Howard personally came out to explain and test my wife s car.He found the problem with the alternator and helped us understand what was necessary to fix our car.Prices were reasonable.Great experience!!

Great honest service! Been taking my cars here for years. Stay in a Honda/Acura/Toyota just to have it serviced by a trusted mechanic. Howard is awesome and hands on never suggest service you do not need. Helps find low price part alternatives that still give you the quality of part you need. Car is over 10yrs old still runs like new! Trust no other shop.

Howard and his staff are fantastic. After calling around to ask about getting a subframe brace installed on my Corolla and having no success, Howard asked me to bring the part in to see if it's something he could do. The braces were installed perfectly and I didn't have to wait long. Definitely coming here to service my vehicle once my warranty runs out. He also nailed the estimate which is always nice.

They fixed my brake light switch which was causing issues with my battery. Excellent price also ran a diagnostic and let me know what else I needed to take care of and what was important and worth doing based on the age of my car. Howard and the front desk are true professionals. Definitely going back if I need anything else done.

I drive an older Japanese car and I only trust them to work on it. They aren't the least expensive, but they are the most reliable. If you want it done right the first time, this is the place. They explain everything to you and even offer cheaper options if available. I even have My oil change here even though there's an oil change place next door. I've been going here for years and I highly recommend them. Howard and his crew take their work seriously.

This is by far, Worst auto mechanic shop I've ever been to. Went in there to get my clutch done. They disconnected the speedometer sensor, a thermostat sensor. They did not test drive my car and how I know is because I have a hydraulic clutch in my 97 Civic and I couldn't shift. Had to take the car back and tell them to reconnect all the things they disconnected. The speed sensor, thermostat and tell them to bleed the clutch next day when I brought the car back. Very disappointed in the service from this store. If I were you I would never bring my car to this shop to ever get it repaired.

This was my first experience with this garage and will definitely use them again. My S2000 needed an unusual repair. I spoke to George. After chatting with a couple of the guys there, we came up with a plan for the repair. George was great about keeping me in the loop about the status of the repair. Came here to diagnose my 2009 Honda CRV which had a wobble when I drove. Came here they put it on the lift and in a couple of hours they gave me a diagnosis. They told me it's my right CV axle has a little play in it and causing it to wobble. Glad I brought it here no nonsense mechanics. The owner was there I was glad to see him because he is known for a long time to be very reliable and affordable which is very important nowadays. If I ever have an issue again with my Honda I definitely will bring it back to him and for these mechanics who take their job serious. Glad I found this place

Had my transmission and oil changed and the chassis lubed. There was a problem with my oil drain plug gasket. They showed me the problem and how they were going to address the issue to avoid future problems. They use top quality parts and are very professional. They have a nice waiting area, very good wifi, and a masked required policy which make me more comfortable being inside. 4 Stars for having to come back after oil change due to bad drain plug gasket, they should have caught this at the shop.Service: Oil change

I m so happy that I was recommended to Jap Tech! I usually read all reviews first before I visit any new business or before I purchase a new product but I didn t have to because I knew George would never take advantage of anyone. They fixed my car with care and I now have trusting mechanics to work on my car and don t have to worry. I just logged on their site to write a review and I read all the reviews before me and they just confirmed my opinion about Jap Tech. They are 100% legit!!!!!! No exaggeration! I definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trusting mechanic to work on your car! George is the Best and is so polite and will explain everything to you!

Outstanding service! I am new to Florida and have extremely disappointed with the local Honda dealers. George was genuinely glad to have my business and provided great service. No up-selling, just great service at a good price (and no garbage fees).If you have a Honda this is where you need to be going, you won't regret it.

The professionalism, work ethic and transparency displayed by Howard, Ron and the rest of the JapTech crew are all a testament to the high standards and care I have experienced at this shop. I gladly drive up and make the trek from Miami to get my Toyota Taco serviced with the rutine maintenace and any repairs that may be required. JapTech is a Diamond in the rough among a sea of unscrupulous characters that pretend to be ethically competent and professional. Keep up the great work!

The only competent person here apparently is Howard . We brought in a 2006 Lexus THREE weeks ago for Howard to be on vacation and his staff lacking the proper knowledge to even service the car yet they specialize in Lexus as advertised. They couldn t fix the problem but expected us to pay. I did but my lawyer has been contacted. This is the second time they claimed to be able to fix the issue and yet I ve returned. Find a better shop before going here go to a real deakerService: Electrical

Howard and the Jap Tech team did an outstanding job on my transmission. They were kind and courteous and went out of their way to help with the logistics of getting my vehicle to them when the transmission completely failed. I've even been to doctors who were less caring than Howard, who surprised me with a followup call several days after completing a full transmission rebuild just to make sure everything was running well. I highly recommend Howard and Jap Tech. Don't fall for the guys who say they need to open up your transmission and "inspect it" before they give you a quote. Howard is the real deal and I highly recommend Jap Tech!

Customer service excellent,my opinion they contribute more to satisfying customer more than car dealership . They get to problem and I truly believe their honest by fixing the problem more so than charging you price for service don't need . I trust they concern about their reputation more than anything and early is a must business always booming. Pay little more but it's worth it because do not have to worry whether they did good job or not . They have a system you can cumulate points on car service and we know that means save money on purchase service. I had conversation with a customer while I was waiting for my car . She said she drove from West Palm Beach Florida wow I was so impressed and felt I made right decision to do business with Jap tech.

Best Honda Repair Shop near Miami and ALL of Florida, possibly the best in the entire world because I've been to Tokyo and didn't see many Honda's... Don't bring your car anywhere else!Howard is the man. Very helpful helping me quickly identify the issue, providing a ton of information and support. I was so impressed by our conversation on the phone, and their level of experience and knowledge of my car, that it was worth the trip to get the service that my car deserves! The repair work is spot on and reasonably priced. Took my Honda to several shops in other areas and there's no comparison. Jap Tech repaired it right the first time! My 7 year old Honda Fit runs and drives again like the first day I purchased it.

Been going to Jap Tech for years. There's not a better Honda shop in South Florida. I'm not aware of any other mechanic shop with a loyalty program tracked by your personal chip card.Fair pricing, great service, excellent work.
