Very helpful staff. My only complaint is when I asked a employee about maybe bringing back the premier chocolate/ peanut butter flavor. Instead of checking on it for me. I was just told I'd have to order it online. I don't understand that part. I spend at least 500-1,000 bucks a week with y'all. Can yall please bring it back.

Litterly can't reach the tire center for anything. Paid them to switch tpms sensors on all 4 tires. Brought the car back home and the whole under carriage and the plastic is not bolted in and rubbing all over my tires. No one will answer my calls and can't reach anyone for the fix! Whole joke. Feels like they did this on purpose to purposely destroy brand new tires in order to con you into buying more. This doesn't even begin to cover the ridiculously long wait while in store.

I went last week to get a new battery. I was greeted and helped by Santiago at the desk inside. Yes, the side door is locked and has a big sign that tells you to go inside through the main door. Due to the overwhelming amount of thieves in this town, they had to lock the door. One way in and one way out.Back to Santiago. He gets 5 stars from me for his excellent customer service and his ability to keep his composure whilst helping multiple customers. He came out front and got my car, had the battery replaced and settled my bill, and then returned my car to me in the pull through in under an hour. Good job Santiago, and thanks to your crew for getting me back on the road in a very short amount of time.

I went to get 4 new tires on my Chevy Silverado 2016 when I went there everything was ok with the car no lights on because of sensors or tires when I got my car back after them putting the new all terrain new tires it was not showing one sensor and I told them in the moment. Guy told me run the car for 30 min and it will come back on I did that and here I am still with that light and sensor not showing and light on my dash I went to Sam s club tire and then didn t fix nothing at all I m really upset because I just got the car from the dealer and everything was working perfectly and that happened there really unprofessional also my tires were all messed up showing the sensors in not were they were supposed to be

The tire department in Panama City has the most rude employees. Yelled at me for walking in because door was locked. Have to take my mother, with her leg in a cast, to the front of the store, get her a scooter to ride to the tire place to get tires. No sign saying you could not walk in the pit. I was trying to get the employee's attention then when I did he was rude. The lady that works at the register area yells all the time. Every time I go to the pharmacy, she is chewing out someone. We left and took our business on buying 4 new tires somewhere else.

Great price, I made an appoint, and was done within 39 mins with great tires, outstanding warranty, I wish I had known how great this place was for tires years ago!!

Bought a battery. They couldn't /wouldn't install the battery in my Ford escape. Wasted 3 hours when they should have known they were incapable of handling the job from the start.

Terrible customer service skills. Can t even tell me if they stalk the tire for my car. The. Proceeds to complain about looking it up. It s time to cancel my sams club membership. Horrible company

Refused us service at 5 pm because they were too busy and closing at 7. We were stuck there with a flat tire and ended up seeing that "too busy" was just one car left.

Best to have an appointment. Got in and got out. Granted, it was just a flat repair, but was glad it didnt take long.

Poor Sam's club employee's in tires are constantly being overworked and yelled at/fussed at by rude customers. Sad to see.
