Angela Pelaez at State Farm was amazing. She explained everything in detail and went over my options several times to make sure I understand. She was very friendly to the point that we became friends. She answered all my questions every time I called her. She explored all the options for me so I could get the most discounts possible for my insurance. She gave me a present at the end of the process.

I have done business with this agency for sometime. It has been very rare if not impossible for me to encounter someone like Jennifer. She has been uniquely blessed with being kind, smart, knowledgeable, with a tremendous amount of empathy for her customers and other human beings. We were thinking of searching for other insurance until our agent sold and we were transferred to this agency now not a chance thanks to the service we have received.
