I recently had a fantastic experience at AutoZone, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Bibi. From the moment I walked in, Bibi greeted me warmly and was eager to assist. Their knowledge about automotive parts and accessories was impressive, and they patiently answered all of my questions, helping me find exactly what I needed for my car. Bibi s professionalism and friendly demeanor made my visit enjoyable, and I left the store feeling confident in my purchase. I highly recommend AutoZone, especially if you have the pleasure of being assisted by Bibi.

Honestly really tired of coming here. Tons of staff always standing around doing nothing but talking. Nobody checks out. Nobody ever try s to offer assistance. They expect you to do self checkout. This is my closest auto store but should really consider going a little further west to O Reilys. It is what it is. If you want a store to grab stuff with relatively Terrible service and employees yelling all the time with attitude then this is your spot. Otherwise try O Reilys.

I have to say this is my go to spot whenever I need anything for my car. I always have a pleasant experience and the staff has gone out of their way to help me multiple times! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Bibi was very helpful and so was one the other guys but I didn t get his name. My car battery died and they helped me charge my battery and get it replaced definitely a life saver!

Had an amazing experience! Came here to buy a new battery for a Honda CR-V 2014 and have it installed by a technician. I arrived around 6PM and was told the battery installation service was not being offered at that time; however, Bibi was kind enough to help with the purchase and installation of the battery regardless. She was attentive and went above and beyond to address our questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

Angel and BiBi in the pouring rain came out of the store and changed my battery Duralast with a two year warranty and let me tell you these people were so kind and courteous. I gave them a hug and I thanked them for their time.I can t recommend the store at 17401 Pembroke Pines Blvd. AutoZone they are phenomenal people from the management all the way down. Thank you again Angel and BiBi

Bibi was amazing . I don t know much about auto parts and she was soHelpful . Bibi had wonderful customerService and very knowledgeable about cars. She even went above and beyond to help me by installing my windshield wiper blades . I definitly recommend to going to this auto zone and getting help from Bibi.

There s a guy who works at this store that s always helpful and funny whenever I make it in. He s always the same to every customer and he finds what I m looking for almost every single time or he ll try to find me the best help ever if he isn t able to. It starts with an H and the last name had an H too. I think it was Helman H. or Herwin H. He says he s the driver there but he s always the first to help out when I walk in. Hats off to that guy!But I was there the other morning and even previous dates where I see how his bosses talk to him and try to embarrass him in front of customers and he ll laugh it off. When we make it down the isles I d always joke and ask why? The guy says he reports it to HR and the District Manager and nothing gets done, they just make fun of it and threaten to fire him!Such a terrible workplace to be in!!! I hope he finds another job that respects his time because he s always a great help to me!Shame on you all in that store especially BiBi, I ve witnessed her be extremely rude to this guy multiple visits and she s always trying to give him a bad rep by whispering bad things about him to customers whenever he passes by. Such a pathetic workplace. The guy asks for a transfer and they start treating him worse and writes him up so he isn t able to switch stores. So now they ll have to fire him for any mistakes he makes.The guy is always in great spirits! I hate that he works there!!!PATHETIC MANAGEMENT

My husband, Paul Maronna, & I were in this AutoZone store this afternoon. We were helped by your counter lady by the name of Bibi. She was extremely helpful, very nice & very pleasant to talk to.Anytime we go back to this store we will definitely look for her to help us.

Went there today for a wiper blade replacement. Johnathan was a massive help and was very nice however Bibi was extremely rude and made passive aggressive/borderline aggressive remarks to me.This first set of blades didn't have the right connector despite double checking the model with Bibi at the POS, having worked at Autozone this happens, it's not her fault the system isn't perfect. I made sure to not damage the packaging so it could be returned and restocked properly. Despite having the receipt they couldn't get the refund to work and had to give me shop credit. Bibi was making rude remarks to Johnathan during this process such as rudely telling him to "shut up and focus" when he was singing along to a song while processing the return, it didn't feel like it was just banter between coworkers. We also got on the topic that we're both from a similar area, and she remarked how everyone from my area is "snobby" which felt uncalled for.I confirmed the second set of wiper blades had the correct connector before opening them and went to put them on my car, Johnathan had clocked out for his shift but saw I was doing this and offered to help anyways. We eventually both came to the conclusion that despite having the right connector for the car, it had a clearance issue with the washer fluid nozzle and I'd have to return these blades as well and just get OEM. Being clocked out Johnathan couldn't help me with the return and Bibi had to.Throughout this she's making remarks like "You know most people don't just go around opening wiper blades if you don't know they fit" with a hostile and accusatory tone and "Great, now I'm going to have to damage these out, thanks" despite having done everything I could to make sure it'd fit before opening them. Also in a mocking tone she said to Johnathan when he offered to help me "He used to be an Autozoner, he should know how to do it" she repeated that at least 3 times any time Johnathan would offer help to me among other very passive aggressive remarks that I can't recall word for word.I get that people have bad days, and customer service positions see a lot of abuse by customers, but there's no excuse for the service Bibi offered and I was doing my best to be nice throughout it all. Overall one of the worst experiences I've had in customer service and it's lead me to make my first ever review of something because it was just that bad. Now I have no wiper blades and $80 in store credit (despite literally having the receipt) for a store I'll never go to again. If anyone acted like that when I was an autozoner they wouldn't be an autozoner anymore.

Lashonna and Bibi were extremely helpful. Their customer service was amazing as I was looking to make a purchase for an air filter. If you decide to come to this auto zone ask for either one of them!

I stopped by a few weeks ago and asked for some help on my skateboard that had a super stuck/rusted wheel. I saw they had tools for rent and figured that a bearing puller would be the perfect tool. Taylor was eager to help and super kind. He offered tools and his time to help me with my random problem. David was also great help and kept checking if I needed assistance. Thanks again guys! I can finally use this deck again :)

My car had started to act up and autozone is the first place I go. Bibi was so helpful and helped me figure out the battery was the issue. She s quick and efficient and so welcoming. If you have any questions talk to Bibi.In and out in no time

Battery died on my camry. Took it in to auto zone Bibi rang me up for a new battery and Donvan changed out the battery for me. Excellent service all around I will come back again for any vehicle service needs.

Worst customer service ever test my battery and they say the battery was good. I called my AAA on the spot in the same parking lot of the outer sun and AAA says the battery was bad.

Had a great experience at store #4825 in Pembroke Pines. From the moment I stepped foot in the store, David Martinez made me feel welcome. He checked the battery life in my mother s car and it showed that it needed to be changed. David found me a new battery and swapped it out. I will definitely be returning to this location.
