This is the best place to get your tires done in Parrish, Florida. Dalton went above and beyond in customer service to find us affordable front tires for our Infiniti convertible in just a few days. There is a nice waiting area also while your car gets worked on. As a bonus, they have a well-maintained complimentary air machine right out in front which is super convenient whenever my tires need air. Go talk to Dalton, he is so helpful and friendly!

This was my first visit to a Mavis Tire Store and I was very impressed. The facility was super clean and well organized. I needed to have my four tires balanced and rotated and a friend suggested this place. I was greeted by Joe a service representative who was very helpful. He explained the process and quoted me a price which I agreed to before the work was done and I was very happy at the quality of work which was done. I highly recommend this location.

This I my first time here and I am very impressed. The staff is eager to help you solve your problem and not just send you on your way. They were knowledgeable, charismatic, and determined for you to leave the shop happy. I can t recommend them enough. I had an issue with my tire and they told me it would be about a 30 minute wait to get it on the lift and it only took them 15 minutes. They assessed the problem and had me in and out in less than 30 min. I will be back for any other issues I have. Again, awesome staff and a welcoming environment. Can t recommend enough.

I was hesitant to take my convertible Jaguar in for new tires, and unsure about changing from Pirelli P zero s to Michelin s Pilot Sports and the guys listened to my concerns and confirmed my choice for the Pilot s. They did a great job, took time and care with my vehicle and I couldn t be happier! You always wonder what kind of service you will get these days and it was refreshing to see they have nice, competent people doing a great job. Thank You

Warranty work on some tires and Dalton took care of everything and explained everything perfectly. I needed new shocks and they had great prices and quick turn around. Gavin handled some paperwork this morning and I was in and out quickly. Glad to see there are still some businesses that are overwhelmingly customer friendly. Great job Mavis. I ll be back for sure. Highly recommend you speak with Dalton when you go in there.

The staff at Mavis today was very helpful. They got me in for an emergency tire repair and had us on our way in no time. The waiting area is bright and clean, and I couldn t be happier with their service today. I am so glad they opened this new location in our area! We will definitely be back!

After several positive experiences at the Parrish Mavis Tires & Brakes, new tires, rotate, repair, I'd like to express my appreciation to the staff. Each time I noticed that little extra attention to detail and after shopping around found the prices reasonable. I did not catch the two managers names but my technician today, Francis I believe, went the extra mile to rotate my tires correctly based on the condition of each tire and explained that to me. Next I plan to use them for oil changes. I didn't realize this, but the manager says that appointments can be scheduled online, I think I'll try that next time even though my no appointment wait time was not long at all, it's nice to have that option. Oh that reminds me. They have a work table like you'd see ay an airport so I connected my laptop and worked while waiting. Nice touch. Thanks again.

Love this place! Unfortunately, we have had two flat tires in the last two months but both times we had them fixed at Mavis. Their service has been excellent both times. On both occasions the tires were fixed fast, and the cost was very low.Great place to do business with, we can't be happier with them!

Edited to Add:Dalton in amazing! This is the second time I ve been in and he and the other staff have exceeded all expectations. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. I fully trust the staff with answering my questions and performing any and all maintenances on my vehicle! I do not feel as though I am being taken advantage of, as a woman and someone who is not completely knowledgeable on cars that is an extremely rare.One of the best experiences I have had in the customer service world. Waking up to a flat is the worst thing to happen especially right before a holiday when everything is closing early or booked. Called Mavis and spoke to Dalton who was informative and honestly looking out for my best interest. When I was looking to get the cheapest tire, he gave me a deal on a better tire keeping it around the same price. Even better when I got there he told me is could be repaired. They squeezed me in and repaired my tire. I highly recommend them.

They were honest and fair price! We were very impressed on the way they did not try to oversell and service was phenomenal. We are only here 6 months of year but they will be our go to! We have referred several people to this shop! Thank you!

I have been to Mavis multiple times now and have never had a bad experience! They are very professional and have great customer service. I am always pleased with how timely they communicate about what s going on and they always do the right thing. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and their staff to anyone with tire needs. Dalton helped me from beginning to end and was always very thorough and kind.

BEWARE DAMAGE TO BRAND NEW RIMS AND WAS NEVER TOLD.(More damage than in photos)Pros:Counter guy did an excellent job scheduling my appointment and as I sat waiting for 2hrs handled everyone like a professional.Since they could not fix my issue they did not charge me.Cons:Long wait timesDamaged to brand new wheels without notifying meCould not reset TMPS light was told to go to Ford Dealership

I called the store they were very polite the gentleman had to go check to see if they could handle my dually truck my F-350. He came back to the phone and told me his lips would not handle the weight can I find this strange is my lift in my garage will handle the weight of my F350 it also handles my F-250 which weighs about 600 lb left. I do wish places like this new businesses in our area would hire more trained people or do better training them. I will go on to another shop and never return to this one

Service here was pretty good until they dropped the ball by not submitting the paperwork for a tire warranty I had for my Corvette. I lost out on $600 and never received a call back from the Mavis management. Mistakes like that forces me and my fleet from have any of my vehicles serviced here anymore.

I borrowed my father's car and realized his turn signal didn't work. I was on my way to St. Pete from Sarasota. Charlie fixed my problem very quickly and I was so happy to get on the road again! THANK YOU! I highly recommend this shop!

This is the best tire shop I have ever been to my trucks new tires were mounted and balanced faster than any other shop out there. The crew was very attentive, professional, and polite. I definitely give these guys 10/10 best service I have ever had! Thank you Mavis tires!

Excellent facility for general auto repair work. Professional and honest, they don't add on extra services if not needed. I dealt with Gavin, who was excellent. I will be changing over my primary auto service center to this facility vs a competitor.

We brought our Equinox in to have have the brakes changed. After 52K miles, we thought it was time. Received a call from the technician (sorry we forgot his name but he was very nice) who informed us that we had plenty of pad left and didn't need to have the brakes changed at this time. After answering a few of his questions, we decided to wait. Who does this?! We were very impressed with the entire staff and the facility. Would highly recommend.

Went in for an oil change, and they noticed I had a lot of codes on my dash so they wrote them all down, did their best to try to explain them to me, and gave me the name and number of a shop that can help with them (electronics codes). Very kind and helpful.

2 women, 1100 miles from home...we couldn't have been more welcomed and pleased with the service & friendliness we received! Joe was quick & really put us at ease as he handed our flat tire situation. Awesome customer service!!
