Our car went missing for three days after we dropped it off at a Service Department for a manufacturer recall. We called multiple times to get an update but all we heard that our vehicle can t be found together with the manager ,Service Director, Eric Wentworth. When we were about to call the police to report a stolen vehicle from the autonation lot, the car miraculously was found. Manager Eric lacks morals, professionalism and common decency. Stay away from service department and/or buying your car from this place.

I went in for regular maintenance, no complaints. This is my fourth time at this dealership. The personnel is very knowledgeable on the services offered and the mechanics are top notch. I really liked the review video for the multi point inspection. Prices are reasonable. I will be coming back.

There was a 2 day delay in contacting me with a diagnosis and some things were recommended , I d just had fixed a month earlier at another Auto Nation in Miami Lakes. It s hard trusting reputable dealerships because it s a business for them. I also received a misquote on some repairs recommended. Overall, once we hashed it out, my car was repaired in a week and I ve had no problems. I recommend more communication with the customer and sooner as well as confirming recommendations and pricing before advising the customer. I d still go back. I like them better than Miami Lakes Auto Nation:

I came here to give a negative review and I find a 3.1 rating. NO WONDER. This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST. DO NOT GO HERE unless you do not want to hear from them, try to SCAM you out of parts you do not need. My Truck did not start and I made the terrible MISTAKE of towing my car here. After 8 FULL DAYS of me waiting on them to contact me, I HAD TO CALL THEM to no avail - yes you read right. I tried to call them over 10 times and ultimately ended up showing up in person only to find my truck in the same EXACT PLACE I left. To boot, they "guessed" what they problem was and then try to sell me the batteries when they realized that did not fix the issue which was the starter. The service director, Jim is a great guy and tried to help, so this is really not towards him, but unfortunately he is supported by a bunch of incompetent service advisors and technicians NEVER AGAIN! I took the truck to JEEP Service and they quoted me for the STARTER which was the issue to begin with!

My experience with this company from the begging was a hassle. I loved my car but I had issues with the front plastic guard around my lights that changed color to white ring. I had gone back to them and complained they never fixed the issue and then the screen and radio started to change on its own and the paint gloss on car was peeling off and they kept my car for 4 days to get a diagnosis and to say that my xtra warranty does not cover and they have to replace the whole radio screen camera out of pocket! I was so hurt that I went and trade my car in to a New Dealer and purchased another car, I should of done my homework from the beginning and looked up the reviews! I know they changed the staff but at least Charley did not charge me for the diagnosis. Also Thomas was helpful. Customer Service is Horrible!

I ve been taking my Jeep here for some time now. Never really had any complaints until my last service. I took my car in on a Saturday for an oil change, head lamp bulb replacement, a bumper clip replacement, and to check the brakes out. I received a call that same Saturday that my oil change was complete and that I could change the brakes if I wanted, but would need to be quoted which would have to be the following Monday. I agreed, and expected a call back on Monday. However, on Monday I never received a call back. I called everyday starting Tuesday up until Friday, twice a day, requesting a status update and when my car would be ready. Every single time, no one picked up or I was put on hold and was told to expect a call back from the Service Manager- which never happened of course. Finally on Friday at 5:30pm after a long hold, I was told that my car was ready. I asked if everything was completed, including the brakes. I was very curious, because I hadn t been able to reach anyone prior to Friday. I was assured that my car was complete, including the brakes. I went in the following morning to pick my car up, just to be told that my car had been ready since Monday. My car sat at the dealer for a week, was filthy when I got it back, and the only work performed was the oil change and bulb replacement. The clip was never changed and the brakes weren t changed. To say I was upset is an understatement. This had nothing to do with money. It had everything to do with the lack of service and communication. My car sat at the dealer for a week and no one considered calling me to let me know, even after I would call daily to check on the status of my car assuming that it was being worked on. I unfortunately will have to continue to give this dealer my business because I bought an extended service package for oil changes, but will actively avoid taking my car in if I can.

I took my vehicle in last Saturday and was told by the customer service that my warranty was still good for 10 more days and that my repairs would be covered, 5 days later I called the dealership to follow up with repair and was then told that my warranty had run out back in January. No one called to let me know that and why would they tell me first when dropping off car that warranty was still good and then 5 days later it ran out. If I would of known my warranty was done I would never of left my vehicle there and would of had the work done elsewhere. When I picked up my car the customer service rep didn't even apologize for his error and I stood there waiting for my car for over 1/2 hour for my car. The entire customer service staff were rude and talking amongst each other is spanish. So rude. I don't recommend this dealership if you need work done on your car.

You have an exemplary employee, Alberto, fast, competent, polite and accessible. On the other hand, there is an auto repair shop that takes 3 to 4 days to diagnose a car problem. I consider this deadline unacceptable, in a place where people depend 100% on cars, we do not have efficient or sufficient public transport. It is unacceptable to spend 1 week without a car for something that any other workshop does overnight (diagnosis + maintenance).

Stay far away from this place! I took my dodge journey in because it was shaking and at times felt it would turn off. I paid for an oil change and nearly $200 for a diagnostic test to check the whole car out. 3 days later I get a call from Albert stating the job would cost 1k to get my spark plugs replaced, 2 coils changed and 6 gaskets connected to the spark plugs changed. He also recommended new tires which I declined. My husband went in to pay for the oil change and diagnostic test. He then asked for an the itemized diagnostic report which they gave him such a hard time to give. Tell me why the 1k Albert told me included the tires I declined and these fake 6 gaskets were no where on the report. My husband retrieves my car and the car doesn't even turn on. The whole time I just needed a new battery and they never checked my battery life. I left my car so they can replace my battery because in a dodge journey it's difficult to get to the battery. I come back to pick up my car and now my front bumper isn't clipped on properly. I've been sitting in my husband's car with my 3 month old and my 4 year old son for the past 1 hour trying to get this resolved and we are now waiting to speak to a manager. I dislike writing bad reviews but this was needed for this business. Horrible customer service! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

Having used AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pembroke Pines since 2017, I am reluctant to share this post because the experience has been more than satisfactory until recently. My last several visits to this dealership for repairs and service has been an unqualified disaster. I brought my vehicle, a 2017 jeep grand Cherokee, to the establishment for three successive visits to address, (1) Battery Replacement (2) Vehicle Overheating and (3) Engine Light on the panel. The dealership seems to have a habit of securing your vehicle, requiring his diagnostic fee that is waived, if you do the repair. While my vehicle is in custody, I had no estimate of when the vehicle would be repaired, or returned. The last straw for me was the engine light request for repair. The dealership held my vehicle for almost 3 weeks with no certainty of the repair. I spoke to a supervisor who promised to call me the following day for an update, and I never received a call. Subsequently, I took my spare key from my home and went to the property and retrieve my car without notification. I returned the next day to request my key. They were unaware that the car had been removed from the property and still requested that I pay a diagnostic fee for a car, which apparently had not been diagnosed. Absolutely laughable. I have been driving the car for about three weeks with the engine light on while searching for a dealership to diagnose it and repair it. On a positive note, Kristen was my service advisor who seemed to do everything in her power to provide great service but the issue was beyond her ability to control. Otherwise it was a nightmare in the daytime. (Pardon the typos)I saw the request to call and the number but who do I ask to speak to. Other it is a revolving door. Thanks!

I went to buy my first car and the staff was amazing with me and my husband. Since the moment we arrived the receptionist and then the agent who help us until the moment we were finalizing all the details. Bernard (the agent) also follow up with us after the purchase to make sure we were happy and car was working properly.

Marco my service advisor was the best!!!! When I brought my car in on a Friday morning the lady said since I didn't have an appointment that the car would have to stay over the weekend. So I left the car expecting that it would be there for the weekend. Well by 5 o'clock that evening Marco called me and said the car was ready.

The service advisor was friendly and helpful. I took my vehicle in because the start/stop function was not working. The battery for the system was changed, which got rid of the amber fault light, but the system still does not work. One other thing is that when I went to get my vehicle the wheel lock socket apparently was used to take one of the tires off and was left on the passenger seat. Not a good place to put a dirty tool on. Some grease marks were left on the drivers side panel which I was able to remove. Some consideration when working on someone s vehicle will go a long way.

There are expectations to be met when you purchase a grand wagoneer that's written in documents and in emails regarding purchasing a grand wagoneer, getting jumped in line, having your car wash, a car being provided- and just overall customer service! It should be in and out.And instead I asked for a car wash (had to get approval from manager) and I waited 4 hours when I got there at 8:10 for an appt I had at 8:30am for basic maintaince (yes they had to patch a tire with a nail- but I'm sorry my dad does that in 10 min) no excuse to be there for 4 hours when my tech James said it would be about an hour. So I decided not to Uber home)I left at 12:07 when I was rushing to get my children from school-Won't be going back!

Where to begin? Turned in my 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk for a diagnostic assessment as my 4WD and power steering were indicating failure. The service advisor, Kristen, told me it would be approximately 5 days before the diagnostic could be conducted.. 6 days later and after several phone calls from my wife and I, we were finally told that the electronic shift module went bad and the battery needed to be replaced. The lack of communication and customer service was appalling. After multiple calls for a basic status update, and getting varying answers from different staff, I was told the part was on backorder until February 6. After a conversation with the service manager, I started receiving periodic updates and was told the delivery for the module had been expedited. All repairs were completed on January 11 with a 15% discount applied. Almost a month without a vehicle is tough, but the initial lack of responsiveness was just unacceptable.

They have a problem with service, for them to repair your vehicle. The problem must hit them in the face. Otherwise it takes them forever to diagnose a problem case in point they said they had to diagnose my vehicle, but in order to diagnose it had to be started and stay on ,IT stayed parked for an hour and a half NOT STARTED, so there s no way they could ve diagnosed what problem was, this is the kind of service you get here

my review is ONLY for Eric the manager, after having a BIG issue here. He insured me to take personally responsibility for my car, which he didn t even have to. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, even when I was out of state. Communication is key in a business. Thank you so much again Eric.

Best experience ever , from our salesman Felix to the manager Frank they went above and beyond to find the car we were looking for. When you love what you do it shows. We will definitely recommend this dealer to our friends and family.

I must honestly say that the Service Department at Dodge Jeep Autonation Pembroke Pines has improved its customer service dramatically and it shows. Oil changes are performed faster than before. Please continue this trajectory. Do not fall back. Thank you.

Service department charged me 360 dollars to diagnose 2 issues with my truck. I get called that my vehicle is ready and when I go to open my door I find this. Parts laying on my passenger seat. I came to the dealer for a professional take on matters needed for my vehicle and this is what I get. Literally a job half done. I will never be coming back to this location and I am glad I didn't have them do the repairs needed. They wanted to charge me 800 for just the ABS module which is online from mopar factory for 500. And 250 for the installation of a 40 dollar purge valve seen in my hand on the picture, which mind you I reinstalled myself in 15 seconds before the mechanic could even come out to do it himself.

The service advisor did a good job taking care of me on my initial visit. This is my fourth time trying this Service Dept and unfortunately they have a lot to learn about Customer Service. The lack of communication and setting realistic time expectation to get your vehicle back is completely unrealistic. If you can avoid this service department, please find an alternative as it is not worth your frustration. It is truly unbelievable that the largest automotive retailer in the United States has not put in proper protocols at this location.

I took my vehicle in and left my 2021 Dodge Challenger on 10/3/2023. The original reason was to do warranty work on car. Days passed by and no one reached out. We went in person and after an hour of waiting for the service advisor Mark. He said they had not evaluated the vehicle yet. Day by day we called and left on 30-45 mi on hold for Mark at a time. He never responded. Then after 6 days. I decided to get a ride to see if my car was evaluated and again 10/09/2023. The service advisor did not want to face me and simply stated thru the desk person that they had not touched the car. I was supposed to get a rental vahicle which was sold to me on the extended warranty. But they stated they could not give me a rental until the car was evaluated. Catch 22 I say. You be the Judge!!! Anyways When I bought my car at this same delaership I had three 3 Managers come convince me to take the car. But from 10/4/23-10/9/23 no one could answer for this garbage outfit!!!!!!!. Please take your car elsewhe for your own good and do not buy a car or warranty here either. They do not honor their word!!!!!!Daniel GalindoYou guys have my cell Ive given several times. call me so i can give you the same in your ear. Cause i Still have not been able to do that.

Place is great . I was looking for a brand new 2021 Chrysler 300 touring L and found the closest one to me in this place while looking online. I asked around and they Came highly recommended from multiple friends including my own brother and father. Stan was my sales guy and mr.spalding apparently knows my father personally so that was very pleasant and immediately made me feel like I was around family, sound blokes. They understood what I wanted to see happen in order to make a deal and they got it done. In another note. I m aware of used car prices but I was honestly shocked at the amount of money they got for my trade . If you want to trade a car and jump into something new, these are the guys to see.they are not messing around

Bad overall customer service. Lower your expectations because the customer service at this location its horrible. The staff makes you feel like they do not want you there.
