. The most dreadful part of buying a car is being at the dealership for hours and the team at Lexus of Pembroke Pines definitely killed it! Thank you all so much

Great experience with our salesman Israel and the dealership! Went in to just look and came out with a great deal on an amazing car for our son. Patrick is a very professional and informative individual. He listened to my requests and got them right at the first attempt. Additionally, he went above and beyond because if after the sale I made an additional request for documentation from finance and made time to handle that for me. We ordered a Lexus and Ariel kept us updated on the progress on a weekly basis. The personnel in general knows very well their products which makes it easier for the buyer. Aaron secured the delivery and provided a good tutorial of software features during delivery.No games or pressure from Finance (Boris). Great experience. Will return to this location when the time comes.

Sofia was the best! Go buy from Sofia! My family bought two cars with her and didn t have to fight for what we wanted unlike other experiences in the past. We told her our budget and the car we were looking for- she worked with numbers and was able to give us a brand new vehicle at a reasonable price. Aside from our amazing salesperson, Lexus is an amazing brand- they really care for their customers, they provide a great warranty and affordable finance options.

Nick Ensey is one of the best salesman this dealer has. He was awesome to work with and made the process fast and easy. Patrick has been my family s Luxury Client Advisor for years. He is very knowledgeable about the Lexus product. A few years ago I decided to try a different vehicle outside the Lexus family and after my lease was up I quickly reached out to Patrick to get me back in a Lexus! He welcomed me with open arms, found what I was looking for and ensured to assist me with all the new technology. I HIGHLY recommend Patrick. Our Best Sales Experience Ever. This was our 7th Lexus purchase, but the 1st from Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Israel Rigaud makes the process easy and transparent. We felt very comfortable. He was our go to person throughout the complete sales process. The transparency displayed by him and the Finance team during the selection process was comforting to us. We would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car from Lexus of Pembroke Pines.

I went in to see what could be done to get a new ES 350. This will be my 4th Lexus. My last 3 purchases has been with Richard Monivis. Richard had always made the process quick and easy. My recent experience (March 2024) at Lexus of Pembroke Pines was exceptional. From I walked in the door to making my purchase, the process was seamless. I was initially referred to Jose Perez, who referred me to Efrain. Efrain was professional and knowledgeable about the product. He gave great advice about purchasing a Lexus vehicle. Ots safe to say he's a great sales guy because my intentions were to purchase a used Lexus and I purchased a 2024. After the test drive I was sold!! Overall 10/10 is how I would rate my experience. My vehicle is being shipped to The Bahamas where I live, so have not received it yet. I am excited for it to arrive. Efrain has been communicating and updating me consistently with the status of waiting on the title and trying to get the car collected for shipping to Bahamas. I appreciate his great customer service. He's been communicating while on vacation and giving me updates. Hopefully once the vehicle is shipped we can settle receiving the tax paid and other fees associated when purchasing the vehicle. Thank you Efrain and Lexus for a great purchase, product and experience.

Veronica was truly the best sales person we ve had. It is very difficult to buy a car at the moment but she made the whole experience smooth and it was the best one we ve had (and this is the fourth lease we ve had with Lexus). Veronica was honest, looked over pros and cons of different cars to fit our family and we truly received the best deal.
