Annabelle is the best, as a woman frustrated with car trouble she made me feel so comfortable and took great care of my car and I when I needed a new battery. She was efficient and took the time to educate me on some other parts and maintenance under the hood. My husband spoke highly of his previous encounter with her also. We thankfully live close and plan to use this location for all our needs.

I would just like to say Michael and Anabell went above and beyond to give me fantastic service. i am physically unable to put headlights in my car and they did it without any questions. Thank you again! you guys are great!

Mia was fantastic! Went in for wiperblades and she recommended a great quality pair and even put them on my car for me. Mia was very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend.

Chase B at the AutoZone was excellent. He walked me through selecting windshield wipers and installed in the rain. Great service and care. I would highly recommend them.

AutoZone in Parrish is my car's happy place! The staff is like the pit crew of friendliness always ready to tackle car troubles with a smile. From spark plugs to windshield wipers, they've got the automotive wisdom. It's like Disneyland for my ride, minus the long lines. Five stars for making car repairs feel like a joyride!

Mia went above and beyond for me after a full day of work only to find a dead battery when trying to start my car to go home. I got it started via friends and drove straight to Autozone hoping they would have my battery and be able to install it. I was impressed with her knowledge and empathy over my situation when I was afraid to shut off the engine for fear it would not start again. Your store is lucky to have such a conscientious young lady. We chatted a little and I learned how much she loves her job and strives to learn everything she can. Thank you MiaMs Pope

I woke up to what we thought was a dead battery in my car. We were able to jump it and drive over to this AutoZone. We were promptly greeted by Cody who helped test my battery, determine that was the issue, suggest a new battery and replaced the old within 30 minutes. This young man was courtesy, friendly and incredibly efficient. I will not only personally be back if I need anything in the future but I will recommend this location and him to others.

This is the only autozone i go to because all of the staff are so friendly, especially kody, hes always ready to help and knowledgable about vehicles. Even though this location is out my way i make it a point to come here because of the outstanding service. Thanks again!

This is my "go-to" auto part store-- today I stopped in with a battery issue and was helped by Jake. You have a great, knowledgeable, friendly associate in this guy. Fastest battery change I have ever had from AutoZone-- and I have only purchased batteries from AutoZones for the past 15 years. Very impressed with Jake---

Honestly, the first sales agent was pleasant, but not willing to assist me with my break light bulb change because he had some bad situation happen in the past. He did indicate that his coworker Annabelle might be willing to assist. She totally did! She was fast and efficient! Super helpful! Thanks, Annabelle for helping a girl out! Best part, now, I can do it on my own! Super happy with ANNABELLE!

I needed to get a car battery tested and Wyatt was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and methodical to test the battery which ultimately needed to be replaced. Very impressive, and Annabelle his manager checked in to ensure excellent customer service. Great experience.

Horrible experience. Poor customer service. Waited on a battery for 4 hours only to find out it was never delivered. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be satisfied

The young lady that took care of me was very helpful on the phone and also when I got there to get a new battery. The gentleman that installed it had it done in about 15 minutes. Very professional very helpful overall a great job.

I came in at 8:55 PM thinking that I would be the last customer of the day. Some guy showed up right at 9 PM closing, and the associates at the store not only sold him the tire patch kit that he needed, but we re also out on their hands and knees, helping him fix the tire after closing.This is incredible service in this AutoZone. I bought a headlight. I'm not familiar with how to put them in. Asked staff if he could help me and he said, "No. We don't do that." Disappointing. I did get it in the next day with my boyfriend FaceTiming me. But that little bit of help to pop the headlight in would have made a big difference for me since I was in an unfamiliar state and didn't have anyone local to help me.Headlight works great. Reasonable price.

My daughter's friends car was running a little rough. The staff at Auto Zone diagnosed the problem and helped her fix it. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall a good experience
