So I been trying for two days to get a mini van from here I didn't have the best experience at all. The older man there was extremely rude and very unprofessional, so I went and looked at mini van Honda Odyssey EX. It was posted on there Facebook the price was 11,995+TTT and a 2,900 +TTT for a down payment. So I went there with 4,000 down for a deposit way more then what he asking for. We started talking and I told him I have two source of income I receive SSI for my son and my son's father works full-time. After that he made it seem like he didn't really wanna deal with us anymore he let us test drive the van the he started talking about pricing, and he proceeds to start saying it's going to cost more and hiked up the pricing and made a comment" your little $900 something SSI check won't cut it, and your husband only has an id and his income won't be good enough which he never asked us what his income was. Then he started playing on his phone and being rude so we lefted , I was thinking maybe I'm a first time buyer with noone to co-sign for me and my husband not having a license. So today I called him today and told him my mother in-law will co-sign for me and her income is SSD and that's when he saids " we don't want to sell to you because your income is SSI and SSD and we don't deal with those kinds of peoplepeople" so I said if you would have been honest and told me that I wouldn't have called and waiting my time and he said "well the that's your answer and hung up". I give them a no star review if possible..... The worsted experience as a first time buyer....

Good experience here and we got the car we wanted and it's nice and runs excellent don't let the others bad reviews keep you from getting a good car here some of those peoples financial situation isn't fit to do car payments keep that in mind but our experience was smooth and salesman was professional and nice made everything easy to understand i definitely recommend giving them a chance .

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH TOMI AUTOS. They are the worst people to deal with. I was interested in a car they had and was told it was in perfect condition no issues or anything, got there and test drive the car and took it to my mechanic it had all kinds of problems and was running hot! The owner MILAN Also RIPPED MY LOAN CHECK IN HALF when I decided not to buy the messed up car. YOU CANNOT do that. The bank has to use that to pay off the loan if you don t use it. They like to Scam and rip people off ! Please be aware!

Recently I purchased a car at Tomi Autos. I rated it 5 stars relying on my experience with mentioned dealership. The most important thing for me was that I wasn t rushed or pressured into buying a vehicle, salesman went above and beyond trying to find a perfect car fit, which meets my families needs. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a reliable auto at a good price

I bought a car from here three years ago and have gotten nothing but great service from Milan ever since. He kept open contact after I bought the car to make sure I had no issues. When I had to do maintenance or your typical repairs, he has always got me into the shop in a reasonable timeframe and has great repair prices! I have zero complaints and would recommend Tomi Auto to anyone who is in need of auto repairs or looking to buy a vehicle.

I have been looking for vehicles for quite some time and I come here and Stas has always been the man that has helped me and he has conditioned to look for what I m looking for in a vehicle and always calls me when he gets something in that he thinks I might like. Hands down the best man to deal with! That is where I will purchase my next few vehicles! Thank you Stas for all your hard work and everything you do for your customers!

The most unprofessional business I've ever seen! Whata joke! I asked the guy about the most expensive vehicle on the lot... he answered his cell phone. Started playing on his computer. Never acknowledged my presence other than to tell me they charge the state maximum interest rate of 28.999%. They give credit to those who have none. DO NOT GO HERE! Unbelievably rude and selfish.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT get a car from this man.First time I got a car from him I was 16 it was in my mother s name and he sold us a complete Lemon soon as I drove it off the lot I had problems.It was a Mazda,tried to drive it out of town and it broke down he refused to let me get anything else or fix it so I left it where it was at so he could come get it but all in all he kept my down payment and I was Carless.6 months ago I decided to give the 15th street location a try because I was told it was owned by someone diff come to find out same man.Anyway this past Friday my payment was due I was out of town told him I would bring it by Sunday.He repoed my car Sunday morning about 2am and when I went to go get it back charged me for my car payment and 400 for repossession and didn t even have it a full 24 hrs.Paid the money still didn t release my car for 5 hrs because he needed my keys to go get the car.But you didn t need my keys when you came in towed it! Texted my phone being very unprofessional because my fianc� ask him why my car isn t released yet and hung up in his face.Some buy here pay here s are good but I wouldn t suggest this one! He didn t care about my situation he just came in got it no warning didn t contact anybody or anything.!He gets no star from me.And let me not forget when I got the car my mechanic saw a few issues and I had his guy sign off that these issues would be fixed and Milan kept my car for a whole day and nothing was fixed !!He does bad business I ll never refer anyone to him he is very unprofessional that s why he has someone else doing the sales !This is why he only has 3 reviews and I will also be going on Facebook letting people know as well as others who have had bad experiences with him and the cars

I would strongly recommend not to come to this buy here pay here they buy cars that have major damage do a quick fix on them and then have you sign a claus that you cant get your money stas the sales man dont no anything's about cars so he just selling you something he no nothing about Milan is a scam artist idk the other name but all of them work together con me out of 3000 DO NOT GO HERE I HAVE S3RVERAL PEOPLE THATS GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING I AM they need to be shut down .

Good people. The location is in a tight lot across from a horrible smelling sewage plant. Parking space is none existent.
