finally a dealer that wasnt marking up the vehicle by 20k!? amazing. and how is everyone at this dealership SO NICE? total fun interacting with everyone there, I may go back weekly just to hang out. cant recommend them enough. thanks to all that I worked with, REALLY enjoyable experience. possibly the most honest and kindest staff I've encountered at a dealership and I have purchased a lot of vehicles through the yrs. I have always had a good experience at the service center here. They have never tried to sell me anything unnecessary and thankfully my 18 equinox has never needed anything besides basic maintenance. Staff are friendly and helpful. And the services are done rapidly.

MAX gets five stars 100% He made our car buying experience a great timeHe was a cutie in the back seat as we test drove a convertable. He is rather tall and sitting in the back seat made him appear higher like a giraffe. Highly recommend him as a salesman. THANKS MAX!!!The financial person on the other hand I give 2 stars. I felt small when in conversation with this person. I was almost afraid when he addressed us in certain areas. He was rude. He didn't explain anything of what we were signing. The end he handed us off to the sweet cashier which was awesome. BUT Sam never said Thank you or congrats, he really just walked away with no words. I was shocked by his performance with us.The manager, MAX And the cashier were fantastic and Sam I guess I have no words.

Andrew is the best!! As a women, taking my car into get serviced is always so stressful and overwhelming he eased all my worries and was very transparent about what they were doing, what my car actually needed and what my service packages were. By far my best experience at any service center

After bringing my car for some technical computer system I talk with the manager Dany Muggio to resolve the situation. He was responsive attentive and took care of the issue loaning a car for me during the repair. Feld very comfortable and after two days I received a call from Richard Hoffman with the information of the repair. At the pick up I was great by you service men and the financial charge was taking care from the repairs made.It was a flow less experience with knowledge staff and manager.I really appreciate the experienceThank you

My experience was amazing. I got the truck I wanted thanks to victor espinal. He is a great sales man. Very attentive listened to what I had to say. Very well spoken and looked out for my best interest. I give him a 10/10 . With that being said, he should be recognized for his professionalism and his dedication to your company. Also the gentleman who did my financials towards the end. Thank you very much. Looking towards the future I will be back to get me another truck.

"If you're thinking about buying a car, let me tell you, Bassam and Josh are the guys you want to see. Among the worst experiences I have ever been through. Brought my car in on a Wednesday, they ensure me they would have the diagnostics done same day or next day latest. I heard nothing all day Wednesday. I followed up Thursday afternoon only to find out my service professional was off on Thursdays and my car hand not been touched. My service person should have told me they would be off the next day and transferred me to someone who would be around the next day, especially since I told them I had no back up car and that I had 3 children to cart around to school, sports, appointments etc. Furthermore, they told me there was no possibility of getting a loaner or a rental. I told them it was costing me $75 per day to rent from Budget. They failed to mention that there was a Hertz across the street that they have a contract with that would have rented me a car for $35 a day.With that said, I showed up Friday and demanded my car back (which they hadn t even looked at yet) and serviced the car somewhere else.I have been going to this dealership for 5 years and I will never be going back again. This was by far the worst customer service experience of my life.

Juan was a great salesman with awesome knowledge, professionalism, and kindness he took us around. There was no pressure, and we walked out with an amazing Chevy Tahoe. His follow up just to make sure that we were happy a few days after our purchase was very comforting not to make sure that we were happy, but to make sure that we didn t have any questions concerns Service department scheduled our first service already the cashier was a sweet and pleasant and she could be and Sam. Our finance guy was pretty awesome. Would ve liked to had a better finance rate but he he did listen and he he did his best so very grateful we definitely recommend .

Manager reached out to me to make this situation "right" made me a promise he would personally help me and the next visit I would be in/out within an hour. That didn't happen. After an hour the car had not even got take in for service. The advisor refused to check the status of my car. The manager claims he forgot what he said although I have all the text messages between us.I am reaching out to my lawyers to see if anything can be done to return my service agreement monies spend.Had an "express" appointment today, to get a simple oil change (which I pre-paid for 4 years ago). I get there 10 minutes early. I waited for an "advisor" to come and assist me to check in my car. I figured "express" service meant I would be in and out but that was not the case. I waited 20 additional minutes waiting on someone to assist me. I asked about it and was told I needed to wait for someone to become available (although I saw several advisor doing nothing and helping no one). I said, I guess I will leave then. Still no one came to help. So I left. I guess I paid for service I can never receive.

I recently had a positive experience with Auto Nation Chevrolet when I brought in my new truck, which had a factory defect. Despite not having an appointment, they accommodated me twice and provided me with a rental both times while they worked on resolving the programming issue. I am pleased to say that the problem has been successfully resolved. Auto Nation Chevrolet's exceptional customer service and efficient resolution of the issue have left me impressed and satisfied. Worst Chevrolet service experience, an absolute nightmare. I have a Corvette Stingray. I needed 2 new tires, an oil change, and an estimate for a minor paint job. Very simple. Of course the service rep promises you the world when you re sitting in the office. So I trusted them with my car and gave them the keys. They said they d reach out immediately with an update. This was 8 hours ago. They took my car, never updated me, never responded to any of my messages on their stupid text portal, nothing at all. Zero updates. Now I call them and guess what the service department is closed until tomorrow. And I still have absolutely NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON WITH MY CAR !!! No clue how I m getting to work tomorrow. Absolutely abhorrent. If this is how they treat Corvette customers, I can t imagine how they treat customers with regular cars. Unbelievable. Can t even get a manager to pick up the phone and help me find out where my Corvette is. Disgustingly predatory auto shop.

As I previous stated, if there was a number below 0, it would be to much to give. On 4/1 we had an appointment due to the radio being inoperable. After three days we called because we had not been contacted. After many calls trying to obtain the status, received a text that the tech will be taking a look at the problem. Two days later tried contacting a service rep again because now we had no clue as to who was assigned as the rep. On Friday 4/5 around 4:00pm there was a text that I did not see stating u can pick up your vehicle. At the last minute I called and spoke with a rep who asked if we could come the next day in which was impossible. He personally came and picked Mr Davis up, the vehicle was sitting out for him with no write up, nothing to indicate if and what service was performed. The worse service ever, our first and last time purchasing from auto nation Chevy Pembroke Pines.

I took my 2023 Camaro for an oil change on 4/6/2024.I had two request.1 Oil change. ( This was done)2 Drivers side door makes a loud creaking noise. (This was not done)They said they need to order the drivers side door arm.So I have been calling the service advisor Jesse and the Service manager Andrew Ramirez for 4 days now to get the door arm replaced.No one has called me back.I left countless messages.I am just shocked that a Dealer can treat customers this way!!!!!!

Got a nail in my tire of my brand new truck which I had for less than two weeks. Erving did a fantastic job in getting the tire repaired and in getting the lock lug which the salesman did not give me when I purchased the truck. Super job by Erving!!!

I am disgusted with Pembroke Pines Chevrolet. I bought my vehicle less than two years ago, and I have been having problems ever cents. I purchased the warranty and they have not followed protocol. When I called to speak to the service manager Matthew it Micheal, he never calls me back there s no answer on the voicemail. Maybe this will get their attention. I went there, January 2024, and every month have been back to get my car serviced and they still have not taken care of the problem. It s ridiculous. You can t even get a hold of a manager call representatives don t do their job they just forward you to another person where the phone just rings. Rings rings!!!! I am regretting purchasing my vehicle there.

Yudi was an excellent link between service and clerical. She kept me informed of what the mechanics found and waited for the go ahead from me. The service took a little longer than I expected. At the end she had them bring my car around not before offered a car wash but I declined. I would refer her and Chevy Service to friends and family.

The Service Department is indeed guilty of price gauging!!!! They charge 170.00 for a simple oil change. It is over 200.00 to change your oil and rotate tires. I go to a different dealership and pay 85.00 for the same service. My father is 84 years old and was quoted the over 209.00 for the service. This should be illegal and investigated!!!!!I just called Ed Morse Chevrolet and they charge 105.00 for an oil change and tire rotation!!! I immediately called DAVID LABELLA general Manager at Pembroke Pines and told him, his response was yes that s what we charge he was very proud of himself. Totally unethical and PROUD!!!!!!!!!! Ok so I make an appointment for a leaking sunriseAbout a week later I bring it in on the evening before my appointmentI rented a car because they don t offer me a loaner (the car is under the factory warranty)At the end of the day I call to see if they have found the problem and get service guys voice mail so on the day two I stop by and service guy is off so they go and check on the status and inform me that the car has not been looked atIt s in queue to be looked atSo I talked to the service manager (Daniel Muggeo) who tells me he will move it up in the queue but won t give me a loaner or a time that the car will be looked atI asked him what is the point of an appointment if you re going to park my car in your lot and asked for my car to be returnedI love Chevy products but if this is how they warranty their cars I will never buy another ChevyTwo Chevy s in my driveway going to be replaced by FordsWill be happy to talk to Daniel tomorrowThank you for your feedback

Great experience. Service manager Andrew was very professional and quick to return requests for updates via message. Bad reviews on Google were probably due to issues beyond the dealership s control. Car s running great and they guarantee their work.
