I recently purchased a 3 series and I cannot have been happier!My advisor , Tony Clark and I have been going back and forth for several months, and his customer service was great since day one. A few days ago everything lined up, deals were made, and Tony dealt with me professionally and with no fluff. If he could save me a dollar or give me a credit, he did. My car did not have everything I wanted because I did not build it but overall I have happy with my purchase. After spending some time in my car, I realize, my next purchase , will have to be full ///M.

Came here after a horrible experience in Doral. Looking for a VERY specific car and found it here. Hands down the BEST car buying, financing, out the door service. Jose worked all day to time his approach right... just as we got out of our car, he came around the corner in the Spider. He said my reaction was priceless! Kudos for the timing Jose! Jose had everything ready, completed and all I did was sign and drive away! Kenry in F&I was expedient, knowledgeable and great to work with! The longest part of this visit was my test drive!

I went to Fort Lauderdale 1st and walked around the 2nd floor Used car Lot for 3 hours In my Company uniform (I Own it ) and no body talked to me all sales personnel walked passed me ... maybe cause I'm black and in my early 30s or maybe I had a technician Field Uniform, not my suit that day I don't know why don't care to know ..I willing to buy a Car that Friday and the next day the X3M comp so i went home ... the next day it sold ..i was pissed so I came to Pembroke Pines BMW to look at your X3M comp.. and Christian. Your sales Representative. was extremely nice and came up to me and my wife and uphold us on a X5 instead and we love it and your staff at Pembroke pinesthank you

Trust me when I say I know car dealerships I m on vehicle #6 in the last 3 years so when I give 5 stars I mean it.Oliver-my sales rep is outstanding. I recommend asking for him specifically. The man is a legit genius. His communication with me was on point. Far surpassing anyone else I ve ever dealt with. Respectful, courtesy, timely. Then to learn he was formally a BMW tech genius so his introducing me to my new vehicle was incredible. He was a wizard with it and I could ve kept learning for hours.Stephanie in finance was also super pleasant to chat with and review numbers with.Overall an incredible experience with them. I plan to return in the future and I ll keep their contacts close by for future vehicles. Thanks Pembroke Pines team!!!

Make sure to work with Alex Rodriguez. Most efficient sales person I ve ever worked with, never had a faster/better experience at a dealership. Very patient and accommodating, no sales games or wasting time. 10/10 recommend and I would not purchase another BMW unless he is selling it!

Tony Clark did an excellent job helping us through the purchasing process. He was very transparent and forthcoming about all the details. Tony kept us informed about the vehicle status along the way. Tony also went above and beyond to make sure we were confident about the special order paint we chose. That was extremely important to us and very much appreciated. We also appreciated the straight forward pricing at BMW of Pembroke Pines, they never played any games and stayed true and honest throughout the entire process. I have vehicles provided to me as a daily driver from work, so it's been more than 10 years since I buy a car. My salesman, Alex help me find the right car and made the whole process run smoothly. Great experience, Carol Craig my service advisor was extremely helpful, truthful and knowledgeable. Always treated me like family, guiding me through the process the best way possible. The staff is always very friendly and happy to help. My car is always clean and up to date when I pick it up, they take good care of you in this location.

Paola Soto, my service advisor is definitely the MVP. Very professional, smart and helpful. She is by a mile, the best service advisor!!The only thing with my last visit was that i took my Vehicle to get a battery replaced and per the video sent to me, everything was fine and no leaks. After a week and a half, my vehicle suddenly started losing coolant. Bought a new bottle and the vehicle quickly drink it. Brought the vehicle to check it and ended up paying 300.00 just to be told i need new hoses and they were almost 4000 worth of work. But almost 2 weeks prior, the vehicle was in almost perfect conditions.

My husband and I are BMW enthusiasts. We love the brand. We love how they drive. We owned 4 before moving to the US. We knew we both had to have them again. We met Dillan Patel one day browsing this location. He is so knowledgeable and honest! We went to PLENTY BMW dealerships around South Florida and not one advisor knew the brand and models well. But Dillan! He understood my particular wants. He had our trust and he made my purchase process so smooth. Pretty sure that as long as he works here he will have our business!Thanks ,Dillan!

We had a such an amazing car buying experience with Tony Clark and team. You need to ask for him by name! He made the entire process seamless and pleasant, is very knowledgable and courteous. He provided us with a straight forward and honest pricing which was very welcome and refreshing. He was also transparent and guided us throughout the entire way. Everyone else at this location are friendly, professional and smiles! We will definitely return to BMW Pembroke Pines because of Tony and refer anyone to him. The most customer pleasing experience at Holman Lauderdale BMW of PP. During our SUV trade/buy. In contrast to other dealer experiences - the brand new building is beautiful, the luxury car selection is top scale, the cappuccino machine and unlimited snacks are a great touch, and the service level - hustle - and dedication to provide superior customer service over 3 different visits to strike the deal - led by our top consultsnt consultant Ramiro, and supported by Alex, AJ and Oliver. Deserves a 6 of 5 starts.Our family/friends will be back to do more business here with these professionals and leaders in the biz.

I came in for oil service and waited. My service advisor Ramon was great. He deserves 5 stars.The only thing that prevented me from rating the overall service experience a 5 was that I had to wait 4 hours until my car was finished. This seems an excessive amount of time for just an oil service, particularly since I had an appointment, arrived on time and was waiting at your facility.

I was able to have Carol as my agent, per my request, as she has always been helpful, professional and caring. For that matter, everyone was professional and helpful, from when I dropped off my car with the welcoming valet attendant, next was the friendly receptionist and finally meeting with Carol. Overall my experience at Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines has been consistently favorable.

I am a Physician who came in on Sunday April 14th with my family. We had the intention of purchasing a BMW. We were completely ignored, even after coming up front to receptionist and announcing we were interested. They said they would send someone over. I waited for almost half an hour and got disgusted and left. It was not very busy either. I am quite disgusted and will not waste anymore time here

Simon Silvers was our service advisor. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, prompt and a pleasure to work with. He was helpful in finding us the best quote for our repair and dealing with a difficult situation with our extended vehicle warranty company. I was provided a loaner/rental for the day and the staff that helped me with that was also prompt and courteous. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and support we receive at this BMW repair station. The staff is fantastic and the service top notch. Thank you.

Probably my best experience at a dealership since I got to this country 15 years ago, and I have bought around 20 cars in that period of time for me and my family. The new building is beautiful and pretty comfortable. Since the beginning Alex and Ramiro made me feel as old friends, they were very cooperative during the whole process. Austin, the BMW genius, introduce me the car the following morning. Very smart, helpful and nice guy!
