This place is fantastic! Fast, reliable and great customer service. I drove in and out getting my oil change and maintenance in just few minutes. Good quality service and products just like the dealer without waiting a long time or getting ripped off like the tire places. Jay the manager is amazing, very polite, knowledgeable and the shop is clean and runs efficiently. Store hours and deals are great! If you a busy professional or mom like me, this place is very convenient!

I always go to this location for my service. At first it was out of convenience, but the customer service is always great. They re super transparent with their explanations of what is needed, and do not pressure you to do other services they recommend in that moment. They suggest it and move on.

M experience was amazing. From meeting Karl when i first arrived to getting my car from Steve once finished. The entire team was so professional. My car needed brakes and rotor and they made the wait not too long and not to mention i got a great price. I would definitely recommend this store. Great people Great service!!!

Jay was excellent. He made sure that I understood the services he recommended to me. Honestly, if it wasn t for him I would have only gotten my oil changed and went elsewhere for the other work. Steve was also great.

Whoever hired Jay to improve customer service made the RIGHT MOVE! Jay was amazing from start to finish. I always go to this location for all of my car service needs and I can see a MASSIVE improvement in their customer service, all the way down to how the escorted me to my car, opened the door and handed me my keys and shut the door for me. Major improvements in this branch even when I was already impressed with their service. I will continue to come back, but was very impressed with the quality Jay has brought to this store! Five stars!!

Jay Gave the most excellent customer service. They provided speedy service and treated me so kind. Usually as women we are very skeptical going to mechanics and we feel as we are being taken advantage of but they didn t make me feel like that. Great job. You will definitely be seeing me again.

Jay and his team are amazing! Great efficient and wonderful experience at the Jiffy Lube pines! Prices are reasonable and cannot beat the comfort of remaining inside your car while the team works on your vehicle. I will be coming here again in the near future thanks again guys!

Excellent customer service was displayed by the manager Jay, and his team of trusted mechanics. I am fortunate to have such a wonderful location I can go to that showcases knowledgeable staff ready to take care of your car as if it were their own. Steve worked on my car in a timely fashion and educated me about the different components of the braking system. Fantastic experience, 10/10.

Jay! Jay! Jay! You are a phenomenal advisor and thank you for taking care of me when my battery died at the most inopportune time. Jay had me in and out in less than 20 minutes and they were stocked with batteries too! I have used JAiffy Lube for serving my car too and they consistently meet my needs.

Complaint Regarding Discriminatory Behavior and Poor Customer Service at Jiffy LubeLocation: 17311 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FLAttention: Customers who enjoy customer services,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the treatment I received at one of your Jiffy Lube locations, specifically the one situated at 17311 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL.My recent experience at this establishment was not only humiliating but also indicative of discriminatory behavior by one of their employees. Upon arriving at this location, I approached an employee to inquire about servicing my truck. To my shock and dismay, the employee outright refused to service my vehicle, citing its age as a reason and expressing and I quote I m not touching that old truck it s not going to break in my hands This individual's behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive. It was clear that he harbored prejudiced attitudes, as evidenced by his unwarranted refusal to assist me solely based on my race and the age of my truck.What made the situation even more distressing was the stark contrast in behavior exhibited by another employee, a young lady, who was present at the same location. Despite not being a mechanic herself, she displayed a genuine willingness to assist me and offered sincere apologies for her colleague's unacceptable conduct. Her compassionate demeanor stood in stark contrast to the rude and dismissive attitude of the other employee.I was utterly appalled by the blatant discrimination and lack of professionalism displayed by the male employee at the Pembroke Pines location. It is deeply troubling to witness such behavior from a representative of a reputed company like Jiffy Lube. No customer should ever be subjected to such treatment, regardless of their race or the condition of their vehicle.Furthermore, I was unaware that Jiffy Lube exclusively caters to new cars/trucks, as was not the case by my positive experience at another Jiffy Lube location on 57th Avenue in Hialeah on the same day. The staff at the Hialeah location were welcoming and helpful, which only serves to highlight the stark difference in customer service standards between the two establishments.As a loyal customer, I had always trusted Jiffy Lube for reliable and professional service. However, this experience has shattered my confidence in your brand. I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and implement measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future

Super quick oil change, less than 10 minutes, but on the other hand the price is more expensive than the dealership. I was shocked. Well, it was more than double the value. So it's definitely better to go to the dealership.

Amazing how an oil change with synthetic oil, 6 quarts can be $139 with disposal fees and other misc fees and taxes. Don't get ripped off! Use Groupon and save some money, if not they'll rip you off.

I don t think I ve ever left a review for an oil change business but this particular Jiffy Lube in Miramar/Pembroke Pines had me in and out in 45 minutes for an oil change and a radiator flush replace on my Navigator. Rarely do you see such professionalism as I saw today. So 5 stars to the manager and the mechanics.

Great experience! Got here right at opening for an oil change and was in and out in 20-30 minutes. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Jay was very sweet, patient, and receptive. Great location.

Best place to go to , they check everything in your car they are legit UNLIKE ANY other jiffy lube they scamming bad service , But Jay and his team are the best they check what was bad on my car and gave me good advice truthful and honesty thank you my car working better and healthy . THANK YOU VERY MUCH JAY AND THE TEAM FOR YOUR HONEST WORK id give this jiffy lube the best from any in florida.

Found this location on Groupon, on arrival I was told not to purchase the Groupon voucher (5qts Full Synthetic + Filter) that they would match the price. Car gets placed on the lift and oil change was completed, upon check out I was told by the service rep the price would be X which was significantly higher than the Groupon price, I went back and fourth explaining I only came here for the Groupon price and was told NOT to purchase the Groupon before the service was provided. Spoke with a manager and resolved my issue, however it was extremely frustrating and unnecessary. Ultimately I ended up paying higher then the listed Groupon rate, i ll try another location next time.I will note the service was completed quickly and I have no issues with that.

Horrible service, the guy there was nice at first but completely covered what the actual price was going to be. If you go which I wouldn t recommend at all be prepared for them to try and trick their way into making more money. Horrible place

Went in for an oil change this morning. Service was prompt, the advisor was very knowledgeable, and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was 17311 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines, FL. highly recommend.

I went in for a simple oil change which went smoothly until I drove 7.5 miles away and my skid plate FELL OFF the front half of my car. This place FAILED to reinstall a skid plate properly!! Due to my skid plate being metal, it warped, tore, and is now costing me $1175 to replace.When I called to inform them, I was told to return and they would remove the skid plate. This would expose my oil pan which sits on the underside of a Honda Civic Hatchback. Do you know what happens if the oil pan leaks and the car is driven with no oil? Dead engine.I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH TO STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Just went to your branch on 17311 pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines Florida. Absolutely awful. 3 employees who completely ignored me. No greeting, no we will be with you in a second. Nothing. I walk inside and same deal. No help to be found. So I left. Your employees there clearly did not want to work this morning and you lost a customer because they couldn't bother to even say hello. Even after I made eye contact with all of them. God awful

Well I was there waiting for someone to attend me for around. 15 min, no one in the office and no one of the staff outside was kind enough to ask, so I went to another branch. I don't know how good the car service is but the customer service is bad.
