Amazing service. I needed my honda passenger side window replaced after it was broken into and Rick was able to come same day. He replaced the window and was very quick,efficient, organized and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Had my passenger side front window broken and blow out. Completely gone. Called Rick and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. In less than 1 hour, I had a brand new window installed and working perfectly. Very good pricing and excellent service. Rick will even come to you to do everything which makes it so much better. Excellent and fast service! Rick provided a text quote within a few minutes of calling and answering a few questions. Rick showed up promptly the next morning at the requested time, with a text heads up when en route, and completed the repair in under an hour. The lawn mower caught a rock and shut it through my window yesterday. I called Nissan and two other car glass companies and they all gave me the runaround. I called Rick at glass Act and within 5 minutes he texted me back with a quote and an appointment for the next morning 8:00 a.m. I should have called him in the beginning and I will do that from now on. Excellent service. Excellent communication. Definitely the go-to company for any car windshield repairs and replacement. Plus he is mobile so he came to the house and did the insulation right here. And the price is very reasonable. Call Rick you will never regret it.

Wow, it has been a long time that I have found myself impressed with a service. Rick exceeded my expectations today! Something hit my windshield on Saturday and cracked it. I submitted the claim with the insurance and got a call back from Rick in just 2 hours. He got the windshield replacement the following day and was ready to install in less than 48 Hours.He came to my home with his mobile unit, was prompt and made the process super smooth! I had called a bigger company before, scheduled an appointment and they never showed and never called. I did a quick Google search and found Rick @ Glass Act. Reached out to him and within 10 minutes he had a price and appointment scheduled for the next day. He then called me the next morning and said he could come early - he arrived within 30 minutes and had the job done within an hour. Rick was polite & professional. I should have Google searched from the beginning instead of calling the more well-known company. I do prefer giving to small businesses over larger corporations. Highly recommended! My windshield was cracked Thursday on the way to work and we gave Rick a call and he right away told us to give my insurance a call and it would probably be covered by them 100% which it was. Rick then came by my home Saturday morning and already had the new windshield on and replaced looking brand new. Very smooth and easy and Rick saved me a lot of stress. I would recommend him to anyone trying to get any type of auto window replaced he is an honest and good person on top of doing an amazing job on the actual work. Thank you Rick!

Used Rick of Glass Act after I couldn t get good service from another auto glass service. I am so glad I did. Rick is a professional; he responds to your calls right away, he s prompt and does a fantastic job. He even polished the windshield and cleaned up the dashboard. Professional, polished and prompt he s terrific.

I had my windshield smashed and within a couple hours it was completely repaired. I found Rick to be a very friendly and easy person to work with. He was extremely fast and thorough. He even vacuumed out all the glass fragments from my car interior. It was like it never happened. I would highly recommend him for glass repair service.

I called Rick yesterday late in the afternoon to replace a back window in my son's car. Rick scheduled the job for early this morning, drove to my home and completed the job in under an hour. The price was reasonable and he was very professional. I am so grateful for his prompt service because this afternoon it is pouring rain and the car would have been soaked inside. He saved me from the eventual mildew inside the car. I highly recommend this company!
