Recently had my car serviced at All Tune and Lube in Pembroke Pines, FL, and I'm thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. Please do not come here. You're better off going to a different mechanic shop. This company just damaged the hood of my vehicle and tried to cover up what they have done outside the front of the shop with WD-40 and a screwdeiver, which only caused them to further damage my vehicle.

We arrived and they greeted us with a smile and told us where the office was. The girl received us very kindly, she explained to us the different services and prices they offer. The mechanics were very kind at all times and kept us informed of what they were doing to our car, indicating the time it would take to finish. At the end we paid the same groupon price and we were super satisfied. We have found a gem in Pembroke Pines and we are super happy, we will definitely return.

When customers point out inconsistencies the owner gets very disrespectful and call customers liars and that they are most be miserable in their lives and complain about everything. What a way to talk to people. I sat there for a oil change and heard this unprofessional ahole talk to another customer like this. Took back my car keys and left. Very bad attitude plus the unnecessary disrespect. Sicko.

The service was amazing and especially Renata! She was very kind and quick to help an an a great representative of the company! and when I brought my vehicle last week and my car shaking every time I hit the brakes, they were able to fix the problem really quick and they were really responsive! I have been coming to this establishment since 2014 over and over to get my oil change if I had a nail in my tire If I needed anything I did trust this establishment HOWEVER I came for the last time on 8/24 came to get my usual oil change that I ve been paying for in the $30 ish range so it can be from 32 to 37 ok I understand the cost of living is going up but this time the lady that was at the front desk tells me 49.99 plus tax!! What!!! Really??? I told her I m sorry you must be mistaken that s unreasonable to charge so much more considering I ve patronized this establishment for years. She look at my face and said I don t care it s the price and that s it. I made sure to make her aware that s a bad business move I ve taken my car my kids cars my neighbors car. Obviously no loyalty or trust. Don t be surprised you give them your business and suddenly she decides to charge what she feels she wants to instead of thinking rational I will never support a business that doesn t consider my loyalty to them

My parents and I always use All Tune and Lube for our vehicle services (I.e. oil change, brake pad replacement, etc.). They always provide quick service and the desk attendant is always helpful and answers all our questions with ease. The prices are fair and transparent. THIEVES, OK. So I am a regular customer, i do oil change with these guys. one day my AC was low due to lake of freon. i replaced the freon since they also recommended to inspect as all so it cost me 300$. and they told me everything is ok. but they also told me they would like to check one more time, so i schedule an appointment after 3 days, meanwhile i found no issue, when i went again on schedule time, after three hours they told me there is a leak in AC compression and in order to fix it, will cost 2000$.now My Car Honda Civic has recall air condenser issue not compressor which i found online. when I tried to call this place are you sure it's compressor issue? he said will call back but never called me back. after i went second time my AC has been giving me hard time, they have surely messed something up or that might be a recall condenser issue which i yet to go to honda to find out about.Yesterday, I went to HONDA and they found the same issue which was under recall not all thing were wrong which they mentioned. AND THEY DID IT FOR FREE SINCE IT WAS UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY

Very unprofessional Staff and mechanics. I took my car there for an antifreeze leak, I brought the part. They just had to replace it. At the moment of picking up the car I noticed the Hold mode was active and I wasn t getting off, I let them know, they said is nothing, that I just needed to drive some miles the car. I took it home but on the way the transmission was locked on 3rd gear. Went back to the shop and explain asking for them to take a look but instead checking they having an attitude saying is an old car I made my own diagnostic they repair something that have nothing to do with the transmission they don t touch the transmission tons of excuses and they even mention we didn t charge you for the real price It wasn t about the money because I was willing to pay but they didn t even take a minute to check, and they get mad when I asked them for their licenses. Went back home, lifted the hood up and the engine hose was loose, switches unplugged, air filter open, engine cover missing, I reconnected and issue solve. Never again taking my car or any of my friends there. It s supposed to be a place where the cars get better no worst. Super bad experience. 1 minute that s all I was asking. At the end they getting mad and crying excuses about wasn t their fault and it was !Service: Auto water leak repair

Fast and reliable service. They matched a coupon price for full synthetic oil change + regular check/fills, the first time I came and I ve been a customer ever since. Depending on time of day (i've come between 11-2 before) the service is done relatively fast considering. They offer a lot more than just oil changes which I didn t know before coming.
