12/2023 update:Seriously considering suing this location for gross negligenc. They were supposed change out both my brakes calipers but come to find out they only changed 1 of them after I had my personal mechanic re-look over my car. They were also trying to gaslight me into thinking my front brakes and rotors were wrapped but the back rotors and brakes (the ones they replaced) were the issue the entire time!I hate this place!!!!!!!I m here on a Sunday and the front desk guy literally took over an hour to check me out and give me my car back, after having it overnight already.I m here sitting in the lobby, no ones ahead of me and I m waiting for them to give me nasck my keys. Came I. At 1230, leaving at 1:28. Come on, that s unacceptable.

I have been a loyal customer since 2018.Yesterday I took my car for oil change and allingment.I was told that the car battery was charging low.I told them that I got a new battery at this place and it was still under 36 month warranty(I paid for new battery and labor in July 2021)Then I got an offer of replacing the battery but paying the difference between the old and new price of the battery but not paying for the labor.I told them that I will let them know.If the battery is still under the warranty I should not be paying for the replacement neither the labor.It should be replaced for free under the 36 month warranty that did not expire yet.Well I decided not to go back to this place because I do not like how they do business.They just lost a loyal customer after almost 6 years.

Called this Goodyear location because it was closer to home. Had a screw in my tier the night before, I used a tire plug kit on my own to patch the hole temporarily and wanted to patch the tire next day just to make sure that I will not have any issues in the future with this tier. Called Goodyear and told them what I did the night before and asked if they can also patch the tier. I was told to come in and that they will take care of it. I waited for my vehicle for almost 3 hours to find out by their staff that once you had the tier plugged they will not put a patch on the tier. Waist of my 3 hours. Will never use this location ever again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Service advisor Christian Rivero did an outstanding job getting 4 tires replaced and a wheel alignment. Done on my car. His professionalism and courtesy were impecable. Definitely going back here!!

Spent like 3k fixing my vehicle at this location. After a few days, the check engine light turned on. Went back to see what was going on with the light, and they wanted to charge me $200 for a diagnostic report. Are you kidding me ? I explained to them that I just took my vehicle there, and their response was that they could cancel the order and that I could go somewhere else. What a great customer service. Never again going to this location.

Made an appointment last week at 11:30am. Was told it would be an hour and half so I left and came back an hour and 45 later and they hadn't even started it. I was late to pick up my kids from school. Also they charged me for a valvoline synthetic oil filter but installed a carquest conventional filter. Now I'm questioning if they even used synthetic oil. Don't take you vehicle here.

Been a customer for years. Set an appointment for 12 online with a coupon showing $86 for an oil change. Had to press the issue on the price on line. Dropped off car at 12. I called at 2:45 and they tell me it s done. Won t be going back.

By no means pleased to help you. The older guy kept jumping in that the initial inspection was 80-something dollars (I never had an issue with that or asked that) and that electrical issues take time when again I had no problem with that if it would be a few days feels like they re trying to chase customers away here.

Customer Service needs major improvement. I went in early for service on my car. I waited on line to speak to someone at the desk, there are 2 counter people and they are both talking to one customer. One of the techs, Walter looks at me and says "one minute, we will be right with you." and keeps talking. Waiting, now I have been standing there a total of 10 minutes. Frustrated I say, it is taking too long, I might have to leave. Walter just looks at me and says ok and keeps talking to other guy. Not even, I'm sorry ma'am give us another minute, we are almost done and will be with you" Nothing, and I have been going there for 6 years already and have 3 cars serviced there. Their customer service is getting worse and worse. And they wait until the end of the day to call me and tell me that my car needs a laundry list of issues to fix. And I always drop my car off in the morning between 7:30 and 8AM right before work and they wait until 4pm to call me. Went to Tire Kindgom next block over instead and they were more than happy to service my car. Much better customer service over there.

I had an 8:30 appointment on 9-14 placed on the Goodyear website for an oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early. I was told after checking in and handing my keys over that my car would be ready by 12 noon. I replied that I had to be at work in Miami at 12 and had asked what's the point of making an appointment. I was amazed when I was told all these cars are ahead of you. Absolutely absurd and unacceptable. I had gotten up early specifically because I had the appointment, and been there previously with an appointment. They clearly were going to take jobs ahead of my vehicle that they could make more money on.

I went in to have my tires rotated and aligned at 11:25 and asked about tire condition and checking cabin filter. advised that I needed car by 2:15/20 at latest for school pick. Guy advised he would call me and let me know if there were any issues.. 2:30 pm still no call.. I call and manager answers and says come on in I m finishing up paperwork. I arrive and the guys hands me my key and says have a good day.. as I see paperwork clearly says no rotation needs 4 tires! Not one word to me! I ask him was the work done? I assume you didn t have cabin filter in stock.. no calls 3 hours and you say have a good day? Manager says we are busy.. alignment paper shows that values are not within specification and safety issues may occur!!!!! DO NOT TRUST them!! Horrible service and even worse customer service

They take 30 minutes to see if they can align a Chevy express, after say yes they call me 3hs later to say the can't.Don't loose your time.Also the manager is a ride guy.

I have complements and one complaint.On Sunday August 25, 2019 8:30am, I came to good year for much needed service, breaks and tires. I had an appointment. My dog and I was welcomed. Vivian was the rep that day. She was professional and friendly and accommodating. I was prepared to spend a lot of money and wait at least 3 hours. They did not disappoint....lol Service was completed around 12:30pm with complementary wiper change.I come to this Goodyear because of the professionalism from the team members. There is a good year .5 miles from where I live but I rather drive 6 miles to get good customer service.With that said...on Wednesday August 28, 2019 my TPMS indicator light came on while driving. I called Goodyear between 2-2:30pm. I spoke to a rep, who I later discovered was a manager. I explained the situation. He stated that I can bring in my car so they can check it. He explained that I could have picked up a nail, could have a slow leak, the sensor could need to be reset. I asked him do I need to make an appointment to have this checked. He said "NO." He further said that they open at 7am and that my situation is a first come first serve situation.So, on Thursday August 29, 2019 7:05pm I show up to get this sensor checked. Chino was the rep at the desk. He asked if I had an appointment. I told him the conversation I had on Wednesday. He looked at me funny. I told him that I knew I should have made an appointment but was assured by ( ) you know who you are...that I did not need one. Chino said it's best to make an appointment ALWAYS!So, I deduce that the rep "manager" who was on duty Wednesday afternoon was either incompetent or lazy or both. He could have said to me, make an appointment online, he could have said I'll take your information to make an appointment. It's people like this "manager" that ruins the reputation of of a company and can affect the overall morale as customers will be irate with incompetent, lazy representatives.Chino took care of me. The tires were good the sensor was good. The tire pressure was not filled correctly on Sunday. I got an apology and a smile. NO Additional Money Spent...yeah!I will still come to Goodyear.

David at the Pembroke Pines location provided me with 5 star service from hello to driving away with my new brakes. He explained steps, costs, and options at every step in process and did so with a heart and smile that assured me I was being treated with dignity and courtesy by someone who cared about his customers and the safety of their cars. I will keep coming back to this location because of him. The brand name is only as strong as its team members and he has a strong team.

Horrible experience. I tried to get my tire patched, and the clerk assistant, Carlos, who claimed to be a mechanical engineer, in the front told me that he didn t think they could get to it today since they had two other cars and didn t think it was possible. He explained what the other vehicles were getting done and claimed that a tire patch took over 45 mins. I mentioned that in other places, they ve done it in 20mins, so I didn t think it took that long. He interrupted me and said, Then go to that other place. Since the minute I walked in, he seemed in a bad mood and overall unprofessional. I asked him if he was having a bad day, and he said, I m a mechanical engineer and a professional, and you don t understand what it takes to patch a tire. Again, a simple no, we can t. But we can set up an appointment for tomorrow. Does that work for you? But I guess nobody has decency or professionalism anymore.If you, AS A WOMAN, need to get ANYTHING fixed in your car, don t even bother coming here since they will mansplain you and talk down to you. Especially Carlos.

Just terrible. Guest service is take it or leave it. I had an appointment at 9am. someone talk to me at 10:30 and the car was ready at 6pm. I waited there for 5 hours and the only thing they said "is not ready yet, we don't know how long will take". What is the purpose of an appointment if there are countless people scheduled at the same time? They even commented unsatisfied guests in front of other guests.

This place has changed alot from years pass for the better.Angel the sales associate was AmazingHe also helped out install the tires on my vehicle being they were short handed with the tire installer.Angel is a exceptional credit to that corporation.

Long time customer, but no more.15+ year customer. You and Chino were great and reliable, but you are no longer.David wanted to replace the alternator with a replacement and the battery at over $1200. Changed the price on a battery multiple times. Kept stepping away to check with the mechanic. I honestly felt like I was being scammed.He said the car would not start and a battery cell was dead. Well, that was not true. Car started right up and drove away as fast as possible.Took the car to an honest mechanic that confirmed the alternator was not bad.Warning: Buyer beware of misleading and misinformation from this Goodyear in West Pembroke Pines.

My husband Manny and I have been taking our cars for service to the Good year at 300 NW 172 Ave. In pembroke Pines for the past 3 years. Vivian always makes sure that we are satisfied with the service and calls us promptly with the status of the work being done. Her attention to our car needs are outstanding! She has wonderful service skills and is super friendly!In addition, Chino as well is knowledgeable about the work that has to be done and gives us detailed options to help us make a decision. He is patient and takes his time with us!They are great assets to the shop and provide service with a smile!

Great place to change your tires. Friendly and competent staff always willing to help the client. This is the second time I have been served by Vivian M. at the Pembroke Pines store on 300 NW and 172nd avenue. She consistently delivers her service with great care and professionalism. She's knowledgeable and ensures that her customers are well attended and leave the store happy. I always feel that I'm dealing with a considerate human when I talk to her, something you don't get in many places nowadays.

I came to Goodyear in 300 NW 172 Ave in Pembroke Pines, FL.Vivian was excellent. She came outside to inspect my vehicle and gave me insight of what the issue was.I was able to get a quick fix, but she informed me I will need new tires in the near future. I will not buy tires from anyone else but Vivian Medereos. She was honest and thorough with her analysis.Thank you to Goodyear for employing and recognizing such amazing people in your team.

I went with an appointment but I was only seen 30 minutes later, another 10 minutes the attendant kept typing on the computer to give me an answer that the oil that my car uses was not on sale. Let's be honest with the promotions, the side at Jiffylube had the oil at a fair price. Never.

BE CAREFULLY WITH THIS STORE!!! A few weeks ago I bought 2 front tires for my car. I pay for installation and alignment. A few days after receiving the car, I returned to the store because the car drifted a little to the left when I drove. I imagine the alignment would still be under warranty and go back to the shop. indeed, the alignment has a guarantee and they did a re-check. my surprise begins when they call me and tell me that the car will not be able to fit well and that the problem that goes to the left is because 7 parts that are damaged have to be repaired and replaced and they give me a repair estimate of $1,197.21 . my annoyance and claim is how it is possible that they have realized this in the re-check. I have the initial alignment report and they do not comment on these parts or tell me that the car would have the left problem. I claim that this doesn't make sense and the only response I received was that the previous alignment was done by someone else and that what I could do was call Goodyear and ask for a refund of the amount of the alignment. Hey, am I not in a goodyear store? Well, it seems that if you pay for online services you will have to solve the problem online and not with them. incredible!!! what a bad service and the way they handled this is terrible. With this situation many doubts are created. Perhaps the first technician who made the alignment did not see anything? Is it on the second visit where I am informed that the car would not look good because of the bad parts? because I was not informed the first time so I could make a decision about whether or not to do the alignment. They preferred not to say anything and charge it and then at the re-check they told me about the bad parts... well, now I have 2 new tires, the car keeps going to the left, I lost $90 in alignment and now I have to go to another store that doesn't be goodyear to corroborate or tell me what is really happening. Obviously I no longer trust Goodyear. My recommendation is to look for another brand as Goodyear because Goodyear will not be held responsible for anything. You will lose your money and time. avoid a bad time and go to another store if you are looking for an alignment for your cars.
