Went in for service with my boyfriend and we met our new advisor Jose Solis aka Joe and he was great. New staff in the place really changing the atmosphere. He answered all our questions about our car and went over every detail with us. We will be definitely be coming back and found our forever advisor!

Got to drop my Jeep for a new steering gearbox. Jose Cruz was amazing. Very professional, punctual, great experience overall! Also James manager was very helpful and provided me with a loaner car until my Jeep got repaired. Pierre the mechanic is awesome. 25 years experience definitely the best! He explained me everything detailed. Shakira however was terrible. She said she has ordered a part for my Jeep. Went there next morning 1 hour drive from Miami Beach. Part was nowhere. I wasted all my time and gas driving there. At least she could have given me a call.

I had an online offer of 8,350 and I assumed I would get between 5 to 6k for my car however the experience with Howard was less than satisfactory. He lied to me overall and I had to ask for his manager which helped me out better than Howard did. At the end of the day I only got 4K for my car even thou I was 100% honest with the car condition. This was a total scam and I got less for the car if I traded it in when I bought my new car. Then once we settled on the price he told me it would take 10 minutes and it was almost an hour. Wasn t offered any water coffee or anything while I waited.I will be writing a letter to the corporate office.

Very positive experience. The repairs were more than I anticipated, but I guess that's everywhere now. Yandy my service advisor went above and beyond, Stephanie was very helpful as well. Eric is an exceptional young man, very thorough knowledgeable tech with great people skills. I was a Master tech in the business for 26 years and I would be proud of this shop.

I got my car with Johnny, he s very professional told me everything about it. He already knew which one I wanted, color, details etc, because we had spoken before and came back once everything was good to go. I did not feel pressured nor rushed. He took his time. EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTH. So thankful for him and Grace in finance, she also explained everything to me about my gap insurance etc. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the costumer service with me. I definitely recommend Johnny!

I purchased a used vehicle from this Jeep Autonation in Pembroke Pines 2 years ago and I was pleasantly surprised when I brought the above mentioned for service and saw the entire team had been replaced. Not only did they change the staff but also the distribution of services that make the experience very pleasant. I was even more shocked when the General Manager Mr. Frank Moraga received me personally to help me out with a key fob issue which was handled immediately and with no charge. If there is a dealer that I would recommend whether for purchase or service it would definitely be this one!! I also want to thank the service department head Mr. Eric Wentworth for his level of professionalism and compassion!! What an amazing change!! Keep on trucking, we see you for our next purchase!! The service was horrible. I had a 8am appointment for a vehicle recall, I was told it would take 90 minutes. My vehicle was not ready until 12pm. There were several other customers that also experienced extremely long wait times. After receiving my vehicle the plastic seat cover and paper flooring were still in my vehicle. Also the work order number and recall service card were left on the dashboard. I had to go back inside and tell an employee to remove the items. This dealership lacks strong leadership and respect for the customers time.

Honestly the absolute worst service department ever. Have been taking my car for a year for the same problem and they repeatedly tell me this time they will fix it. I leave it for days and absolutely nothing is done on it. I find out multiple times that the person that is supposed to fix it isn t even working the 3 days I had my car there. Then when he is there he can t figure it out or the parts that they were supposed to order 3 weeks ago were never ordered It s happened 6 times that I have taken my car. Still have the same water leak and have had to paid for ubers to get around to and from the dealership. No one there cares at all. Don t waste your time and definitely don t purchase a warranty. They just give you the run around until your warranty is up.Update: still no call back from any advisor or manager after many messages. Go to Jeep of Miami Lakes. They are not much farther away and way nicer and better customer service.

I took my jeep in for a faulty auxiliary battery. I live 7 minutes from the dealership and asked for a shuttle home since my vehicle was going to be in for a few hours. When The associate order the Uber to take me home he provided the wrong address and had me taken an hour away from my house. I asked the Uber driver to stop but he refused and said he had to take me to the destination requested or he will get in trouble with the company. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get assistance, and every other associate who answered the phone told me they couldn t assist and they had to transfer me to the associate who actually put the order in. Long story short, I ended up having to pay my way back to my house in Pembroke Pines all the way from Miami.Later that evening they called me to pick up my vehicle and although the aux battery was replaced the vehicle was still showing the same faulty code. Also they left an oily wooden block in my Jeep which left an awful smell in there for days. I had to take it to another dealership to get it fixed. Worst experience ever!

First time bringing my new truck for recall service at this dealership. My Service Advisor Mr Alberto Rojas Padron was polite and professional. I liked that he took photos of my trucks condition prior to it being serviced as I have had issues at another dealer in the past with one of my other trucks. My recall issues were taken care of without issue so I'm pleased. Overall very good experience! Thanks

AS A SELLER AND PERSON HE IS INVALUABLE. My boyfriend bought a 22 wrangler from here about 4 months ago. He was offered a maintenance plan/extended warranty coverage rolled in to the financing. They explained that the maintenance plan included x, y & z including free oil changes, tire coverage and certain warranty coverage if needed ect. With the maintenance plan/extended warranty the monthly payment increased about $300 per month. He decided to go with the maintenance/extended warranty. When he brought it in for the first oil change he was advised it only covered 10 oil changes and tire rotation. If he has to use the extended warranty there will be a $100 deductible and both maintenance and extended warranty are only good for about 4 yrs. An extra $300 per month for that is a rip off! Be up front with your customers Auto Nation. The extended warranty and maintenance package is a rip off. Buyers beware of what you are purchasing.

Customer care is at another level at the dealer. Went to do a service on my jeep and Jose took care of it. He explained all that was done and the results on the inspection for future services. I will recommend this place 100% if you are looking for a reliable and satisfactory experience.

We had a great experience with Mr. Jose E. Bernard in buying a truck. He asked what we wanted and what was our budget. Then he showed us all our options, we picked one went for a test drive. I went in and was helped by sales Rep Felix to trade in my Jeep for a smaller more economic car. Him along with the manager Jimenez helped me in purchasing the Jeep and make the paperwork for the vehicle I wanted which was a Toyota Camry. I found the vehicle I wanted it was being used by a vendor in another Autonation dealership so it was used something I did not mind because it was in good condition, everything was great until I started receiving a message on my dash stating there was a problem with the LED system in the vehicle. I took the vehicle back to Felix he states that the headlights were changed from factory to after market thats the reason for the message. That did not sit right with me so I took it directly to Toyota for a diagnostic check turns out the vehicle was completely crashed in the front and the repair was so cheap that the wiring and all the circuits were crossed causing and electrical fire in the future. Worst part is that the crash was never reported because when I asked the dealer for the car fax there was no report of any crash. Never in my life have I experienced something like this when purchasing a vehicle. I have spent more money that can ever be imagined on a car that is supposed to be new . Safe to say I will NEVER be doing any business with this dealership again.

I went to AutoNation to schedule an oil change for my vehicle. I had the opportunity of meeting with Kristen Gomes, Who advised me that she had an opening to accept my car immediately. She told me that the job would take about an hour so we waited. She kept us informed throughout the process. The work was completed as promised and she even had our vehicle washed. It looked like a vehicle from the showroom; it shine that much. We are so grateful to have had the experience of meeting Kristen. She made it obvious for us that we will be taking our car back to AutoNation whenever services are needed. Thank you AutoNation , thank you Kristen, job well done. We really appreciate you!

I was inspired to take my vehicle to this location based on their advertisement, what a disappointing experience. Their service advisors are doing their best, but are overwhelmed with the extreme volume of service request. Moreover, good luck with trying to get someone on the telephone to get an update on your vehicle. This is the only place in South Florida where they tell you that it will take up to 3 days for you to get an diagnosis analysis for your vehicle. Please understand that peoples time is the most valuable thing. Come on guys , its 2024, get more people, more techs, more technology to service the customers.If your looking to waste your time,get frustrated and overcharged this is your place. I don't recommend this place!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment online indicating my concerns which were: oil change, my backup camera didn t work, my breaks would squeal when I backed up and I needed new tires. I went in at my scheduled time and they acted very confused about what I was asking them to look at. He asked me what kind of tires I wanted and I said I didn t care- he gave me a quote and I signed it right away (I m not picky about these things). He said tires would be on by the following day because they were in stock. Fast forward to 24 hours later, I haven t heard anything from the dealership. I called 5 separate times and kept getting automated messages despite which number I pressed. My husband had to physically drive to the dealership to talk to someone. They said the tires still weren t on but they would be on that night. Again that night we didn t hear anything so my husband went back AGAIN (I was at work) and they told him there was a delay with the tires but he could take the car home and they would contact us when the tires were ready. When he paid for the service he was informed they just changed the oil and did maintenance. Not only did they not even look at backup camera or breaks but they acted confused when he mentioned it.Two days later we still hadn t heard about the tires. We texted a number they gave us and were informed the tires still weren t ready and they would contact us. Well that was 3 weeks ago. Never heard anything from them since and honestly I m done trying. It should not be this hard to get service accomplished, especially when I went into it indicating exactly what I needed and was looking for. I wasn t asking for anything special with tires and signed the first quote they gave me for tires that were readily available . Also, the fact that you cannot get ahold of them via phone and have to physically drive over to get a status update is ridiculous.Do not go here, it s not worth your sanity.

Amazing service from start to finish. Johnny Robles really helped me out his follow up and attention to detail was truly exceptional kudos to the finance department for making a smooth and easy transaction. Orlen and Grace which were my finance managers, had all the paperwork work ready for me and approved before I got in. I love my new car will definitely be sending friends and family!!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. This place has the worst customer service when servicing a vehicle even when it s under warranty. Had 3 other customers with the same issues so I wasn t alone.My car was there since 1/5 and got a call 1/12 at 6 PM on a Friday told me they still hadn t seen my vehicle so I told them I would pick it up on Saturday the next day. Come Saturday and waited in the service center for an hour and a half just to find out the vehicle was looked at on Friday, but yet the customer service agent, Marcos which had an attitude about it, basically told me that the vehicle was actually looked at and some repair were done. (Repairs that had nothing to do with why I brought the vehicle in for service)Worst case about this was that everything I asked to be checked out on the vehicle, was not. Even for parts that were under warranty, I was told that I needed to replace them at some time because they were faulty. So if they were, why didn't you change them if it was under warranty? Funny part is that the same concerns I mentioned was looked at apparently but on paper it states no issues and no work needed.You would think that you take your car to the dealer to get the best service possible but yet it is the opposite of what I got. Now I have to waste another week and a half taking it to another dealership or another service station to get my basic service done. It s a 2021 truck so fairly new but I guess that makes no difference in their eyes.Like I said, if I can give this place no stars I would. Be careful bringing a vehicle here and getting it serviced because the service is lacking and the communication is nonexistent to say the least.They claim they are short on mechanics but that is a poor excuse in my opinion. If you are short on staff then you have to make adjustments. Get loaner vehicles for clientele when you re backed up on service and are short staffed. Or stop taking customers when you don t have the ability to service them on time. Or get better qualified people at the service counter that can understand a customer s concerns and be more helpful and knowledgeable about their job duties.At the very least, read the mechanic notes on a computer before calling a customer to tell them it s going to be another 3 days before someone can even see their vehicle even though work was already performed 2 days prior. All I can say is that my experience would have been better spent getting a root canal...

Walked into the dealership about a ad we saw online and it was s great experience. No hidden fees and they honored the online price. Jose and Ernesto went out of their way. Carlos in finance was great! I loved that everyone was very professional and not pushy! I appreciated that! Thank you!
