We were working with another RV dealer to purchase a 2024 RV. The other dealer was not communicating with us and could not provide details about when/if the RV we wanted would be available. RVConnections had the model we wanted and we were able to get everything done remotely except signing the contract, in one day.They are easy to work with and very low pressure dealership. Tonya was great to work with. The delivery of the RV was well done with a thorough walk through of the RV with explanations of all the systems.I would buy from them again.

We had a great experience at RV connections purchasing our new Brinkley 3610Z. Drove about 8 hours to this dealership because of the service that Kent and the team provided. They even encouraged us to stay over night so we could be sure there was nothing that we needed help with before leaving. I felt that the team did a very thorough job of not only inspecting the RV before turning it over to us but also helping us understand all of the features and how to work everything. Adam from the service team was amazing. What a great guy! He made sure we completely understood how to use our brand new Gen Y Gooseneck and the leveling system. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new RV purchase. Thanks to you all for making it a great experience.

Wanted to give praise to the team at the RV Connections Panama City. Kent, Steve, and Bob made our transaction easy and comfortable. No high pressure tactics. We came all the way from Tampa and traded a 2017 Airstream for a 2024 Brinkley Z3100. Hard to say goodbye to the Airstream but this Brinkley is a game changer for us. Thank you RV Connections!!

Bought a used 2021 Keystone Cougar fifth wheel from the Panama City, RV connections dealership last week. What a great experience! It started with Don, our salesman, who from my very first, and many more phone calls was extremely helpful. Since I live in NC, Don sent me pictures and answered my questions over the phone. Next, Steve in their finance department, helped us get the short term loan we needed, again over the phone. We drove down from NC to pick it up. Both Don and Steve were ready to help us the moment we walked in the front door. Once all the paperwork was completed, Don arranged for Bob to do a thorough walkthrough showing us how all the systems worked. Don even gave us a gift card so I could get a few things needed to get started. They helped us hook it up for the first time and off we went. The service didn t stop there! The following week, I had several questions about the fifth wheel, which were answered every time I called.If you are looking for a new or used camper, call Don at Panama City RV Connections. The dream team! What a great experience we had in trading in our 2019 TT and purchasing our new Brinkley z3100 from RV Connections, Panama City. The minute we spoke with Tonya (our Sales rep) she took control and we knew we were in great hands. Every email, every text, every communication was responded to quickly. Took our RV in for some repairs at the Panama City RV Connections. Cody was assigned to take care of our needs we gave him a pretty long repair list and he was able to take care of everything. He kept me informed weekly of the progress with our camper repairs and was always available to take my call. His professionalism was on point as was the entire staff at RV connections. We have bought 2 campers from RV Connections over the last 8 years and will definitely be a lifetime customer.

Very professional business with a home town feel!They cover all the details especially for a first time buyer.The grounds and facilities were clean and organized without any junk sitting around unlike other RV sales locations in our area.Overall a great experience!

Absolutely exceptional! We were trying to purchase a 2024 Entegra Esteem from another "close-by" RV dealership and we finally saw that was going to be a huge mistake! I had heard of many horror stories about RV dealerships and this was definitely not the case with RV Connections. I have tried to come up with some points of improvement for them, and I don't have one. From the GM, Sales Manager, Scottie in the Service Dept, to Cole our salesman, they all exceeded our extremely high expectations! Our motorhome we were purchasing had not yet been PDI'd, but we did have a third party inspect the motorhome. RV Connections fixed EVERYTHING prior to delivery and didn't charge anything extra. They are customer focused and I would put them up against any RV dealership in the country. My advice, buy from a locally owned dealership and not a big RV franchise. We are so glad we didn't make that mistake!

This 5-star rating goes to ADAM in the service department. We purchased a new 2023 Tiffin Phaeton from Cole. He was quite helpful and made purchasing the coach very easy from 450 miles away. There were no surprises on the pricing and settlement. Cole was going to be off the day we took delivery and had Kent lined up to help us. They were both very pleasant and professional. We took delivery on a rainy morning and had to drive 450 miles home as first time owners. Before we left, Adam talked us through several key tips for the drive home. He also gave us his cell number and said to call if we had any questions at all. We made it home that evening after a careful and anxious drive back. Just as we pulled into our neighborhood, Adam called and wanted to make sure we made it home safely. It s like he knew exactly how long it would take us to get home under those conditions. Again, he wasn t our salesman. He is in service. Over the next few days we were learning the coach and had a couple of questions. We reached out to Adam and he replied immediately. 5-stars isn t adequate to rate the level of service and care we experienced with Adam. He s a RockStar in our opinion. Thank you Adam!!

We met with many dealerships to find the right Travel Trailer. Went to both the Panama City RV Connections Dealership and the Dothan Dealership and both places treated us very well. We eventually bought our Forest River Rockwood Mini from the Dothan just because they had the model we wanted but you could not go wrong with either one. Top notch salesmen and staff! Cannot say enough good things about them.

I was interested in a 5th wheel that was listed for sale at $49,995. I completed the online trade-in for my unit and was given an appraisal between $34k and $42K. After not hearing from the salesperson for several days (no news is bad news), I contacted him. He told me that the sale price went up by $2k and that my unit estimated value was $32K. I asked why the changes? The unit went up because they realize they had a low profit margin, and my online appraisal was computer generated. I'm out!

We were looking for a particular year and model of 5th wheel (2018 Grand Design 290bh) and could only find 6 available nationwide. A seventh popped up at RV Connections in Panama City FL but no pictures yet. I contacted them and spoke with Don Hasty. We spent a few days with Don sending pics and answering all of our questions. Problem was logistics, we re in Pennsylvania. I also needed to get my F-150 set up. I ordered new mirrors and a RAS suspension they they would install along with an Anderson hitch with turnover ball.Gave them a deposit and two weeks later headed off to FL. Finished the paperwork after a full inspection of the unit. They let us stay in their lot for 3 nights with Warner and electric while they worked on my truck. They told me while we re in it to make a punch list of everything that needs addressing. Over the three days they repaired 7 items at no charge, gave us a ride to the Enterprise for a car and were extremely nice and hospitable. Between Don, Scotty (service mng), James (mechanic), Joe (lot mng) and Steve (paperwork) we could not be happier. Rode like a dream on our 1100 mile trip home. Thank You RV Connections for being what most RV dealerships are not! Excellent

We found our dream RV here for $6,000 less than any other regional offer! All of the staff were knowledgeable and very nice. Not pushy at all! They will help you make the right decision for your camping goals and budget.The salesman we bought from was Don. He was awesome, made the whole process so smooth. He even let us haggle a little bit, which is definitely part of the fun. We ve never gotten the RV serviced here because they re backed up, but the service department has always called me back to answer my questions. We ve had our Keystone RV for a year and are still very happy with it! Thanks y all!

Don Hasty from RV Connections made everything about trading for the Cougar 5th Wheel fantastic. I really appreciate the patience Don had as we decided on the model as well as the patience he displayed as we waited for my trade to become available.We ve already camped in the Cougar, everything seams to be working great, the floor plan is perfect for us, and maneuvering the Cougar is exceptional.RV Connections was a great find.Thank you for everything,Steve Bruining

Found the 5th wheel I wanted at a major chain. I wasn t impressed with the price or service so I jumped on Google. Found one here much lower and it already had the 2nd air conditioner. Reached out and got a response from Tonya who walked me through an extremely easy purchase. I needed a rail system and hitch installed which was ordered and installed by the service department.No complaints at all with my experience. I will definitely be back for service and another trailer when it s time. They are worth a drive if your not local.

The whole staff was warm and friendly throughout the process. Even when a small issue with the camper was noted they were extremely understanding, supportive and quick to assist me. My Fianc� and I Bought a Used 2019 Entegra Esteem 29V Class C RV during the last few days of 2022. The dealership went above and beyond to meet my timeline and everything in the coach works like a dream on delivery(contacted them for the first time the day before I picked it up!). Made the 7hr drive back from Panama City to Fort Myers and everything s still perfect so far. Planning trip out west soon and feeling ready to go without hardly lifting a finger . salesperson Kent was awesome. Made the deal a breeze. When Delta cancelled my connecting flight en route to pickup the coach, I had to reroute. He and the finance manager stayed past closing to deliver the coach and explain how everything worked. great price and great service. Highly recommend.

Zero stars! We took our Tiffin Allegro Bay 34 XB in for several small repairs including repairing 2 drawers that were sticking and not latching, the front privacy screen stopped working on the auto function and there was no manual override, one sunscreen needed to be reattached, and the outside basement door kept popping open. We left with one item fixed and the "diagnosis & estimate for repairs for the other items. I did not request diagnosis, please just fix it, I knew it didn't work! The sevice rep explained it was like his pen, he took it apart and said it's broke and can't be repaired but needs to be replaced but they didn't know if they could just put it back together and fix it. They charged for 1/2 - 1.5 hour for each item to tell me it needed replacement not repair and they repaired 1 drawer for a total $650.00. TOTAL RIP OFF Our outside basement door won't stay shut, swings open when driving, they charged 1.5 hours of work for what? We now secure with duct tape! Their original charges were close to $900 and when I complained and totally refused to accept that, they reduced it to $650. Avoid at all costs, they are there to take your money for nothing in return.

I bought my Airstream at Rv Connections and the experience I got was unbelievably great! We got the trailer delivered from Panama city to Palm Beach, they were flexible to make the deal happen. We had some bad luck with the trailer when it arrived and RV Connections stepped up and told us to get it repaired at their own expense. They did not let us down at any point to get our issues fixed. Don Hasty our sales rep was professional and courteous to make a completely remote transaction happen, picked up the phone every time I called. CO England dealt with our issues for repair and with the dealership that fixed it. Overall A+++ I would and will send my family and friends there. BTW: I don't often take the time to do good reviews like this but those guys really deserve it.

Our air conditioner went out in the middle of the night during July. I called several places looking for a replacement. The parts dept at RV Connections was great. They were able to advise on what would work best to replace the old unit and had everything in stock that we needed. My husband and I installed the new unit the same day and were able to have a wonderful and relaxing evening . We are so thankful for all their help.

Could not be happier with sales and service! Shaun treated us with respect and care. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and not pushy! Service had our new 5th wheel ready and our pick up prepared to tow in less than 24 hours after we decided to purchase. Highly recommend you take a look here before you purchase.

Parker is a friendly and knowledgeable sales person. We got a great unit at a fair pair proce. Bill showed us everything we need to know about our unit and helped us get outfitted for adventure. All the folks here are very helpful with no pressure. You don't need to shop anywhere else for a better deal.
