Charlette is THE BEST MANAGER FOR FIRESTONE OMG I had such terrible experiences with other locations in different states and I was really thinking of ending business after 12 years. But ever since I ve been getting my car serviced at the Pembroke Pines location with Manager Charlette and my mechanic Robert . My car has been driving like a beauty. Very clean store , fast and reliable . No complaints. Thanks again Ms Charlette and Robert for helping me get back on the road 5 STARS

I stopped by Firestone to ask about my upcoming oil change/ tire rotation and the lady manager was very courtesy and always smiling. The guy Cesar was also friendly even while dealing with a man about an alignment- both employees were professional...that customer was difficult and wanted to park his car where he wanted....I heard everything. Nevertheless, this location in Pines is one of the friendly location. Keep it up to the team

Simple oil change and quote for vehicle recommend services. In and out very quickly, no hassle or negotiation on pricing and that becomes an issue for women with car repairs. Glad I came to this Firestone was greeted immediately by young man named Kendall and kept me updated on timeline of completion. Very pleased with service & care.

Just plain awful customer service. No one is in control of anything. You try to get an update on their slow service and the answer is always we will let you know in about an hour. They never actually update you though. The employees have no clue how to solve problems and be proactive. The result is a disorganized mess.I made an appointment for a brake change, and it took them multiple days to finally give my car back. It s like if you have a bunch of kids running stuff.Don t waste your time here.

Charlette was Amazing. She was friendly and accommodating. I was about to leave to find another location or go to Tire Kingdom because the person that was initially helping me was acting as if they had nothing in stock but the most expensive tire. She took the time, went and looked for a comparable solution and SAVED THE DAY! As a first time customer, she left quite an impression!

This place is horrible their employee backed up into my car and they are trying to give me a run around instead of resolving the issue. I came to get my car service not backed into by an employee who was high and went into hiding after running into my car.They are clearly not trust worthy and hire anyone

Wow! From the phone call I made for help to the end of the service! What service I received from this team. Suddenly my car broke down, called the Pembroke Pines location close to Best Buy and Freddy took my call. He treated me like a customer he knew forever though it was my first time. It was towards the end of the day and he was still kind enough once hearing my situation, to come drop it off and they will take care of it. Next day my car was ready and running again! I wanted to thank Freddy and the mechanic himself who took care of me and there was another very nice male employee that talked to me a couple times as well. You guys rock and THANK YOU SO MUCH! You guys are my spot moving forward!!

It was the old Bate&Switch. I came in to the store on 3/2 around 3pm. I was told it was to late to do anything that day. So I got a quote and set up a time today, 3/9 at 2pm.I arrived at about 1:30 and was told they would get me in as soon as possibly. At 2:30 I was told the tires I was quoted on are not in stock, but they did have some that where more money.I was quoted $450 with an alignment.The new price was $575 with an alignment.As I needed tires bad, I ended up paying $440 without an alignment, and got out at 5:30I will NEVER go back.

I went in 12/10 because I had gotten a flat tire and it was not fixable just needed a whole new one. Quickly I was acknowledged by Kendall which he helped me, fast and efficiently. Got my tire & then I had to go back to balance etc and he made sure I was in and out just in time for my nail appt. I will be back in the future.

the horrendous experience i had there. I go at 12 noon cesar made me wait i kept asking him can you tell me how long and he would say " wait I am talking to someone:" wait i am helping someone .. finally at 4 pm i asked for the 5th time and they said " oh we are lifting your car UP now give me a second.. after 4 hours of me asking they finally lift my car up and i said NO i asked many times how long it will take Cesar did not reply now its too late i cant wait any more talked to manager Greggs she said she will get my car outside .. after for an estimate the team on floor seemed NOT interested at all.. when i took my car drove out it started shaking vigorously and stopped .. i someone restarted and came back spoke to manager who opened the hood and saw some things were left unplugged she plugged those and i left . my day wasted and they gave me car back in broken state

For over 14 years we're taking all our 3 vehicles to this store, few hiccups here and there but not as this last time. Went for oil change, service advisor called suggested 2 new tires and I approved. Few hours later they sent emailto pick up car. When my wife got inside the car, noticed a cracked in the front windshield. I approached the service asst. manager to inform about damages, he gave me a cold shoulder and said that he can't do nothing. He went to get store manager and she also approached us with an attitude. She said that she can't do anything because windshield was damaged and the tech wrote it in the report. She asked the wrong tech not the one that serviced the car and his name was in the report. She said that the only thing she can do was to do report but after we waiting outside the store for more than 45 minutes she never came back with the report. We had to called the corporate claim dept.

Charlotte was amazing! I was worried about a flat tire and getting it replaced on a Saturday without an appointment but she was able to help me every step of the way. Even the rest of the people working there provided the best customer service I ve experienced at an automotive shop in South Florida.

Make sure you verify your total before any work is done. They aren t good about that. Also, don t trust what they say about things needing replacement, I just put on new wiper blades and they wanted to charge me $50 to put in new ones. I guess this place is ok if you need a quick oil change, but that s about it.

Most all of my experiences with Firestone have been terrific. This review is not five stars due to my recent visit. The service advisor was great and I was called promptly advising my car was finished. Went in, paid, went to the car and found one of my two complaints had not been addressed. The plastic cover below the engine had came loose and was hanging lopsidedly. I ask that a tech wire it up, fix it, etc. The service advisor told me the technician could do nothing when I confronted her. I got the car home, crawled underneath and found that it could be secured!! I have always trusted the mechanics here and I feel let down by the tech who serviced my car. I will still go back with caution. I will borrow some jackstands and a jack to eventually fix my problem. Service cars parked in all but 1 handicap spaces.

I had a appointment today to this location waited 40 min to get told the car was going to be taken care of just to be told after we waited that my car can not go up the ramp, a worker was really nice on telling us unfortunately we can not put the car up about it until the manager charollete came told us to move and asked if we speak English after we been speaking to the other employees and just came to interrupt and very rudely told us to leave,it s a shame seeing manager have bad manners and a bad attitude when other employees there are more helpful and nice,she definitely doesn t deserve to be called a manager, I will never come back toThis location because of her.

The mechanics are really slow. They work at their own speed. What s the point of making an appointment just for them to suspend my car in the air for two hours. I only came for a tire rotation. Then after all the time it s been sitting there, he comes and says, Oh the two back tires are bad. I m like if you knew that just change them too. Common sense. At that point I was just frustrated with the long wait. I can see if it was a long line of cars in front of me but I watched my car be suspended in the air for a whole hour and the one who was supposedly to be working on it was literally walking around and doing everything else but changing my tires. Worse way to start a day.

They started to check the car and said they could help me solve the lamp problem I wanted to solve, then they charged me for the check, but did nothing, told me they couldn't help me, I didn't think I needed to pay this fee, the tall man took the hospital check as an example, I felt my intelligence was insulted, they disrespected me, and would never go here again. I told the tall man that I wanted to complain, and his attitude did not improve, and he did not want to keep any customers

Nearly every time that I had service done to my vehicle, the quality of every job was substantially worse than what is expected. They take advantage of people whose knowledge is limited in the field of automotive mechanics. I ve had parts taken from my vehicle that has not been returned. I ve had to take my car back to the location to make sure that the service was done correctly. To be completely honest, this place is only great if you re looking to get something simple like an oil change or tire change otherwise you won t be getting anything good by fixing the other issues of your car at this place. You re better off going to certified technicians that have been trained to work on the brand of your car, such as going to a Honda dealership to fix your Honda, or Toyota dealership to fix your Toyota. Firestone is literally only good for simple jobs like oil changes, tire changes and battery swaps.Service: Brake service & repair

You have to be on top of certain things when taking your car there. Make sure you ask about pricing before leaving your car. Besides that, most of the staff have been great. Especially Charlette, manager, and Kendall.

This place is a clown show, 4 hours to take old tires and wheels off truck to put on new tires with old wheels. Luckily i m here on the clock bc if not i d have told them to take my car down and i m going somewhere else.

Horrible Place, Stay away from here. I had order the tire online and when I arrived they said they dont have the tire and sold me another for $150 more than what I was supposed to pay
