Seth was our guy!! I will tell you we had gone to 6 other dealerships ready to purchase and found that nothing was ever as advertised until we went to Seth from Audi Pembroke Pines!! He was professional, transparent, extremely easy to work with!! Ali was our finance gal and she was equally as sharp!! Needed a nice, clean, reliable small vehicle as we have primarily large trucks. Chris was great! He worked with my extended warranty to get my repairs covered. He kept me informed every step of the way. All my issues were addressed and my car is running as it should. Chris was friendly and easy to work with, he went above and beyond and I would gladly work with him again!

Since the moment I walked in the treatment was great. I had the pleasure to have the salesman Luis Hernandez. He was always honest and straightforward. Very attentive. Luis and his manager did their best to make sure to get me the deal that I was looking for and the made it happen with no back and forth, nothing. It was the smoothest process I have ever had in a dealership. I am extremely happy. I will referral everyone to Audi Pembroke Pines and to see Luis.

I purchased a slightly used RSQ8 and had it shipped to a different state. There were blemishes on the car which I was not informed of during the sales process. Darius Snell, a sales mgr at this dealership, stepped up and made sure I was fully taken care of at their sister dealership in my state over 1700 miles away! He didn t stop providing support until I was fully satisfied with the results. Every time I called, day or night or weekends, he picked up my calls and made sure the issues were being addressed and moving in the right direction. I thought I was screwed and dumb for buying this level of a car remotely, but Darius made everything right. He has 100% earned my future business. Thank you!

Fantastic experience. The shop is immaculate and well-staffed. Everyone was professional and focused on customer service. My service rep, Eric, was very informative and kept me updated on everything as it happened. I will be back for future service needs.

Terrible sales department , unprofessional and uncompromising, the seller didn't even respond appropriately. This must be the reason why cars sit for months to be sold. If you want to be treated badly, good luck!

The experience has been amazing with the lead Miguel who has taken care of me in all of my maintenance issues, as well as my service manager Jason who has been extraordinary. Unfortunately, things happen with vehicles we all own, but it s nice to have a team that exceeds customers expectations. One of the many reasons why I ll be purchasing all Audi s in the future.

These guys - particularly Danny - are the best! I made the mistake of going first to The Collection (since I live in West Kendall and The Collection was on the way home - and much much closer than Pembroke Pines) to get my tire replaced. I was quickly reminded as to why I purchased my vehicle from PP (as compared to the Collection) and why I go all the way up there to get the vehicle serviced. Customer Service is truly everything, particularly when it involves your car and the hassles that the servicing of your vehicle bring. I waited 1/2 hour only to be told that they'd have to order the tire and couldn't give me a loaner because I did not purchase my vehicle from them. Really???????? I will not make the mistake of going back there again. I corrected my error and made my way to Pembroke Pines. I was in and out with a brand new tire and a smile in an hour and 15 minutes total. Thanks to you guys (esp. Danny) for great service with a pleasant attitude. It really does make a difference. You guys are worth the extra 22 mile drive. Seriously.

Although I was not able to get the car, I still wanted to give my salesman Bryan appreciation for his efforts and care. Bryan made me feel like a part of the team the moment I stepped into the dealership. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to try and make something possible. If anyone ever has the opportunity to purchase an audi, I d contact Bryan for all of your help and needs.

I had a great experience with Audi Pembroke Pines! I worked with Carlos and he was really informative, full of knowledge and had great follow up. Once it came down to it, he made the process of purchasing the vehicle really quick and easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend Carlos and this Audi location to purchase your next car!

Great customer service, came to this dealer because other one could not find car fault but they found it and worked the car. Like that as long as they can will give a loaner right away! Most definitely recommend to any audi owner! Thank you for a great service and experience

Staff is super friendly, I arrived late at night to drop my car for warranty / service, and Managers and sales staff were in a meeting but they saw me arrive and welcomed me in (even being after hours), they also offered me coffee.The service staff was extremely friendly and polite, too (Miguel, Chris) They also took the time to go over everything and clear doubts, etc. I can honestly say I have never had this kind of experience at any dealership, ever. Audi Pembroke goes above and beyond.

Amazingly seamless experience from start to finish. Eric my service advisor was excellent. The staff from opening the door upon my arrival to turning in my car after service exceeded my expectations and truly gave service with a smile. Rare to find nowadays. As a result, I won t go to any other service and will be a client of Pembroke Pines Audi as long as I have my Audi. Great job everyone!

I recently made a purchase at Audi Pembroke Pines and I wanted to compliment how excellent the service was from the receptionist Samantha to the finance rep Jack. Lou and Pasquale the Sales specialists, to Darius Snell stepped up and made our buying experience for my Daughter's 1st vehicle a seemless and outstanding purchasing experience. We leased a Q7 three years ago with Jay who is very nice. Sadly when we can back to purchase the vehicle based on the lease buyout option our experience was very disappointing. It took hours and we had to beg for service. They told us first that we had to wait for him even though he was not in yet. Then when we complained, a manager, very unapologetically, came to help us. She just asked, why are you complaining when I'm trying to help you? Obviously at that point our frustration was through the roof and she came in without even apologizing. Sometimes, you catch more flies with honey but definitely not at this place. We walked in very nicely and they didn't begin to help us until we changed our tune to mean, otherwise they definitely walk all over you. Even after this woman "helped" us we waited another hour plus for finance. We had to ask again for help and the finance guy came and had no idea how we were even paying for the car even though we had already told Riley "The manager". Overall it was a very bad experience. The funny thing is that they are alienating potential customers because today they're not making money from me but tomorrow I could need another car and I definitely won't get it from this place. The truth is that Audi is not a true "luxury" car since you even have to slam the doors of the Q7 to close them, sometimes several times. We just leased a BMW X7 and you can definitely see the abysmal difference between the two cars (our X7 even has soft close doors.

This dealership is always a breeze to work with and always has availability (even sometimes last minute) when I need to make an appointment. Eric is the best service advisor! He has helped me numerous times and is always available to answer any questions I have.

Seth was great. He was honest, didn't pressure me at all and revised our deal multiple times to make it work. He and Mark also made sure everything was prepped ahead of time to minimize the time I spent in the dealer signing paperwork, and there were no last minute surprises about cost of F&I products or taxes/fees. I'd definitely buy from Seth and this dealership again and recommend to my friends.
