Easily the best garage I have visited in Panama City Beach.Mr. Woozencroft has been a big help to my vehicles and I on a number of occasions over the last 5 years. Each time he has been able to give a diagnosis and subsequent fix to whatever the problem was in a both time and cost effective manner.I seriously have never took my vehicle to this guy and had a bad experience.I definitely recommend Mr. Woozencroft for your vehicle woes...

Although we may not get our repairs done here since we have to be to our destination sooner than the part may arrive, we wanted to still leave a review because he was the only mechanic even willing to take a look at our car on such short notice and he even took the time to look up the part to inform us of the arrival time so we could make an educated decision due to our deadline. We are on a roadtrip and ran into car troubles, so you can imagine how much it means to us he was willing to fit us in and do so immediately. Even more, he was incredibly helpful! We wish we could get the repairs done here, but we're going to try to make it to our destination.

We came to Panama City Beach on vacation for the weekend and got an oil and filter change at this garage. We had a check engine diagnosis that helped us fix an on-going issue we've had for months with the car. Great service and mechanic really cares about his work. These people are extremely slow has had my car for 5 weeks and still telling me to wait. She I went to the shop my car was not even looked at and then he gonna ask me why I keep coming. The lady with the bad wig in the office acted unprofessional and out of line. They do not know much about customer service and the communication and service is terrible. They also added things to my bill that was not even fixed on my car. I would not recommend this place, do you research and find somewhere else.Service: Air conditioning

Calls were answered promptly. Clear answers. Very fair price and got the work done while we were in town. Couldn t be more happy with the work. Car is back in good shape for the drive home. I got brake pads and rotors installed. He topped off the coolant too.

This mechanic has no concept of running a business his service was horrible. I left my vehicle there for a simple service for 4 weeks my vehicle was there with no proper explanation. I had to take my vehicle with some parts in the back of my vehicle and paid the full over charged price....DONT GO HERE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

I m from Arkansas and vacationed at PCB. When I got there I noticed i was missing 3 lug nuts!The guy was hands down a dedicated and hard worker, and such wonderful and understanding people as well! If I ever have any problems again while I m down there, I would definitely recommend Woozencroft engineering!Service: Tires

I had a ujoint and carrier bearing going bad he had me fixed up in a couple hours and didn t rip me off for being a out of state guy.
