Charles is the consummate pro. And the thing about people that are outstandingly good at their work is that it is not work for them, it s a passion. Charles has had other careers, and he chose to work with cars because he s passionate about them. He is not a mechanic in the traditional sense you could eat off the floor in his shop, it is immaculate and it s no surprise. He is meticulous in his process from the environment of the shop to Charles himself and his approach to the work. It s a calling. He takes his time and a lot of pride in doing the work right, without shortcuts. He s observant of things you may never be. He also genuinely cares about keeping you, as a driver, safe on the road. I am so appreciative of him and the work he does I almost don t want to let the secret out! Simultaneously, I want him to be wildly successful! Take your cars to him, you will be happy. Took my BMW in for a 2nd opinion, I was told it needed a timing chain replacement. After he inspected it, the timing chain had already been replaced and it was a different issue entirely! Went from $4800 in repairs to HALF that amount! Very glad I was able to get the car in to his shop and really I will take it here first for anything else! Great work!

I have known CJ for around 6 months now and I must say, what a fantastic and knowledgeable person to work with. I have a 2016 Lamborghini Huracan that needed some repairs when I purchased it and by chance I was introduced to CJ through a mutual friend. His work quality is top notch and he is extremely accommodating with scheduling and work time frames, his prices are very respectable and the results of his efforts show. Quite frankly if I didn t know about his shop in Panama City I don t really know who I would have turned to.Overall he is a great technician/engineer and his talents never stop amazing me. He has been able to handle everything that I have needed with a smile, and for that I sincerely thank him.V/R Rich Sama (Yellow Huracan)

I work at Battery Source, had a gentleman came to get his battery changed in his key fob, as we were talking he let me know he works at Shapard Automotive, I got excited because I have been having AC issues. He went above an beyond to answer what maybe the problem. Meanless to say he didn't pay for anything at Battery Source I paid for his battery replacement, just because this gentleman helped just by providing starting points of what maybe my problem. Then he returned to the store not only did he just take a look at my car, this awesome man fixed my AC. A true blessing to me! My car is black, we live in FL. and we are in the middle of a heat advisory stage. I asked this gentleman how much did I owe him for his kindness, and he said nothing just glad I was able to help! I recommend this company not only do they provide great customer service, but to offer kindness, and to go out of the way on his day off, was over the top for me as a customer service worker. Again I can't express how grateful I am to this gentleman, and I don't know how I could ever repay him for his act of kindness, other than let the world know how amazing one of many workers that works for this company. People like this will gain my business, and also recommend this company any day. Again thank you so much!

My sister recommended Shapard s to me and I m so glad she did. Conveniently located in town of 390, exceptional BMW service for a great value. Charles is very friendly and honest; he explained everything to me in a kind and thorough manner.

I was looking into my BMW M4 and was interested in getting a tune and changing the exhaust system out. Shapards automotive is hands down the best spot to go for all your car modification wants. I gave my stock 2015 BMW M4 and had a dinan tune and dinan dual exhaust valve installed. I had the car returned to me cleaner than it had ever been, running smoother than before and upgraded the entire driving experience. For any of your car needs I recommend going to Shapards Automotive. I am very piticular about who I use for service on my vehicles & always a little nervous when i use a new company. I was VERY pleased on the service that they preformed & their workmanship ! They even made sure that my vehicle was washed before they delivered it back to me ! This is the type of service & trust that you do not find anymore!
