Phenomenal Service! The best car repair experience I ve ever had. I met the owner and he s just such a man of integrity. They don t try to upsell you on things you don t need. They tell you the things that need to be replaced soon. The prices are really good. Though i will add you have to pack your patience because he is very busy. But they most definitely made a returning customer out of me 10/10 would recommend.

It s hard these days to find an honest mechanic shop. My situation with my car was difficult as several places no one knew what was going on. I went to the dealership to diagnose my car and I came to Jacob s Garage to have the work done in two separate parts. When I came to complete the second part, they asked to do re-diagnose for me and they found the true problem!! They went ahead and still put in the new part as per my request. My husband and I will be recommending this shop to everyone we know. We trust their honesty and hard work! I also recommend to come early before they open but they are 100% worth it.

This shop is awesome! Brought in a vehicle for a chirping noise coming from my front left tire and brought in my new struts and a wheel bearing. They did all the labor and was priced out very fairly. The guys that I talked to there were always kind and helpful to me and my wife. They listened to our problem, gave us advice so we didn t waste extra money, and because of that the first time, we continued coming again. In the vehicle my wife and I brought to them, they noticed the chirp may not be the worn parts but a damaged plate scraping against something that needed to be bent back into shape which they did and informed us of. Very communicative. Probably one of the best mechanic experiences of my life. I ll be bringing in my car soon, too.

Fantastic shop in all regards. Have brought multiple vehicles for several different services. They never just throw money at something, they will let you know if you shouldn t spend on something. They will also refer you to other speciality shops that are also high quality if they don t offer a particular service. Highly recommend.

It is hard to find a good honest mechanics shop. With Jacob's Garage that is what they are. Brian was very friendly and honest with my situation, he let me test drive vehicle before paying. Wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Will take my vehicle there in the future.

My first visit due to a nail in my tire. Bummer! and I needed the tire repaired because I had an important event later that afternoon. And even though I was not the only client with the same nail in my tire issue. Jacob's Garage warmly welcomed me from the moment I walked into the office, and was told straight up that they were busy, which I could see was true, and would try to accommodate me. Well, to my surprise they managed to get to my vehicle and repaired my tire at a price that I could not argue with. So, although I already had another garage and mechanic that I trusted. I now have another go to garage and mechanic, and Jacob's will be seeing me from now on for my automotive needs. Thank you.So, since my first review, I've been back twice unfortunately to have my car service. And the service received again, only goes to solidify my initial review. Jacob's mechanic are very very good. I don't know how the mechanic managed to remove the plug from my Cadillac V6 so fast, but I'm totally impressed. They repaired my vehicle, and put everything back exactly in place like they were never even under the hood. These guys are good. Thanks B&B.

Absolutely incredible and honest auto shop. Being a woman you always wonder if places are giving you an honest diagnostics and taking you for an idiot. This place is honest and reliable. Prices are always great for superior quality.

I love this place. Best hourly prices in town and does a better job than Ford Dealership and Autonation. I have several cars and when I went here it was pretty quick and the work quality was good as well. Its more family oriented kind of feel because they will explain everything so you know exactly whats going on. They are so good, that everyone goes there and it can be a wait time thats because of good service.

I brought my car in for services that were recommended to be done urgently by Jiffylube. Jacob's garage was not only accommodating and were able to fit me in last minute, but were also honest and advised me to hold off on those services since they weren't needed at the time. I will always appreciate a business built on honesty and hard work and therefore will continue to come back and will recommend the establishment to everyone that I know!

Friendly, courteous and professional. These guys do all they can to make sure you leave their establishment feeling satisfied that the job was done and done well. Good work at an affordable price. I highly recommend this place. Family owned and operated. Ask for Brian or Zui they will take care of you.

I couldn t recommend a better mechanic shop if I tried. I needed a pre-purchase inspection done on a vehicle and I was blown away at the costumer service this shop showed me. They made a list and sent me pictures of what they found and were patient when I called them over and over with more questions.These guys are great, super professional, and truthful with the way they do work. My man Brian at the shop was a legend for his costumer service and assistance with my lack of knowledge.100% recommend this shop.

Very honest. Didn t charge me for fixing a headlight since he didn t need to buy a materials, just a small adjustment. Just moved here from another state and I will keep my car repairs at Jacobs.

Great auto repair shop. Very pleasant and reasonable mechanics. Many shops out there, but few are actually honest and knowledgeable. They had the opportunity to tell me my repairs were more than they were, but they were very honest. This is why they are usually backed up with work because they are popular and trusted by many. I'm very happy with my old car once again. It's hard to trust auto shops, but not here.

I have never had such GREAT service from a car repair company! This company went above and beyond for me and truly don t have the words to THANK THEM enough! They were so patient with my many phone calls & my fathers. Being stranded in an unfamiliar place can be nervous trying to find a good shop. & I went with a gut instinct & they delivered above & beyond. Best mechanic in soflo. Been coming here for years and they always provide exceptional service. Their prices are very competitive and the people are some of the best you'll ever meet. Best if you make an appointment as they are always busy. Can't say enough good things about this great little shop.
