Amazing shop with amazing people and amazing results. After an unfortunate accident, I took my new car in, and Steve and his team took care of it. It was easy working with their front office and they took care of everything. They made themselves available with the insurance, ordering parts, and scheduling and completing the repair. The most exciting part was the day I picked it up and the car looked just as good as the day I picked it up new off the lot.

Vinnie and Phil are amazing! I brought my car to this collision center to have a repair redo from another collision center nearby and this team restored my car back to being and feeling brand new! They are very knowledgeable and have excellent communication! I knew what to expect every step of the way and they ensured I was informed and educated on the entire process! They have pristine customer service and I highly recommend this collision center to everyone! They have various certifications and really provide a top tier experience for customers!

I had my Tesla repaired at Holman Collision Center of Pembroke Pines. My car was originally improperly repaired by another collision center and Holman had to redo the collision work from scratch. Neil Porzel was very knowledgeable and provided amazing service throughout the process, including dealing with the very difficult insurance company. The car was ready before the estimated repair date. Holman did a great job and the car looks brand new. In fact, when I picked up the car I didn t even notice my car out front since it looked better than it did the day I picked it up from the Tesla dealer! If you are looking for a professional collision repair center providing excellent work and service, no reason to look any further than Holman. I highly recommend them.

Although it was unfortunate to need a collision center, the service received, especially from Vinnie the cc advisor, was exceptional. His communication and care made the experience much more bearable. The team did an excellent job, and I highly recommend their services.

Took my Tesla to Hollman Collision Center and the process from beginning to end was great. They made it easy for me and helped me with all my questions and concerns. Neil was great , he was in constant communication and provided almost daily updates about the status of my vehicle. Highly recommend .

The guys in the collision department were great to work with. Being a State Farm agent, I deal with a lot of body shops. Sometimes its difficult to even get someone on the phone. This department always answers promptly and goes beyond expectations to help the insurance company and the customer. A special shout out goes to Michael and Vinnie, the two I worked with the most. Thanks guys!

Best BMW Body Shop bar none. The staff is excellent keeping you in touch with every stage and the work is simply top notch! If you have a BMW and get into the unfortunate fender bender, this is the place to take your beloved Bavarian chariot!

Vinnie was great to work with and they did a great job on my Audi Q3. The standout part of my experience was how they handled everything with my insurance agency and how I wasnt involved in the back and forth that was required to get OEM parts installed. Would use them again at any point although i hope I don t have to!

Vinnie Chutino is the Collision agent that I was dealing with about our (Ron/Li Feng) Audi Q3 accident that I had on 18 Jan 2024. We are very happy with Vinnie s desire to help us with all the paperwork required as a result of the accident. He more than helped us in dealing with our car insurance company (State Farm) in obtaining the best end results to cover the final bill. Unfortunately State Farm did not wish to repair the car to the high standard s The Collision Center completes on vehicle. Vinnie did his very best in ensuring State Farm paid most of the final bill. I recently had my car repaired by the Holman Collision center in Pines. The process took much longer than expected due to both my car insurance and pending parts for my car (many people are having same issues!) Although the wait was long and frustrating, working with this department (specifically Juan Gallardo) made things MUCH easier. Juan was extremely efficient and constantly sent me updates via email on status of my vehicle repairs. I will definitely be recommending this team to friends and family, they are professional and truly care for their customers!!Service: General repairs & maintenance
