I had a solid experience here. Julian was communicative when I called and I even went back a couple times to have some things adjusted by Julian as well as another service manager. Was well taken care of here. Fortunately it was covered by my insurance but regardless I would recommend this place. Thanks.

The folks at Caliber Collison were awesome. Julian was always available and very helpful. I received regular communication from them as to the status of my car repairs. My car looks great, and I got it back nice and clean!

Have brought my car here many times and the service is always great. Would love to especially highlight Julian's assistance after my car was rear ended. He was kind enough to offer a ride to the car rental shop, and even offered to come in an extra thirty minutes early to quote my estimate when I was pressed for time with work. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I d like to start off by thanking the entire Caliber Collision team for their level of professionalism and care during my time using their services. Notably, Nick, Julian, and Sam are great assets to the company and should be recognized for the work that they do. Nick s leadership skills are exceptional, his professionalism, patience, and care set him apart from your average leader. My vehicle was painted very well however that was not my issue I had with them. The staff was very unprofessional. There was a manager and an employee having a conversation that customers shouldn t be listening to. The manager was writing up an employee and I could hear the whole conversation from the waiting room. I as a customer shouldn t be able to know or hear why an employee is being written up. Even the staff in the front counter was talking about the employee being written up for taking her break.My vehicle was ready for pickup in Friday and I couldn t pick it up so I was told to come by at 2:30PM for pickup on Monday. When I arrived the vehicle needed to be inspected before giving it back to me which I don t understand why it wasn t done previously if it was ready on Friday. I waited for an hour and a half almost and when I asked the man in the front counter how much longer will it be because I need to get to school he got really frustrated with me and walked away without saying anything to me while I was mid conversation with him. This staff was really unprofessional.

This company does excellent work. They worked for my daughter before and delivered what they promised and now I used them and they are absolutely trustworthy. They do what they promise and with a great deal of precision. I was very satisfied.

This business failed at every step. Almost 4 months to complete repair and I still have to go back for issues. Horrible communication, and the GM told me personally : I m not saying you re not special but I have a lot of cars to repair . 4 months for a minor repair seems reasonable .

Took only maybe about not even a week to fix my whole front side of my car so had no wait at all. If you want a fast but well taken care of job, come here. Had some screw ups that were just due to my aftermarket parts that I put in but got it fixed. Then I went to them about a broken part that I thought might have happened during the fixing of the car and after hours the manager and Julian came out to take a look at it, and did there best in the parking lot to fix it as much as they can before having to actually fix the part. We found out it was broken previous to the work but still decided to do there best to fix it as well as give me an estimate.

Consummate professionals Who handled all the aspects of my rental car, car repair, and insurance company interactions, flawlessly. 15 days ago I was in a hit and run accident that cause over $5,000 in damage to my truck. It was the first accident that I have been in, so I was at a loss as far as what to do. The staff at Caliber were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel at ease. Over the next 2 weeks, I got multiple text messages letting me know what was going on with my truck. Today, exactly 2 weeks from when I dropped my truck off, we got the call that it was ready for pickup. When I saw it I literally did a happy dance! The repairs look AMAZING and my truck looks better than ever!! Thank you, Calibur! I will be recommending you to everyone I know!Service: Body & Trim

I experienced a hit-and-run incident that left my car bumper scratched and dented. I filed a claim and scheduled an appointment through GEICO and CC took it from there (made the entire process easy and convenient).I was impressed with the professionalism, punctuality, and understanding of the staff at the CC. They kept me informed about the repair progress throughout the entire process. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the quick turnaround time. I would highly recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate to return if I ever need any bodywork done in the future.

Amazing service and quality of work. They kept me informed about the process every day through SMS or phone calls and through their website I could see the price and time estimate for the completion of my repair.The only drawback was that it seems like one part was delivered to them broken and they had to order it again, what delayed my repair 1 week, which didn't affect me because I was on a rental provided by the insurance.

The entire experience from dropping off the car for repairs to picking it up after was excellent. Ethan Leslie kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. Car was ready a day early then stated. Great customer service and repair work is excellent.

First, their location is 3 minutes from my home, which was extremely convenient. I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never been to a body shop before. Making an appointment was easy and painless. Since the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at home and at ease. My service advisor Julian Herrera was amazing. He answered all my questions, explained everything thoroughly and was very courteous and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable and offered great advice. Outside of the location, Julian and their location kept me updated every step of the way while I waited for my vehicle to be repaired. I never had to call. When my vehicle was ready, I was floored as to how great my vehicle was. They did a superb job. Their General Manager Moises Garcia was also there to great me and make sure that I was happy with the work and to answer any questions. I was a really great experience and I highly recommend them. I also found out that they are nationwide with about 1500+ locations and have a lifetime warranty on the repairs for as long as I own my vehicle!Thank you Caliber for all your great work and making the experience awesome.Service: Body & Trim

I am glad I picked them when Geico gave me their info. They are located 6 miles from my house and it was a plus. Enterprise Rent a Car is also on site. Great staff. See Ethan if you go. He was my service rep. Caliber Collision has a keen eye for details. I was kept informed of progress along the way via phone calls and texts. No gimmicks, no guessing games.Highly recommended!

I d recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs work done to their car. My entire front bumper (& some) was completely damaged and in less than 2 weeks, my car was returned looking new. Ethan was amazing. I didn t have to reach out for updates, he kept me updated throughout the whole process and even helped me arrange my rental reservation. 10/10Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim
