I ve been purchasing tires from family tire Pembroke Pines for over 30 years. They always offered the best bottom line prices. No gimmicks, no catches, just great honest service. I really like that they offer free rotations and a very good price on tire patches. If you are looking for a tire shop that has stood the test of time, give them a try.

I came in to purchase 4 new tires installed mounted and balanced and I was back on the road in less than 2 hour's. Very efficient, professional, and reliable. Also best price in town. Thank you family tire for an outstanding job. I will highly recommend to everyone.

Family tire Pembrome Pines always take great care of my vehicles. Whenever I need a set of tires they are always the best price in the area. I drop my car off and the guys call me when it s finished. Very smooth service. The employees here are always very helpful and honest. There s been times I wanted to buy new tires when they told me I didn t need them. You can tell they value their customers over a sale.

Thank you Family Tire Pines for the exceptional service I received. I purchased tires at the other location and got a flat in the area due to a nail. I expected to have to buy a new tire but the guys were able to patch it. Grateful they were able to save me money and get me back on the road in a reasonable time despite how busy the shop was when I arrived.

Had to replace a blown out tire on my my wife s Prius one morning on her way to work recently and they were able to swap out the tire for us with a replacement that same morning. Great price along friendly and fast service, they even offered free rotations on top of everything! Will be back for my next set of tires!

This place sucks. I bought some tires here thinking I was getting a good deal, but boy do you get what you pay for. When I purchased the tires the guy tells me I get free rotations, but since then I ve gone back twice and nothing. Each time I ve arrived at 8am (when they open) simply for the guy at the front desk to tell me I can leave the car but it s a 3 hour wait. Additionally, I asked about getting my tires balanced and got questioned why do I think I need them balanced?!? The guy at the front desk is rude and so is what I think to be the manager or owner. No interest whatsoever to make customers feel welcomed and provide friendly service. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone!

The most humiliating experience I ve had in a long time. Two of the most disgusting and disrespectful cashiers I ve ever seen. I left the store shocked and I recommend you to stay as far as you can from this place.

Please don't go to this place bought tires 6 months ago and they are bald. They claimed it was bad alignment which they did as well. Took it to tire plus got real tires.

I don t know why there are bad reviews but this is a great business I have to leave a 5+star review. They are friendly and honest, not try to tip people off. I got my expensive Michelin tires a few months ago at Coxxxx. I got a puncture in the tire and Coxxxx said they can t repair it and I need to buy a new one ($250+)after 2 hours of waiting. I was super upset! I already spent $1000+ on their new tires and they still want to make more money just after few months?! Or they just don t want to take the responsibility if they don t fix it well? I went back to Family tire the next day at 8:30am. I waited for 3 hours and they fixed it for $25. The same scenario happened in the past, Family tire fixed my flat tire after Coxxxx refused to fix. Everyone here is friendly and helpful! It s so rare to find this honest and fair price store. They always have a long line and they have a bigger shop east of pines. I believe their business is good because they do it well, honest and professional. Don t be scared by the negative reviews, come and give it a try.

They sold me two totally different tires and put them on my car! I found out today my rims both are bent and instead of them telling me that they put the tires on bent rims and told me the car was driving bad because of the control arms! I took the car to the dealership to find my control arms are fine but both of the rims are bent! Instead of being told this they took my money and lied and sold me two totally different tires

I needed to replace both of my front tires, so I bought 2 tires and wanted to switch the better ones front to have the new ones on the back. I got my car back and the ones of the back were replaced , but the ones on the front were untouched. You could see the grease marks on the back and the front were pristine. I told them that they forgot and they swear they didn't and that they did make the change. It was so obvious they didn't just by looking at the car. So I had to go elsewhere to have the front tires replace because they really needed it and I ended up spending double the amount of money. They refuse to show me the tires when I asked, saying that someone had already picked them up. This was only 2 minutes after they handed my keys back and ir was around 9.30 am, so very doubtful. I let them know this, but left defeated. Around 2pm, they called me and said they had my tires and send me a picture, but they could have gotten any tires for that. The truth was obvious just by looking at the car. I took it to BMW the same day and they agreed. They saw that they were untouched. I made a video, but I will post the screenshots where you can see 2 clean wheels and 2 dirty ones. I was extremely disappointed. More so, when BMW charged me less for the tire replacement. So not only bad service, definitely not the cheapest place either.

Atendimento horr�vel e p�ssimo, nao culpo os oficials que trabalham doing really or concerto more sim que fica atras do balc�o, besides being grosso and sinico ao pointo of knowing that it is wrong and still owes two clients. I advise everyone that we do not frequent these local authorities and take measures with these arrogant officials.

My trick in this place is P A T I E N C E. Go early and smile and they will get the job done, if you do go late have a lot of spear time to hang around, they are a VERY busy tire shop. They usually tend to open even before business hours and there are people are ready waiting in line for them.You will get the best prices around for tires and other work they do, do not expect a friendly atmosphere, good customer service ( except from a colombian guy that I do not remember his name) they won t say good morning back to you and will only tell you what to do or where to go.The establishment certainly needs some upgrades, but they get the job done.For you to have an idea I have gone in the afternoon and have waited over 3 hours, I went yesterday early and only waited 30 mins.

I do not indicate that there is any local service or service, because the people who work arranging this paraben-free service, but the service behind the balcony is horrivel and terrible, as well as being overblown and arrogant, would be stupid or would not fire him at the same time.

Apparently they don't need the business. No mask you get asked to leave. If they were so worried about their health maybe they should clean the place up. I Was going to purchasing a set of new rims and 35 tires. Oh well. Headed somewhere else.

Should have listened to the reviews but a mechanic I went to recommended them. Called up and told the guy that I think I need an alignment. Also explained that my mechanic thought I might have a bad tire. The car has a lot of shake along with the steering wheel and doesn't drive straight. Right off the bat he started raising his voice telling me alignment has nothing to do with any of that, it only effects the wear on the tires. I questioned him explaining that the alignment does in fact effect the car driving straight and he started yelling at me. Ended up hanging up. Horrible service and i defiantly wouldn't recommend going there!

Horrible service due to the rude employee behind reception, in addition to being mocking and offensive towards customers, I would not recommend this place to anyone due to this employee.
