Perfect wash quality. Most places you have to do extra cleaning and drying at the bays but here your vehicle really does come out perfect. Michael is always very helpful and goes above and beyond every time. I m now on the club plan for the best wash, the Graph x4 and for a great price!

Every time when I come to PCB, I come here to wash my car. I like that they offer dry towels and cleaning spray. Also all kids worked today were very nice. I forgot to tip them tho.If anyone is reading this: consider leaving a tip for the kids.

Can t speak for all branches but *Austin Shepard* at the pcb branch was excellent to deal with and helped me through all issues and membership questions. Highly recommend and have brought friends and family to this car wash now because of the great service.

THIS PLACE SUCKS..AND I'M A LOCAL...We bought a brand new SUV, and got the monthly plan. After 3 month, we noticed swirl marks in the paint. The body shop said stop going because we needed a new paint job. I called to explain what happened and and to cancel our membership. No even an apology. I'll definitely be following up with the Better Business Bureau and the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce.!!

Brought my brand new car to Florida for the first time. Salt and bugs oh my! The nice gentlemen working took time to pretreat and clean the bugs before I went through the wash. At the vacuum bay they provided towels and cleaning solution for me to clean my interior after using their free vacuums! This will be my forever go to when we come down each year! (I chose the $25 package)

Took my new car through this location to have a dent put into my vehicle that was less then 3 weeks old to me. Upon going to the store the first guy was nice enough and took me to the booth to look at the cameras which you can clearly see my vehicle goes in with out a dent but the guy working the camera looks over the video for 3 mins and says I didn t come off the track and that nothing hit my vehicle but you can clearly see my car shake in the video. First guy says he wasn t happy with the other guy not looking closer to the video and will contact me back. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven t heard anything back from anyone!

I have used Tidal Wave in the past and had great results. I definitely recommend it to family and friends alike. My whip (2016 Toyota Avalon) shines like it just rolled off the Toyota lot. Keep up the great work and offer more specials to members in the future.

Reasonable price (ordered the top tier wash), car looks great and has held up over two weeks later.Self service vacuum and cleaning stations are great and at no additional cost

Best Car wash on the planet!!! I ve told all of my friends and family that if you want an awesome wash for an awesome price you BETTER GO HERE!! Their monthly plans are amazing!! Unlimited washes for either $20-$25 a month with UNLIMITED!! I drive a 4x4 and tires get it dirty but sometimes I come through twice in one day! Staff is sooo friendly and amazing. Two employees have been there over 20 plus years so must tell you what kind of company and owner they have. I pulled up on Halloween and girls were dressed to the hilt and even at Christmas spreading the joy for weeks with great attitudes. Even if my truck wasn t dirty I still come by just to say hey and brighten my day. Thanks Speedy for being who you are and also #850 strong after Michael!! Your amazing!!!!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us choose a package and navigate the payment screens. While traveling we had gone through a landmine of large bugs in Alabama and after about 2 days of baking in Florida heat, the attendant paid close attention and basically prewashed the car before going through the wash. I was very happy with the level of care and quality she gave to my car. 10/10 would recommend.

Wash was alright and quick, but did not completely clean my car (see pictures), it's just tree pollen, nothing overly sticky or anything... Also noticed not really much water flow, the only time I saw water was spot free rinse. As I was leaving I noticed the car in front of me still had visible soap all over the back of their car.Unlimited vacuum, and floor mat washers were nice though.

The people there are GREAT!!!They make sure you get what you need!They are all very niceAnd the provid towels and spray cleaner!They also assist the handicapped!!!Wash is great too!

I have a monthly membership and use it one or two times per week. Keeps my car looking good. Never a long wait.

Open till 9pm & if u go anytime after 815 the workers tend 2 be not very pleasant. But enjoyed the disco wash.

Overall okay.There are a lot of other supplies and tools that other automatic car washing providers offer that Tidal does not. The cart that has the micro-fiber towel and glass cleaner is nice but that's about it. The towels seem to have a film on them, so I'm not getting a full clean. The attendant stated the glas cleaner is safe to use on the entire car, including interior but the bottle doesn't tell you which materials it works for. Not everything is a one size fits all. Lastly the vacuums are terrible. While they have good suction, the attachment is not adjustable making it hard to get certain angles, leaving much of the car not swept. I'm glad I could try Tidal but will be canceling after this month the unlimited car wash after this month.Service: Vacuuming

There is always superior customer service and a foolproof shine. And their vacuums really suck ;) The microfiber cloths and window cleaners are fabulous. The only thing that's missing is a car mat cleaner, but we still give it a 10/10. Just came in for vacation. Rained on us on way down so decided to run through wash. I will say it was a nice place with workers present.. but the actual car wash ability was sub par I think a pressure spray alone would have done just as well. Save you $17.

Great car wash. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Free vacuums that just keep running with really great suction to get all of the grains of sand that your children bring into your vehicle, because let s be real for a minute. I recommend it.

A great wash! The brushes all seem very soft, and it does a great job of not only getting it clean, but getting all the soap washed off and dried! Staff there are very nice and personable. The GraphX4 wash leaves a really nice gleam!

It had every thing you needed to clean the inside of your car. I had lots of sand on my car after going through the car wash I was so surprised how nice and clean my car came out. They had the best micro fiber towels and cleaning spray to detail the inside and outside of your car.

**photos won t load. The car had less than 100 miles on it when this happened. I am meticulous with it as it is my first car. There is absolutely NO DOUBT that YOUR COMPANY CAUSED THIS. You kept me out in the sun when your manager was running an extremely high fever right when covid hit. You stated that every once in a while some damages to vehicles have occurred and that it has cost you 15,000$ recently and that if it was the case that your car washes caused this we would be in big trouble. Due to your reply to my honest review and am contacting a legal team to proceed further. Also- NEVER was a stick ever mentioned. You literally said sand must have blown over the hood.So upset in Speedy Car Wash owner s customer service lack of accountability and a condescending arrogance Background I was so excited to sign up for the speed pass to keep my pristine two-week old RAV4 nice and clean I ve never had a new car before. Imagine my shock after I ran through the wash and get home to discover these scratches on the hood! I assure you, they were not there prior to the car wash. It appears something must have been in one or more of the hanging car wash curtains when my car went through the wash. Ugh! I contacted the owner, Jimmy, and after a he initially laughed at me on the phone that this could not happen, we set up a day and time to examine the damage. The day we met, let s just say it was a strange interaction. Jimmy never stopped talking about how unlikely it is that this damage could have happened at his wash, quoting his years in business and the daily number of washes. Nevertheless as he was non-stop talking, he and his manager, John, were attempting to buff out the scratches with Meguire s polish and a micro fiber cloth. Several scratches looked better yet the larger scratches were still there. Jimmy said they would need a buffer but he did not have one. When I proposed I would bring him the bill after I get the scratches get buffed out, he said he was not taking responsibility for the scratches and would deactivate the speed pass and refund the money for the speed pass.This could have worked out so differently if Jimmy did not have such a condescending arrogance and had taken a more compromising approach to the damage. Instead, Jimmy is so worried about the reputation of his car wash that he is unwilling to find an equitable solution to a situation that is probably more common than known in these curtain-type of car washes. I will have to use money that I do not have right now to get the scratches fixed and I will move my car wash business to another vendor. Good luck to anyone else out there, especially women, who have to deal with Speedy Car Wash and especially the owner Jimmy.

Excellent customer service. Courtesy staff and owner. Great location and value for a car wash. Vacuums, clean towels and window cleaner is always accessible.
