This AutoZone store is my favorite place to go for car parts. They're always so organized, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, their manager, Onis, is the best! They really know how to run a shop and make sure everything goes smoothly. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car needs.

15 years ago we move to South Florida and AUTOZONE is part of my life since . Always with the right part , their team always ready to help , open 7 days a week . There is so much good to speak about this autoparts, I invite everyone to visit AUTOZONE and get cover by their warranty and all the good and professional stuff they offer also ... the tools loaner has helped me many times .

There is a new worker at this location who is really bad. And it's a shame as the staff have always been pleasant and know how to do basic customer service. The new worker, a young 18 to 20 year old white guy, he doesn't communicate at all, and won't even type in information for you as a customer. You have to do everything yourself.He also did a test on my alternator outside and it took him 5 seconds which I felt was too fast. By time I got in my car and keyed it on, he said the alternator was dead and walked away from me without asking if I wanted to buy a new one and didn't even shut my hood. I had to catch up to him in the store.I took his word on the alternator being bad and bought a new one. Turns out it was fine and he either didn't know what he was doing or just lied too me. Anyone who has taken a alternator out knows that this is a several hour long job not to mention the several hundreds to buy a new one. I went to Autonation and a worker did a test that took several minutes and he said my alternator was good. The issue ended up being a minor short. This is my main complaint.He has a bad attitude and horrible customer service, which for a autoparts store is not really acceptable as his lack of caring costs people hours of their time as I did with my alternator, which was NOT defective.

I arrived at AutoZone this afternoon in a time crunch needing a new battery ASAP. Howard was able to immediately replace and install a new car battery within minutes. He was friendly, confident, and put me at ease. Would definitely come back here.

My opinion will focus on the service and customer service of the store located at 1708 N University Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024. My husband came to buy a product which there was not, so I leave it paid and additionally I pay a cost for it to be delivered to the house. The purchase was made on a Monday and the delivery would be the following Wednesday, as this did not happen he went to the store where they explained that due to the bad weather in the north of the United States it would take a little longer. We had no problem, it's understandable and also nature is not controlled by anyone. The additional time was 3 more weeks. My husband received a text message that he could go to pick up the product. Ok, yes, my husband went back to the store but requested that the amount I pay for the delivery be refunded. When the shift employee and shift manager arrived (it was 8:00 pm on a Friday) they told him that yes, they remembered everything that happened with the purchase made but that he had to return the next day if he wanted the refund. It is my very particular opinion but I see this as a bad service since after waiting without problem, not claiming anything and understanding the situation, without asking for the full refund of the purchases for the simple fact of waiting 1 month for a product they tell you that for $9 you have to return the next day..... I repeat is my opinion, I work in customer service and I think there are many things to take into account in each case that is presented with each client .

Onise went above and beyond to help me with purchasing and installing my new car battery. Great customer service ! So happy I went to this location. I went to another location the night before because my car battery was dead and needed help to purchasing and installing the new battery. The other location said they could not do it . I left the other location very upset.

My name is Eric Jackson I own a 2015 Toyota Camry Se engine size 2.5 l. I went to another auto zone on Taft street and 441. I went inside an auto zone to get my vehicle checked I wasn t sure if was a battery on alternator issue but I still wanted to get it checked. I spoke to associate to get it checked and they said they could not change my battery. I was there at 8:15 and they said I had to go to another store were I purchased the battery which is Taft and university. I came in the store and Mr. Howard proceeded to check my warranty status and I found out my warranty was expired. But a mechanic that was on property big will helped me put my battery in because you guys were closing. Mr Howard went above and beyond to help me and I was very pleased with the way he helped me. Thank you Mr. Howard

Great store to shop at! The associates are always professional and helpful. I forgot the associate's name, but I went over there looking for parts for my cars. The associate gave me the best advice. Overall, excellent customer service!!

I came to Autozone #4825 yesterday because I was having problems with my car and needed urgent help. They were able to give me a diagnosis for my car within minutes and they helped me find the parts that I needed to fix the problem. Turns out all I needed was new spark plugs and ignition coils. As a woman it can be very intimidating to seek help when you have problems with you car but because of women/people like Bibi suddenly it is not as frightening. Bibi helped me find the parts that I needed, recommended a great mechanic and even encouraged me when I approached her about fixing the car myself. All in all, thanks to Bibi and AutoZone I was able to fix my car myself and learned so much in the process... THANK YOU!

They're always willing to help as much as they can. Not like the Advance Auto Parts next to La Carreta, the manager over there is terrible. Rosario is all about making sales.

Howard saw us walk into the store with our battery in hand and knew exactly what we needed and helped us within seconds of stepping into the store. He was attentive to our issue and proposed a solution or two as the battery was charging and we explained what was happening to my car. I even told my boyfriend, wow great customer service . I wish every auto one had a Howard! Also Henry helped with the pick up of the battery. Also a good lad with good CS!

Amazing Services from Akeem! Wonderful guy who provided incredible service! Quick and efficient in getting the correct battery for my vehicle. He cleaned the dust and gunk to make sure it was a clean place to insert the battery and even pointed out other things I could do to maintain my car better and advice if I experience any more troubles with the car after battery change! If you re here I would definitely ask for Akeem s assistance.

I went into Auto Zone on Taft Street due to having a dead battery. Thanks to Mr. Howard, I had a pleasant and smooth experience and he even installed the battery in minutes. Mr. Howard provided excellent customer service! 5 stars!
