The worst customer service experience ever. They survive because it is located in upper middle class/rich area. Rick Case Acura has much better customer service. I had two headlights with moisture problems. When I took it to the dealer one of them dried out the other one did not so they replaced it after 4 visits and 45 days later even though it was under warranty. I should have taken pics myself too which i did not. For the other one i was told by the service advisor they filed a claim which was false when I approached the service advisor Manager named JORDAN FERBER. At that time I only had one day remaining in warranty. He never apologized for the misinformation given to me by the service advisor, I felt like he was blaming me for everything. He was very rude, cunning and evasive about the conversation where he danced aroung the point i was bringing up and very unapologetic and acted like he was infallibe. At that time the weather was nice. But around christmas time the weather was bad and the moisture problem reappeared on the driver side but the vehicle was out of warranty. Not it is going to cost me $1532 which was manufacturer s defect.

Went to get a new vehicle and walked out same day with a new 2024 Integra thanks to Wen H and the rest of the crew at this Acura dealer. Was fairly good process, little bit of tough negotiating but that is to be expected. Lease/financing process, getting car, deciding which one etc was all very good though. Would definitely give more business when I go to either get another new vehicle down the line.

Service advisor said how worn my brakes are and needed to be replaced immediately. I ll put the picture of the old brakes and new brakes side to side for everyone to make their opinion. It was maybe 1/3 worn. Please Double check their recommendations before blindly saying yes to any service, they lack honesty and are looking for a quick dollar

Jordan Ferber is a wonderful representative of Acura service. He is always patient, answers all questions and offers any assistance that fe can. When our car wouldn t start on a very wild and rainy night, Jordan went out of his way to try to get us road assistance. Although the AAA was awful and promised to come, and we waited over an hour and a half, Jordan called and tried to push them and promised to arrange assistance by himself if the AAA was not there in 20 minutes. He always goes the extra Mile and we keep coming back to Acura because of his excellent service!!

From the moment that I arrived, Miguel (The sales rep) Greeted my wife and I very professionally and made the carb experience a breeze. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone to check them out. I'm from North Dakota, and I found the best repair technology here, which solved the noise problem of my car. I went to many acura before, but it didn't solve this problem! Their work is excellent, and so is my job consultant service. My consultant's name is Michael.I will come back again.

A professional dealership with considerate staff who sold me a new vehicle at a reasonable price. They also paid a good amount for my trade-in. Andrew Bryan was excellent; he assisted me with the purchase, moved things along, and worked hard from start to finish. As with any purchase, it helps to know costs and values going in, along with what you want and inventory available. This dealership was straight up with me. I'd definitely recommend them for the purchase of a new Acura in south Florida.

Service at this place takes forever. They have appointments set up. I had an appointment for my car as well. I was told that the service for my car will only take 1 hour. I got here at 10:15AM and it is currently 1:30PM.Not to mention that, I came here 2 weeks ago because I found something on my car that needs replacing. They needed a new part and the part had to be ordered. When I came in for my appointment, they had made me wait 1 hour to get nothing done on my car since the part came in cracked. I finally get my car, and it sucks that they didn't even wash it since I waited 1 hour and nothing was done, wasted gas to get here and time.

Anthony our sales rep was amazing! He was very helpful, made the transition painless, and did everything he could to satisfy my requirements. The finance man Jorge was brilliant and explained everything to the point. Lastly, Gilbert from insurance, found a plan for me that was better than what I currently had. My entire experience was hands down magnificent. No complaints. I drove out of there with the car of my dreams. Thank You Acura of Pembroke Pines. I will continue to be a loyal Acura member. Very pleased with my purchase.

Coming to Acura dealership to service my car is always a pleasure. My service advisor is Lucas Perez. He's amazing, with every visit. He's attentive to my car and keeps me updated on what's needed and important for me to continue taking care of my car. I wait in the waiting area. It's always clean and quiet. No crowds. Can't ask for more. Everyone is polite and helpful. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed at the dealership. The way I was lied to today, I have not experienced before in my life, in another leadership. I was offered a deal on an AWD that I test drove yesterday afternoon. I went home and the salesman called me this morning to follow-up, and offered me a deal in a FWD, that I rejected as that is not the car I wanted. Then he called me back, and told me that the General Manager had accepted my offer and was going to give me the car with my trade in for 12k miles/48 months, $480/month including tax. So we all went to the dealership, leaving work early, to find out that the car that was waiting for us was a FWD, not the car we test drove yesterday and made the deal on. I had heard bad things about this dealership, but being a loyal Acura customer, I decided to still give the dealership a try. However, I left the dealership feeling extremely disillusioned, and deceived. The only good thing is that I caught it on time and left. Beware!

My son Took my car for repair after a damage on my door by another car. Emilio went out of his way to get me the right repair/door replaced with the fault insurance. Emilio did an amazing customer service calling us to keep is posted on repairs and details of it. Finally he even picked me up at my house himself to pick up my car when done, because I didn t had a ride. This was a very good service from Emilio at Acura Pembroke Pines.

Very good car buying experience with Andrea(yuli). She was courteous, patient, professional and very helpful as I had a lot of questions and concerns. Scott and the rest of the team also made this a good experience. I would definitely deal with them again.

What a great place! I am not particularly fond of the car buying process, so I came into it with a bit of a negative outlook. I brought my friend in because she wanted an ILX. She was also very skeptical about the buying process. We were INSTANTLY greeted and attended to. Our sales consultant was Rodney. He was very professional, and an absolute gentleman. He was very detailed and attentive to all of our needs. He was patient and took his time. We never once felt rushed or hassled. This experience has definitely given me a different outlook on what it takes to buy a vehicle. My friend left with a lease on the car she wanted and at a great price. Thank you Acura of Pembroke Pines. Awesome job.

Today I went for my first servicing as I have an upcoming long trip so that it is ready of my trip. The service center guy was first ready to take my car for servicing and all but then he check the oil life and he denied saying it is on 50% and we only take servicing when it is 20%. I am having unlimited servicing with Acura for 2 yrs so I don't understand why I was denied the basic first servicing of my car irrespective of xyz miles or oil life on my car. Also, if you have such criteria then you should clearly ask all these questions while booking an appointment. You booked my appointment and I drive 30 mins on a workday managing my meetings and then you deny to take my car for servicing. This is not expected. I had a really great experience with the sales department when I purchased my car. But today's experience with the service center was really disappointing. I hope this review will be helpful for others too.

The whole crew at Acura of Pembroke Pines consistently exceeds expectations! Being an Acura RDX driver for the past 15 years is easy when the local dealership feels like your extended family. Considering the car troubles I recently faced after driving my latest Acura RDX for over 10 years, I could not have imagined such a pleasant experience. I was in great hands with Rayon Thompson as my service advisor, and Camilo assisting with the pick-up of my son from school the day my vehicle broke down. After learning more about the issues with my car, Andrew Bryan, who had been checking with me for over a year was there to assist with exploring my options and ensuring the best outcome possible! Every department, including service, sales, finance, and even insurance (Carolyn from Insurance Nation), far exceeded my expectations and I feel fortunate to have such an amazing dealership in the neighborhood that I can count on!

Worst Dealer Ive been to! This is suppose to be best Acura dealer in state or maybe country? More like the worst..I want to make it clear that not one step on the process of buying his vehicle went right. Day one, they had me stay 2 hours past closing with 2 kids in the car to only be notified the paperwork was for a whole different vehicle and I needed to come back next day, I live over an hour away! Once I finally took possession of the vehicle the gas tank was empty, I only noticed 15 min after leaving and already on the Turnpike. When the car was sold to me I was not notified it was not yet certified and only found out 2 weeks later after calling them about a only receiving one key fob ( also was not told they only had one at the time of purchase). So now over 2 hours of drive time on a work day for them to certify the vehicle that should have been certified before being sold, which verbally I was told it was. Then I had to make my first payment at the dealer after certification, which I also was not informed of, and now I'm getting phone calls from Acura saying payment was not received. I called the dealer and advised me to call Acura back, nothing they can do on their end. I called Acura and they push me back to the dealer and I'm Stuck in the middle. Is it wrong of me to have the sale process go as it should? This by far is not my first car purchase and I've never had to deal with such level on incompetence and border line lying.

I just purchased my vehicle from this company on Monday. The service at Acura of Pembroke Pines was excellent; we were greeted, and everyone treated us with respect. The person who oversaw my purchase was Joseph Pineda. He explained everything to my husband in detail and understood what we were looking for in the car. We are delighted with our purchase!

This has been one of the most pleasant and memorable experience I have ever encounter from a car dealership. Upon calling Acura to inquire about a possible trade and car, I was greeted immediately upon arrival, Sean Bradford had the vehicle I was looking for already available. David Campbell very professional and so kind and sweet made sure that my experience was a pleasant one. I met with Sam Nelson a Manager there and he also was very professional and took the time to assist me with all my needs and wants and took me from my 2019 Honda Accord Sport and right into a 2021 Acura RDX Base brand new and on a lease. Olivia the sales manager also play a part of my experience simply by just making sure that my experience went well and reassuring that if there is anything that I need I can reach out to her. I recommend anyone looking for a great vehicle and family experience on your journey to purchasing a vehicle Pembroke Pines Acura is the best and you won't be disappointed. Olivia, Mo, Scott, and Jose were all honest (yes, honest, believe it or not!), kind, patient, and professional. Too often I've seen sales personnel use emotional reactions to persuade their clients, such as getting upset when you try to negotiate the price. Not at this dealership, they were understanding of my situation and were willing to negotiate. We are planning to return real soon!

Made 2 trips from Miami. Made a handshake deal on a used RDX for my daughter. Promised to be ready by both Mike Duggan (20+ yrs at dealership) and Scott (26+ years at dealership). Showed up with my wife and daughter as promised, checkbook in hand. Bald tires, smell of smoke, none of the promised touch ups. These guys are jokers, go somewhere else.
