It's Sunday I got to the store at 7:58pm and the doors were already closed if you look at there webside it says they closed at 9pm fayer I knock at the door the manager Mr. Joel said they were closed and that he was sorry but his computers were already down. I spend good amount of money since I have a commercial account with them to leave me at the front door and not help.

I very highly recommend asking for Jose. He is the best, caring and very detailed customer support employee I ever dealt with, especially if you need an HONEST assessment of your car battery a d alternator. The first technical tried telling me I needed a new alternator and battery. Just before that the AAA technician who jump started my car did a thorough check of the system and gave me a printout showing the alternate works perfectly and that the battery ( still under warranty at Advance), is the only problem. Jose replaced the defective battery only and everything for the past 7 days has been perfect. Jose is the best!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. No one here is willing to help to check and tell if an easy to check product will fit so people buy the correct one. Not to mention their products don t even work as advertised and then they don t even accept returns once it s opened which doesn't make any sense.So tell me how can you try a product without opening it?If you don t want someone to return something then help them in the first place so they can buy the rite product.

It isn't the right Advance Auto Parts location to go. Last Friday I called at 8:00pm and Leo picked up my phone call. He told me the store close at 10pm, I went by 8:20pm and they didn't allow me to get in because they were cleaning the floor and the store was already closed. Leo and his coworkers don't care the customers.

Everyone here is unwilling and avoids helping with battery install. Employees roll their eyes and give an attitude about everything. Never had this problem at any other Advanced auto store.

Avoid this place. Annoying workers who were unhelpful. They literally laughed when I asked if they could help at all. Couldn t have had a worse experience other than I got my parts on my own and replaced my parts on my own. These people suck at their job. You can tell they have limited experience talking to customers or people in general. Hope they go back to whatever hole they crawled out of.

Made a quick stop to buy a couple things. Walked right past a employee. Older gentleman with a hat. I forgot what exact part I needed upon trying to leave to get this info he finally greeted me. More to figure out if I stole something more than really help. Semi knowledgeable told me what I was getting wouldn t work because it didn t say my cars brand name on the label. Very insistent on saying it was wrong. I ve had this car for 10 years using the same product. I m pretty sure I ll be ok. Other than that. Clean store. A lot of product

Wow! What an amazing experience I have had at this store. I want to congratulate the company for having Joel onboard. He is friendly, professional and took the time to explain and even provided tips for my DIY car project. I left feeling comfortable about what I needed to do with what I bought. Will keep coming back to this store. Ty Joel!

The staff was great. Very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me to test my battery and alternator, and check for codes on the computer. They also made sure that I understood the problem my car had. Thanks for great service.

Don t allow them to install your wipers. They improperly installed mine and as a result my windshield is scratched. Their response was that it wasn t their problem. While they correctly installed the same wiper, they refuse to help me get my windshield fix or take responsibility for the damage their installation caused.

Made me drive 20 min because it was the only location working until 9:00 pm on Sunday, and it was also closed. Found 2 other clients with the same problem, so they should be more aware of these details as they are making clients waste their time.

Worst night ever. Battery died on me while I was running errands and thankfully this was the nearest pace to me that s open until 10 PM. Totally saved my life. Thank you Joel for being so helpful and so understanding. Thank you for your patience. Advance auto parts, congratulations on hiring such an amazing employee and human being! You guys rock! I had to visit this location at Paraiso Park several times this past weekend. I have to say that the service Joel provided was amazing, professional and caring. My ,son went back on Monday, and he was attended by Joel as well, and had the same great experience in this store. We were trying to help a close friend with an older model car, and Joel was so considerate and informative. Great service!

I was not impressed with the customer service. As a sales associate you are supposed to be helping the customer if they don't know something and working with them if somethingisn't clear to them. Not giving a bad attitude. I get we are all human and have rough days but leave the bad attitude at the door.

Fast service, they go above and beyond to get what you are looking for. They change and test batteries for free they also do free code scans for free. I really miss Jason the old manager good guy.

Shop anywhere else, the store manager is arrogant and unhelpful and in case you have a problem with a product you bought there, good luck because he will refuse to do what is right!
