Visited AutoNation Nissan and met with Lloyd Clarke, the sales manager. He was waiting for us at arrival, Lloyd took us for a test drive and showed us the car we asked him to see.He took excellent care of us, explained all car features. We received great service. Left with a new car!

This was my first visit to AutoNation. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of the reps. She was very pleasant and concern for my needs. Then I met with Anthony who went over everything in detail as to what I needed with my car. The atmosphere on the whole was very pleasant. Everyone there seemed very busy in whatever they were doing trying to get customers in and out in a giffy while getting the job done. I really liked this because I have no patience just sitting and waiting.I will definitely make this dealership my permanent go to for all my car needs. Highly recommended.Keep up the good work guys

Nicole was a pleasure to deal with. She was very clear and communicative about what was going on with my vehicle. Rather than just sending a text, it was a real pleasure to receive a phone call instead and converse about the issue. I will only use Autonation Nissan for my service needs. Came in today to look at a used car. Dealt with Tommy a sales manager, Raul. the general sales manager and Lloyd a salesman. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had in the last 40 years. If you are looking for a new or used car do not hesitate to come here. I scheduled an appointment for service on my vehicle. Found out my power steering pump needed to be replaced. Fortunately for me. I had warranty coverage. And was able to get it replaced within a couple of days. My service guy walked me through the process. He was very helpful and friendly. Once my vehicle was finished I was contacted by phone and text To let me know my vehicle was ready. My experience is always pleasant whenever I bring my car for service

Reisy Rosas was awesome, he made the process very smooth and answered my questions. To the questions he didn t know the answers to he made sure to provide use with someone that could answer them. I had a bad experience with Chevy next door the day prior and he made sure I found everything I wanted in a car and for the price point I was looking. Also, the guy in finance explained everything to me and was very helpful.

Satisfied with my service as my car is running smooth, but the expense was way out of pocket .... Thankfully God keeps me blessed enough to take care of what I need too, but I feel as though the service rep should have at least assisted me with possibly telling me about discounts or coupons because I expressed more than once that 600 bucks was extreme for a new old pan and oil change ... Oil pan at nissan is only 180 tops, AN charged me 200 and something just for pan then 200 something for tech to complete service and then oil change separate as well 50 something plus charge for tech and then taxes/fees of course... Anyways, I took the initiative and went online to find my own coupons, I actually found two but was told I would only use one. Feel like they should have at least honored both - I'm a single mom of two just trying to survive, but everyone was polite, nice and honest which I appreciated...

This was my first time coming here and I must say the customer service is topnotch from start to finish! My service advisor Anthony Rosales was honest, helpful and very detailed. Not only did he make the process seamless, he explained things thoroughly. While waiting for my car, I ran into Bob Williams who also displayed exceptional customer service. I definitely recommend this place.

I've been coming to this dealership for almost 3 years now since I had my SUV. Keri is my service advisor and she's amazing!! I never had any issues with servicing my vehicle working with her. I've been to other dealerships and had some issues with certain service advisors when you're not sure if they're telling you the truth about your car or simply don't care about the customers. Keri is honest, straight to the point, and she does her best to deliver excellent service to her customers. Thank you Automation Nissan for having such a VALUABLE team player in your service department such as Keri!!

I went for some recall notices. The experience was fine. I opted for the shuttle service, but they did not have it available on the weekend. So I walked around for the 2 hours. All in all, it was a decent experience. They took care of my recall issues for free and even provided me with the results of the complimentary multi-point inspection. I would probably return here if they offer any deals in the future.

It was a great experience. I was greeted as soon as I reached there. The agent took care of everything in a timely manner. I was presented with recommendations and price of repairs upfront. I did not feel pushed to purchase extra service. Will definitly visit again for future ventures.

The car salesman, Ray, took all the time in the world to show every car we wanted to see. Did not pressure us to buy anything and cleared all our doubts we had. The experience was so good that we ended up buying the car on our first visit. Jo, At the Customer Finacial, got us a great deal plus made us have a great time while we went through the paperwork. He made sure the process was clear to us. No surprises, just a great purchase. a great deal.

I usually have a great experience. But when I have the keys to my car, no one called my name, no one said anything to me, and I had to ask someone if my car was being taken care of. I got a text message from my service person and the message said to text if I had any questions. None of my texts got replied to. I ended up waiting 3 hours for my service. I walked outside to see if I could find my car and it was sitting in the parking lot after being washed and they couldn t give it back because it was drying. I had to tell them to just give it to me because I had other things I had planned to do with my day. Half of my day was spent over there waiting

Excellent experience at AutoNation Nissan on 3/23/24. The process was very well organized and everything was transparent and thoroughly explained. Excellent rebates and optional services are offered at this dealership. If you are serious on buying I would ask for salesman Ricardo C who is very knowledgeable and will guide you thru from beginning to end. All persons I encountered including Daniel in finance and the cashier were all very friendly. I would certainly recommend AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines as the place to purchase a Nissan.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the appropriate service for my vehicle. He was honest about what I needed and didn t need and I respected and appreciated his input. My car needed a list of work done. Oscar explained to me what full service would include.. Besides fluids replacement, checking all car functions a back tire had to be replaced. In addition he noted Front brakes had to be replaced. Also all four tires needed replacement. I chose all new tires and alignment. Since I had used Nissan on Weston Rd for service often, it was a long time since Service at Nissan Pembroke Pines. I m satisfied that everything was. Done on my visit

I brought my car in to get serviced at Pembroke Pines Nissan Auto Nation, however I have a Mazda. The team did their best to find a filter for my car to get the oil change done that day and they did! They were super friendly and did their best to make sure my needs were taken care of. I definitely would recommend them. Oscar Ortega was the main employee that helped me.

It was okay experience. I plan to return again as I have for years, but there were several issues I had during this last visit. There was a random charge I wasn't aware of. I'm supposed to get a new tire and my record shows that I was shown several options, but I wasn't. And it took more than 3 hours when I just went there to get my car serviced. Seemed a little long.

Arrived without an appointment for a recall and oil service for the transmission. I was immediately greeted. The gentleman then called for an adviser multiple times and I noticed a man with name tag, "Champ" eating at his desk (not attending anyone) The gentleman who greeted me called again for an adviser and I was helped by Keri who took care of me and got me out in a reasonable amount of time.

Originally, I was not happy, but pleased with the final outcome. In addition to having servicing done, was told that a new motor had to be ordered for the passenger front window which was stuck. Told after waiting 4 hours that the car had to be kept overnight. The service manager was very helpful in providing transportation home & back the following day, because our car insurance was unacceptable to receive a courtesy vehicle.When we received the car the following day, the motor had not yet even arrived but the window was working fine, and the radio was not working. When reported to the service department they denied doing anything that could have caused the radio s malfunction. After a month of conversations & negotiations with the service manager the matter was amicably resolved.

It was my first time getting service. It felt like I was bothering every employee when I asked a simple question on how to receive service. I had an appointment at 10. Didn t leave until 3. No one updated me on anything. I had to track an employee down to get an update. And when I did he claimed he did not remember even talking to me. Even though he provided me with a questionnaire and had me sign documents. Then told me to talk to another employee as if I m familiar with every worker there. When I discovered whom he was talking about, he talked down to me as well, as if I was bothering him while he was working. He then told me my car was finished hours ago. So therefore, I wasted a good portion of my day due to their incompetence. But at least my service was done, I guess.

Asked agent for recommendations. Explained that I needed an oil change, explained the car needed an alignment but that I also had concerns about the back 2 wheels. Therefore, I requested an inspection of the car to have a list of all the things that needed to be completed. She proceeded with the oil change & alignment which I paid for just to recommend that all tires needed to be replaced so the alignment I paid for would have been for nothing.

The service department is the absolute worst and the customer service in general is below standard. I completed a customer survey after my most recent service and noted the poor service that I received. The general manager responded to my review and said I should contact him for further assistance. He left the general number for the dealership. I ve called that number several times. The receptionist are unable to transfer the call to him or any of the service managers. The receptionists take messages but nobody calls back. I would never buy another car from them. When I get rid of this car I do not want another Nissan.

Robert Williams was the best person to handle our Nissan trade off last weekend. He was very knowledgeable, resourceful and cared for us his clients. We had a very pleasant day at Auto Nation Nissan because of Bob. We were able to get our dream car (Pathfinder) for our growing family. I am very proud of the job Bob did. Thank you!!
