Les and his team did an excellent job for me and my wife. He took the time to listen to what we needed (correcting a poor installation of a dashcam by a different vendor) and made the corrections at a fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend Cartronics in Hollywood. Thank you.

Such a wonderful experience my father and I had at Cartronics. Lester and Ivy were so attentive and helpful to our needs and repairs. Lester is very knowledgeable and has clearly won multiple awards for his work. I trust him and his team to do any kind of electronic work in my car. Just to save a few bucks I took my car to a swap shop to get some work done and ended up coming here to repair the nasty job the swap shop had done. Lester was quick to assist, offered advice, his best products at reasonable prices and got the job done same day. Thank you so much! We will be back soon for some more work on the car!

My husband, on a whim, decided he needed to upgrade his sound system. Having used others, he opted to get an estimate from Cartronics. Ivy was the first friendly face he encountered. Her knowledge and customer service was exceptional. She directed him to what he needed, and what he didn t need. Lester (Ivys husband) was honest and had amazing communication before and during the installation, giving my husband his options and pricing along the way.The sound is absolutely AMAZING!Over all if you are looking for an honest, fair priced and professional audio company run don t walk.

Lester & Ivy are the BEST! Extremely SATISFIED with the service, atmosphere, and overall business of this company! I bought/installed a Viper Smart Start Alarm System on my 2014 Toyota Camry SE Sport from them and the results were outstanding! They re very knowledgeable on all the products on the market and gave the best recommendations for what the customer is looking for! These people have alot of expertise and they re absolutely professional! If they can t do something that you want done, they will tell you honestly! Not like other the shops where they will rig it just to get a sale out of the customer! They also fixed a wire that my personal mechanic had undone, and they resolved it swiftly! Others would ve charged me! Very happy overall and will be the only spot I go to for electronics! Definitely going to spread the word! Thank you and will be looking forward to bring business to this establishment very soon!

Let me tell you I had the best experience from begining to end. First when I went in to get a estimate Lester was working with another customer so I had to wait a minute. Unfortunately, something happened to the customer radio and they did not have the exact model in stock. Lester immediately remedied the issue by upgrading the customer to the next radio free of charge. When I overheard that I told myself this is the place that is going to install my music in my car. FYI- He has 39 years plus doing this and has not lost his passion for installations and it shows in his work. If you love your car I highly recommend coming here.

I had a great experience with Lester and the crew at this truly family business. He built a system for my classic 38 year old Supra and treated my car like his own. The car had its limitations for size and acoustics and he recommended the right Kenwood system that fits perfectly and an Alpine bass that is completely hidden. He also recommended a GPS antil theft system that will help me keep my car. I cannot thank ervyone at Cartronics Pines enough. I will be back to uprgade my other cars

The lack of communication is really poor. And they lost a potential sale.Came in to speak with one of the owners about speaker options for my husband's pickup truck on January 14. She wrote a rough estimate on the different speakers for a brand that we wanted. Called my husband later that day to let him know about the information I was given. We both agreed that this would be the place for the install.So on January 21 I called to setup an estimate, down payment and install date. One of the owners answered, I left a message. I called later in the day, no answer. Then I get a text: Please text me. I reminded the owner who I was and was told that I was going to get a call Monday morning. I replied to the text if they can please call me on break which I told them a time. Crickets.So I text again I believe on January 27 that I was still interested with them installing the speakers. Crickets.My husband and I are really disappointed in the lack of communication. After this many attempts I didn't bother calling them back. They lost a sale and potential future sales as we have another car.We were looking forward to working with this shop I guess they had no interest in doing business with us for whatever reason. Moving on

I gave Cartronics 10 Stars, because I went on line searching for a car audio location that could in stall Apple play in my 2017 Platinum Armada. Due to the Google algorithm a few locations came up before Cartronics, after I spoke to the customer service persons and I explained what I needed no one called back.Lester did call me back several times, because he was making contact with Engineers that he contacted to explain what I needed, when they or Lester needed more information I was called.Once all of the parts we guaranteed to work for me Lester, Ivy and the crew were 100% professionals, the guys in the installation area escorted me to install area and explained and demonstrated the installation and operation on my Alpine Apple play system.No matter where I am living in Florida, whenever I get a new vehicle that I want the audio system updated Cartronics will be my place.John Dyson

Great and fast service. Took my Mercedes for blown speaker replacements. Had all replaced same day and a fair price. Will definitely be going back for other services and audio upgrades.

Came here and got a advance digital processor installed Lester revamped my speakers and added a amp sound is amazing professional job took a day to get done and he added on a bass control for free he s passionate about his work highly recommend cartronics I m Pembroke Pines

Highly recommend Cartronics in Pembroke Pines. A family owned business that does quality work with excellent customer service, reasonable prices and more importantly meets their scheduling commitment. Lester (owner) is incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous with his work. Lester was very informative, took his time clearly outlining and explaining our different options and price points for our audio upgrade on our 21 Volkswagen. Amazing service. Had a 12 installed by Les. He s super nice guy and is very helpful. His work is very professional. All wires were secured, hidden and out of sight. And of course it sounded great! Had a great experience here.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Amazing experience along with amazing work. Family owned a d operated business. They are HONEST a dont try to rip you off like some other places out there. I had an issue with an install from another place on an aftermarket radio and a shorted speaker wire. Lester was on it and went out of his way to help me get my car audio system back on track. He fixed the mistakes that the other place made. Customer service the way it should be. Thank you so much Cartronics!!

From beginning to end , Lester was able to explain to me in detail how everything works on my new ram . From a processor to the amp and speakers . I was very pleased with the amount of detail and time he took to really get into how things work and being a customer now in the last 2 years hasn't always ben very delightful. People no longer want to work let alone explain things or take time to. That was not the case here. I was not pressured into purchasing anything , I was just having a normal conversation in were I was actually learning a few things and able to decide what I really wanted . I called several audio shops and I was quoted double and told what I should get . I was also pressured and rushed. That was also not the case here. As if Lester was not enough , I had a great installer. ( Dave ) Very professional and clean. Amp under my seat and wires tucked away. Door panels put back properly and of course , system sounds great !!!! Thank you very much and I will be a return customer if I ever need anything else !!!!

Just drove away very happy with exactly what I wanted as a reasonable Bluetooth/car play in dash solution for older vehicle (2008 KIA Sportage). This family run business is top notch - knowledgeable, discusses what you are looking for, provides a range of options at low end to higher end and what they quote is the price I paid installed. They also checked current speakers in advance to ensure they were still performing as there is no point installing a new system with degraded speakers. No upselling or confusion - just a reasonable solution for what you need.Prompt scheduling and the install started on time and finished in the time estimated. Although already familiar with touch screen car play and Bluetooth - they took the time to review the features of the new system and took time for any questions - had me up and paired in seconds listening to my fav toons and split screen view with maps. The car was left in perfect condition as if it were factory installed.Highly recommend you check out this location of Cartronics for true customer and quality service. A very satisfied customer here. I would like to thank Lester and his Wife for the excellent customer service, the items installed on my van were of excellent quality and reasonable price, he even fixed an issue that the chair had that had nothing to do with the electronics, my van now is much better when I left than when I arrived and also Lester stayed very patiently after hours explaining to me and my family how to work the equipment, I really did appreciate that. Lester is the master at his craft. I strongly recommend them, they are the best on the planet.I'm very happy and satisfied.

My vehicle had decent mid's and high's from the factory, but desperately lacked bass, as 100% of all factory radios do. I brought my JL 8W7 woofer and they sold and installed the amp and really nice Audio Control LC2i Pro. They were able to tap the rear speaker leads for signal and now clean sounds go into the subwoofer and the amp turns on automatically using the factory radio. The bass that this 8W7 puts out sounds like two 12's. The entire vehicle shakes violently from the bass. That little Fosgate amp (was $138 new) I put in is able to put out 644 watts RMS at 2 ohms. Their installer found a nice location to completely hide the amp and Audio Control device. Everything came out great. This system drops bass like a boss! And it's CLEAR!

Excellent experience at this location. I went in to purchase two new speakers because I thought mine were blown. Lester Took the time to look and check my speakers and showed me that they were still good he was honest help me fix the sound of my system. He was very patient and professional. He showed me how to correct them problem and refused to charge me as he said it was an easy fix. I will definitely be a loyal customer for cartrinics and of this location. Lester keep doing what you do.Thank you

Best shop in town undoubtedly.Already tried them with different services including window tinting, sound system etc always happy with the results.Very experienced and professional staff great quality products and fare prices. They do all your electronics needs for your vehicle video, audio, led etc they also carry marine products!In addition to all this and not least I want to highlight the customer service is exceptional from the beginning to the end. I love the service and felt welcomed when I walked in, when I told then what I wanted I have been recommended what was beat and compatible with my vehicle. The owner and the person working on it was so nice and passionate that he took his time and explained to me the process before then showed me the after results on the screen and I had a better understanding of what was done to the vehicle. I certainly will come back again.

Les from Cartronics was amazing!! He fixed a small problem for me with my car stereo and was as nice as could be. There doesnt seem to be many business's around of their business ethics!! I highly recommend Cartronics!!

This will be my second review of this place. I keep coming back because Lester keeps taking good care of me. I recently brought him something most people didn t want to even attempt to fix, not just a radio problem but a radio problem in a fully converted camper van which restricts access of most wires. Lester took a shot at it with a great attitude and within a few hours found the problem. Luckily It was nothing major but if it wasn t for Lester taking the time to help me, no one else would have. His price was also more than fair and there s just no way I ever take any of my vehicles to anybody ever again. This is the guy!!

Lester and his staff went above and beyond to find the perfect audio solution for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I love this place. They are so professional and accommodating. Recently had Alpine front and rear dash cams installed on my ride and they did a terrific job. I will be back to have more work done by them.
