This is your WARNING! Do NOT take your vehicle here to get serviced. They will damage your car further and not take responsibility for it!Here is my story. I took my vehicle to get my sunroof repaired. The process went okay enough, and normal, UNTILL I got my car back and noticed that the inside of my dashboard was scratched everywhere and damaged to the point where the foam was exposed (see the pictures attached). After this I walked right back into the service department (I didn t even leave the parking lot, and the car valet person who gives you your keys and walks you to your car was with me). When I walked back into the service department I talked directly to the service director, Christopher Vasquez, who told me that it was their fault, they take responsibility, and he is known for making things right . I had been in direct communication with him for days to a few weeks, coordinating taking my vehicle back and repairing the dashboard, as well as promised to give me a refund of the repairs I paid for the sunroof repair. Since even that was not fixed all the way, when I came to bring my car in for the repair of the dashboard that AUTONATION NISSAN PEMBROOKE PINES service members damaged, they told me that Chris wasn t in that day, and no one know what I was talking about or what was going on. So I spent 2 hours at a dealership with nothing done and returned home, despite calling the previous day to check and validate that everything was in order. I was then getting helped by the service loaner/rental car manager Rob Hassan. I was told by him the next day that Chris Vasquez, the service director who promised to make everything right no longer works there and then I was told by the general manager Anderson that since there was nothing in writing that there was nothing they could do for me. And they denied ever being on the inside of my car .. DESPITE the fact that my front car seats were pushed ALL THE WAY back after I requested for them to not be moved, and also things moved around in my back seat.I am thinking that whichever service person repaired my sunroof, they were inside my car in the front seat(s) and might have had a tool in their back pocket and scratched my dashboard,I am a 26 year old female who just moved to FL out of state, is in graduate school with a busy life, and unfortunately got really scammed by this company. I even had a case with corporate Nissan, and since this is a privately owned Nissan branch corporate Nissan can t do anything for me since this company is claiming to not take any responsibility.DO NOT take your car here, and DO NOT trust them to take gentle care of your car during a service repair!

Customer service is always good. Quick on the task and make sure you are happy with your service. They usually assign you to an agent that can help you and give you the status of your vehicle from the time you get there and leave. They don't pressure you into doing anything like other mechanic shops but they do keep you informed of what needs to be done on your vehicle while you are there so just in case you want to get it done right away, you have that option.

Pembroke Pines Auto Nation I took my car for repairs was very pleased with service. The manager got involved to make sure I understood what was needed, I was unable to fix everything they recommended so he help me to understand the issues that really needed to fix like right at the time. Jose who was my personal attendee offered very good support and text me so I was up to date on work being done during the day.I am 100% satisfied. Thanks to repair team.

My car was taken in on time, it was ready in the 2 hours they stated and they addressed the recalls I took it there for and even did a free multi-point inspection. I had hope for the shuttle service, but was told it was not available on the weekend. My car is driving fine; decent visit.

Rey was quite helpful and ensured to follow up frequently to make sure I was happy with my purchase. There was a small issue with the car and the team looked at it quickly and resolved it at no additional cost. Would be happy to return to the dealership again.

I have a 2018 Rogue and have always had it serviced at Auto Nation. They take it on time and have it ready on schedule. I am confident that the work done had to be done and am reassured driving will be secure and safe.

The only good thing about the service is that there was a porter there to receive my car promptly after which I sat in a waiting room for 25 minutes before I got up and sat. Am I waiting for my car to be serviced or am I waiting to be waited on. The answer was that I was waiting to be waited on after which it took an hour and 15 minutes to get my car only because I told her I did not want to get the car washed because it was cleaned and it would take longer to get it back. to which she said it normally takes two hours and I said two hours for an oil change with an appointment?

I've been coming in to this dealer for quite some time since i bought a service package a few years ago. This time around, my experience was not that great. I had an appointment at 9 am and drove out at noon. During this time, my service agent did not spend too much time going over the results from my vehicle's inspection. The first time she came to me, she said that the mechanics couldn't find any issues with the car. I asked them if they had driven the vehicle, which was noted when making my reservation. She went back to check and came back, saying what needed to be fixed, but she was going over it so quickly that really didn't get a chance to understand it. I figured that at check out I would get a copy of the estimate, but it was not there. I emailed her but have not received it yet. Diagnostic was $200.

I don t normally leave reviews, but my experience here was appalling due to the service advisor, Sofia Elajalde, and her office mate. The manager, James, was pleasant and had excellent customer service skills, while Sofia and her office mate spoke loudly and rudely about me while I sat within close hearing distance in the waiting area. This is not customer service and that is not how you treat customers. I will never return here and I would advise other customers to take their business elsewhere, especially if you end up having to work with Sofia and her office mate.

Their service department does not like to replace items that are cover under warranty. I took my car for servicing 2 weeks ago because I was having battery issues. My battery was still under warranty. They told me that the battery was fine and only needed charging. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I m broken down on the side of the road at night due to battery issues. They did that in the past with my tire that I purchased a warranty for. I will never get another Nissan. The service experience there is horrible.

I had a problem with the door lock not locking. I made an appointment online which is very easy. When i got to the service area, i was greeted and was told to go to the waiting area for a service agent. Nicole greeted me within seconds. She has helped on prior visits. As always, she was knowledgeable and professional. Nicole explained what needed to be done. I had to leave the car overnight. I got the shuttle to drive me home. Joe the driver was great. The repair was done and no further issues. I would recommend Autonation Nissan for all services.

My visit was to get my door handle, driver side fixed. I end up having to have a total evaluation of my car, which I did not come therefore at a costly price. Of course, I wasn t happy with that. I think I should ve gotten what I asked for nothing more and I end up not getting my door fixed after paying for something I didn t ask for. The information was beneficial. The only way I can get my door handle, looked at wants to have that done.200 plus dollars. And my car cleaned.

I brought my vehicle in fir two reasons: 1) a recall notice requirement in bringing in vehicle to have the issue resolved and 2) to see why the windshield wiper was only shooting out a little amount to clean the car windshield. Both issues were resolved in the timeframe stated Toyota sales representative Champ. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and utilized active listening skills in resolving my concerns.The Scott's

On Monday, March 26, 2023, I had my vehicle serviced at Autonation Pembroke Pines, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I was initially apprehensive about purchasing the service package, but I know that it was money well spent. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner, and my car feels like it did the first day I drove it off the lot. I appreciate the attention to detail and excellent customer service provided by the team at Autonation Pembroke Pines.

As usual, Keri was awesome. I brought my car in for regular service and told the initial attendants that I wanted to see Kari. She came and got me within minutes of my arrival. Explained where my car was regarding device needs. I told her some of my concerns, then left my car at the dealership. Just over an hour later, Keri called me to tell me my car was ready. We reviewed all my concerns and she had a response for all of them. She impressed that she listened to me and addressed my concerns. I will go back to autonation nissan Pembroke Pines for service over and over. Thank you Keri

I would like to make it a 5 star review. Everything started fine, found the car online. Called made an appointment and met with the salesman. Test drove the car then sat down and was shown the numbers (no negotiation, not company policy). I explained my bank was closed on Sunday and was coming back on Monday to buy the vehicle. Called the next day and sent an email to confirm a time. I sent all the information ahead of time including bank check and everything the dealership asked for. I showed up at the scheduled time and was kept waiting for two and a half hours until they put my paperwork together to send me to the closer. Mr. Dash was very quick and efficient. He did not try to upsell me, and he explained everything thoroughly. After 3 hours I was able to leave with my "new" used car. I have been receiving emails about rating the dealership and emails regarding any questions. NOW HERE IS THE MAIN REASON FOR THE LOWER RATING. No one has responded to my inquires. I just want some answers. But I guess, now the car has sold no more salesman (Jerry) help. I have also noticed a few things with the car that the dealership missed in their inspection. I would be most grateful if they did what they were paid to do. BTW, I took the car to my mechanic within the 5 day 250 mile buy back guarantee and my mechanic said the car was great. Which I am happy about, but it makes it all the more strssful that the dealereship won't call me back about a couple of small things.

Worst service ever. I had problems with this location before. They lied to me about rotation on my tires several before. I even had ti number the tires before the service and show them the pictures after they said they were rotated ( Total lie to the customer face ) number still on the same order than before the service. Now I went to change my oil, they said it was done, Another lie, I went to Walmart a week after to replace my tires and had my oil checked Surprise !!!! Totally black and thick. They never change it and not even take the time to reset the Computer either. This is the Dealer at Pembroke Pines Autonation. Don t go over there unless you want to be Scammed or loose you money

From start to current this location is amazing from the sales team to the service team and my advisor this location exceeds all expectations. They are attentive and the staff makes it a point to remember you by name! I will high recommend this Autonation, pleasant staff very thorough and they go above and beyond. Shout out to my advisor Jose Centeno for always caring for my vehicle as if it was his! 10/10

The Service Department finally improved. Keri Seiple Rumaner , Service Advisor met me at my car and told me to go to her desk and she would help me. She was professional, caring, knowledgeable and customer oriented! She made sure all my paperwork was correct and checked the final outcome of the service.

Yesterday I had car issues that required me to take my car in to the dealership for service. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful she found what issues I was having gave me an estimate on what the repairs would cost so I could have my car repair quickly. Now I m back on the road with a smile on my face.

So here we go, this is my last review of this dealership. I m only doing this because they emailed me asking for a review. Over the past several years, I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, the first was pretty uneventful, the 2nd, not so much. I had some very bad experiences with this place, this review is only concerning the last, which was me attempting to sell the vehicle back to the dealership. I was in the process of buying my wife a new car & was attempting to sell her 2016 Maxima that we purchased at this Autonation dealership. I had already received several offers from different companies, Carvana, Carmax, etc. All the offers were within a few hundred dollars of each other the vehicle was super clean, with very low miles (my wife barely drives, & works fr home). My thought was I ll take to the dealership were I purchased it & had all service done they ll probably make a similar offer & this will be quick & easy. I go to the dealership, give all the info to a rep, sit in his office for close to an hour, at which time I go to find him & ask, why is it taking so long just to get an offer? He advised me to give him a sec to talk to his manager, He comes back a few mins later with an offer for more than $2000 less than the lowest offer I received fr anyone else. At this point, I showed him the other offers, at which time he said my manager said the car needs 3 tires , & that I shouldn t trust the other offers because during the transaction they ll lower the offer(Her tires were maybe a year old) At this point I asked for my keys & said I ll take my chances. Needless to say I went to one of the other companies & they gave me exactly what they said they would not to mention, the entire transaction was quicker than the drive over. I would not advise anyone to spend their hard earned money at this establishment, these people are about making as much money as they can, at your expense!!!!
