Another fantastic experience at the dealership! Compared to repair shops I have worked with before they are so much quicker, more professional, and saved me money! The repairs were completed expertly to the minute they were estimated to by the associate (who checked on me several times) and the car is running great! They have even improved the wifi and waiting room since I was here last time. Great job guys!

The absolute worst service department I've ever had the displeasure of using. They are always behind, always understaffed, then never have loaners, the service manager doesn't return calls to customers. My tahoe has been there since Thursday, it's Monday and hasn't even been looked at yet. I purchased the vehicle and an extending warranty there, no loyalty whatsoever. I'm forced to take it there for service because no other dealer will honor it. Unbelievably disappointed each time I have to go here.

Not very happy. Have owned the truck just over 3 months and it has been in the service center for 2 months. Only get updates if I call and usually only AFTER I call the GM representative to call them. I understand issues with getting parts but the lack of communication is ridiculous. As a matter of fact, this says that my service is done - but NO ONE has called me to say I can pick up the vehicle!!!!! Is it really fixed?

Service advisor was rude. When I asked if they would honor a battery estimate from a competitor he told me to take the car to the competitor for the battery that the price he gave me was Chevrolet's price and walked away. Instead of explaining to me the difference between what Chevy service had to offer compared to a competitor and what I would be missing out on if i took car elsewhere. So that's exactly what I did. I got the battery at a different place for a lot cheaper, especially in today's inflated economy.

Debbie was great and the service couldn't have been better or faster.I got back from dropping the car at the dealership and was home for about 45 min when I got called that it was done.Simply amazing and hassle free.

Unfortunately as much as I try to like this place your service advisors do not seem like they care and the fact it too 5 hours for an oil change tire rotation/balance and alignment(not really needed but done) is completely insane. After all that and the one issue I actually wanted looked at the service advisor said to take the truck somewhere else to have it checked. Really? Are you guys even certified technicians? Asked if you could check to see why road debris (leaves) was stuck all under the engine.

Had a great experience at Chevrolet AutoNation pembroke. Erving was extremely kind and knowledgeable, updated me on my cars status and always made sure to answer any questions I had. Never felt rushed with him.

I have been having my Corvette serviced here since 2018 and have always had some kind of a problem. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and will never bring my car there again. It s impossible to get in touch with anybody, and when I complain, no one cares whatsoever. I tried to straighten things out from the GM down and have run into problems consistently.

My service writer, Yudi is outstanding. She is always there when I schedule my appointments, and when I pick up my C 8. She follows up after I pick up my car to ensure that everything is working proper and that I (the customer, client) is happy with the work performed.

The service used to be top knotch.Brought my car there for a simple pedal assembly change a 2015 z/28 that has been modified. Asked the service writer to NOT FLASH THE ECU.they call me to tell me they don t work on modified cars and come pick it up.When inhet there the car was in low power mode and the ECU. Was flashed. Which means they did exactly what asked not to do.Service director was unhelpful and quite frankly rude. I drove the car in and had to tow it out of the dealership. He also basically said his mechanics don t have experience or knowledge to work on modified cars. Basically cars that have been retuned.In the end all Inwas asking for was a part change and not to touch the ECU. WHIXH THEY IGNORED. So if you have a vette or Camaro and need any kind of work done to it and it s been modified don t bring it thereService director is unhelpful and terrible.

At the beginning of December I bring my Chevrolet Traverse to this dealer for service and install a hitch unfortunately they don t offer good service the staff are not helpful and the the place in general is not clean. That day they told me the service is going to take 3 hours and they will call me when my car is ready; I drop the car at 10:00 am And they never called me ; I called next day and asked the. What is the reason why they didn t call me no answer just your car is ready. They don t offer loaners eaither

Making an online appointment did not get me an appointment. Michael was rude and dismissive. I told him there was a $50 price difference between the online quote and his quote, his reply was, "maybe it's tax or something".

UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE. from the start when drop-off to the Un-finish Non work when Picking-Up (refuse to do a Check-Up/ Diagnostics after 3weeks ) there is more to say but .... and the only thing that was good is the Shuttle drop-off service ( that guy is CooL )

I came in needing to sell my car wasnt very heppy to need to and ended up trading instead I left with a brand new 2024 chevy equinox and a check I was beyond happy and felt better leaving than coming in.Thank you Juan Rosario for assisting me the whole way thru
