Came in for a 4 wheel alignment. The clerk was friendly and prompt. The service was excellent and speedy. Quality and service mixed in 1! Great work and great environment, always a go-to for my needs! Clean lobby to match! Awesome!

Xavier worked with me and my work schedule to get me serviced. I had the guys mount and balance my 4 new tires, at which point Xavier provided a great deal for. They also confirmed my tires were 6 years old. Following the service my car rides soo smooth, I couldn t be happier. Service took maybe 45 minutes to an hour. If you need any tire services I highly suggest them.

I went in to have the four tires I bought independently mounted and balanced. I called ahead to get a quote on how much I would be charged and they charged me $20 more than what I was quoted despite them knowing I have custom rims and oversized tires prior to giving the quote. Not to mention I had to wait 3 hours for a mount and balance when there was 5 bays open and only 3 in use with employees just standing around. Not to mention Xavier sent me away the first time I walked in because he assumed something was needed that wasn t when all he had to do was look at the lug nuts and he would ve been able to plainly see they were normal standard lug nuts requiring nothing special to be removed.

Horrible customer service . Manager or if he is owner even worst , has no idea about customer service , hole conversion we had filling was I was doing alignment for them and I changed they tires . So instead of answering your questions they will ask u what u think they did wrong ? After spending 830$ and planned to spend another 400$ next week didn't even deserve a AIR in flat tire . In the end of this wonderful experience they called me child , for manager I'm 40 and I don't think u too much older then me , and told me they don't have to do nothing for me . Good luck in business with that type of service . So in the end of visit alignment is done purely , wheel is not straight , crack in front alloy wheel . And a cherry on top u asking them to change your tires they gonna offer u air filter ? Why u end up checking air filter when car came with flat tire only ADULT MANAGER knows .

What a wonderful experience! Ken was awesome! I was in and out with a new set of brakes at a price less than anyone else in town! It was such a great experience! I will be back for all my services at this location!!! You can always tell a well run operation when the process is seamless for the customer!

Great place. My teenage daughter needed a oil change just got her license. I have been doing business with this shop, I trust them. She went there got her oil change Ken and his team made her feel comfortable I am grateful for a place where I know they will do great service and take care of all my family and friends automotive needs. Awesome Team

I had this ongoing alignment issue with my 2011 Toyota sienna that I ve taken to other alignment shops that took my money and did not fix it. Tire kingdom was recommended and the guys did an awesome job, my car is aligned and is now literally driving straight. Thank you guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Went in with no appointment set and they still took me in right then and there. Very very friendly staff and amazing service. Fixed the issue with my car in 20 min and i was all good to go. I loved the friendly staff and amazing service i will be coming back. Thank you so much. :)

I can t remember the last time I had a great experience at a car repair/tire shop. From the initial booking, to being so understanding and kind about my tardiness for my appointment due to work, to not making me feel badly about my car missing a wheel lock key for the flat repair of my tire, to offering me the opportunity to come back at the same time the next day to repair my tire - I have not experienced such professional and kind attitudes at a service center in ages. Definitely my new go-to and would recommend them to anyone in the area!

I just bought a new set of tires from a shop near fort Lauderdale. Two weeks later on my way back to Texas the tire is leaking. The gentlemen at this location fixed the issue promptly and efficiently getting us back on our way much faster than I expected. If I was local to the area they would be my go to shop. Thanks guys!

This place was phenomenal. I came in to get new tires and they had exactly what I needed and got started on it right away. While waiting in the lobby I got to talked to some very interesting people and overall my experience was extremely enjoyable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs new tires.

HIGHLY recommend! Excellent work - caring customer service, quick turnaround. I had a leaky tire on Sunday of a holiday weekend - Tire Kingdom didn't just answer the phone (which most didn't do) but got my tire repaired and back on the road quickly and reasonable priced.

Super friendly & helpful staff. Told them what I wanted, they gave me a price and ordered the tires. 2 days later got a call my tires were in, dud a drive in no appointment and I was out in less than 90 minutes with front end alignment & 4 new tires.

I absolutely love Tire Kingdom, their customer service is amazing, any issue I have with my car I can bring it to them and not have to worry. Also the Manager there, Ken is super friendly and looks out for his customers. 10/10 I would definitely recommend

Came in for a full inspection after new tires had been mount and balanced by a different place. They had to re-balance them & then they found out I had a loose front end tierod issue. They replaced it and were amazing with their quick findings and replacement(maybe an hour and half from time IN til completion) of my tierod. I HIGHLY recommend this place on 23rd street in Panama City!Wonderful job guys!

On vacation I picked up a nail where it couldn't be patched. These guys had a hard to find tire in stock. Got me in hours later and out the door at much cheaper than the dealer could have. Quick, professional and clean crew.

Went last minute to Tire kingdom before they were closing up, and I had a flat tire. An amazing gentleman by the name of Xavier, who got me in fast and sorted my issue with no hassle despite my timing being close. Needlessly to say, I was able to get my tire replaced and was treated like a premium customer. I've used this tire kingdom as my go to for the year and no regrets. Highly recommend for car needs here.

Would give ZERO stars if that was allowed!!! BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! All they do is LIE LIE LIE!!! Will NEVER return here!!!! Most UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER EVER!!!!! This place is a joke, save yourself and choose pep boys right down the road! Had me in and out in 30 mins!!! Oh and didn t try to sell me things I didn t need!!

Ken Price was great with communication and quick to schedule my husband s vehicle for new tires. My husband has a difficult work schedule and Ken made sure to be prompt with scheduling and even had vehicle complete within just a few hours. Highly recommend! Also, great pricing!

Can t recommend enough Tire Kingdom in Panama City. The quality of service I received and money I saved without sacrificing quality of tires was amazing. If you need tires or service on your vehicle I strongly recommend checking these guys out. Ask for Ken!

I was actually stranded in a parking lot with a completely flat tire. I called them, and they were even backed up, but he told me if I could bring the bad tire to him, he would get one put on asap, and that s what he did!! Amazing place & wonderful people! I will use them anytime!! Highly recommend!! A++++*THANK YOU SO MUCH KEN!! You Rock!!

After dealing with 15st for 2-3 weeks, I took my Jeep to The Tire Kingdom, and found out one of the tires was bad on top of one of my rims, something 15th should have easily spotted!Tire Kingdom had amazing customer service, and if I'm ever in town with any issues, this is my spot for sure?

I have a hard time finding places I can trust being 19 and a girl that knows nothing about my car, but these guys always give me direct quotes, explain and show me what s wrong, and don t pressure me into my purchases or maintenance. Always come here when I have a problem, never leave with the same or a new one
