(Buyer Beware) Damaged one of my tpms sensors during installation I returned the day after for them to tell me to go to another location , same result so I called back , told me to go to the dealership because they found it weird . (Went here and to another Bjs location 4 different times) Waste of time to even bother for a mistake done by them (Pembroke Pines location) Any other tire shop would have fixed the problem they caused on sight . They rather leave customer with new dashboard light, very unprofessional Any other tire shop is better than Bjs tire center (Pembroke pines) don t go here unless you want an unfinished job & bad service .

Unbelievable how people nowadays don t want to work or don t think that they are performing a service. I called to have my tire checked since I just saw it losing air. I was just trying to ask him when I could take my car over there. The man who answered my call just worried about giving me all the reasons and excuses to dump my request. That man, without even letting me finished just kept saying: - did you buy the tire here? - do you have proof of tire purchase? - what kind of location of the damage? All this in less than 10 seconds . What an experience

BJ s Tire Center deserves recognition for they re kindness in helping me with air in my tires and checking the pressure without any problems! That s the way customer service should be. Thankyou !Pembroke pines BJ s tire center

Always a great experience. I recently had my tires rotated and balanced and while the staff are always courteous, they have a high turnaround and I never see the same mechanics twice. However, the supervisor, David, was the best. He was honest, and his advice was helpful & valued. He even worked on my vehicle himself so I didn't have to wait too long, which I appreciated greatly. The tire center gets a lot of work but they are understaffed, which is a shame because the mechanics are expected to service vehicles and constantly go back and forth to the office to answer phones and check in customers. For the great pricing and service, I would definitely recommend buying BJs tires.

Terrible experience here. Made an appointment online and ordered the tires. They confirmed the day before. 20 minutes after we dropped off the car we get called that 1- our tires are not in stock and 2- that our confirmed appointment time didn't exist. Tire and store manager were utterly unapologetic and cared nothing for our inconvenience. Don't go here!!

I have warranty for tires at BJ tires store. If I purchase 4 new tires couple years ago, I payd to benefit for lifetime warranty service rotation, flat tires repair, etc. I purchased 4 Michelin tires.I respect the schedules of mileage they fix for maintenance service rotation at numbers of miles. I feel badly about this situation. The mechanics don't do the right job and don't tell the truth to the customers. After the service was done,I was curios to verify what job was done by mechanics at tires center BJ.The tire on Front left site have the presure 4,5. To the right site on front, pressure was 4,0. They not equal! On the Back tires Left site was 4,7 and the right site the pressure was 4.0. Again the pressure was not equal. How is possible this?The tires pressure supposed to be betwen 3,2 and 3,5 .The Mechanics are not onest period! Before to do the job to my car they told me the pressure was not equal to all tires and they promised will working to fix this issue.The mechanics are not to be toasted! They supposed to be onest and trustful!Because of they mistakes can happen very badly accidents. Who will going to take responsibility on these serious situations instead you people from Tires center at BJ?

purchased tires on 5/28/19 was supposed to be 2 day shipping and they didn t arrive til 6/3. No big deal. But trying to call this place is a nightmare. On two separate occasions I tried to reach the tire center, trying every department on the directory to get an answer, but on both those separate occasions the phone was not answered. I ended up having to call their out of state call center to set up a tire appointment. Which I was told was initially scheduled for 6/6 at 11am. When I finally got through to the call center to reschedule my appointment the woman I spoke to said my appoint was never made for the 6th and that s alarming. Luckily she was able to help me out and get me scheduled for 11am today 6/4. However, here I sit in the tire shop at 11:30am and my car isn t even in a bay yet. They have one poor mechanic working so I can t fault him, I fault the fact they re understaffed. Can t speak on the work as it s not done yet. And the staff when I can actually speak to someone is friendly, but you guys need to step up your customer service or at least fix the phone system

Non existent customer service. They have only one employee doing front desk and tire work. You can imagine the quality of work, the wait time and the total absence of service. They can't even answer calls, when you arrive the reception is empty with a constant sign "In the store putting up tires will be back in 15 minutes" You can wait hours and no one comes.

I scheduled my appointment a week out, when I arrived there was only one technician working, stating that it doesn't look lile they have the tires I ordered and paid for 1 week ago, I had to wait an hour before they started working on my car and over 3 hours just to change 4 tires, I'm honestly never getting services from here

The staff in the tire center is helpful when visiting. However, it was very difficult to get the store manager to honor the tire warranty. After alot of time spent arguing, the warranty was honored and new tires installed. Suspiciously, the vehicle immediately had a problem with the CV joint (front axle) which was found leaking and had to be replaced.

On hold for 30 minutes so far, Stiil waiting. Absolutely Rediculous!! No excuse! Imagine how much business is lost by this store. Hope someone within corporate sees this and realizes what kind of loss this is. Going somewhere else. This is pure disrespect by a business, Bye BJ's!

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the prices are very good.-Beware of expired, out of date products.-They run out of products often and they will show them in stock.

bad service my appointment was at 12, my tires have a guarantee because I bought them at bj's for balancing and rotating tires and they didn't want to do the service (I brought my receipt) they are abusiveTerrible, mal servicio tenia cita a las 12 porque mis cauchos tienengarantia bj's para balanceo y rotacion de cauchos y no querian hacerle el servicio (traje mi recibo) son unos abusadores. Ha pasado m�s de una hora y mi carro esta fuera del garage.
