Been doing my tires with these guys for close to a decade and they always do great job. A family owned and run establishment that deserves the local business more than these big name tire companies. I've seen Mike go out of his to to ensure the needs of his customers come first! Small businesses may have a bit higher prices from time to time, but isn't it worth an extra $5-$10 bucks to know you've put it back in this community. I'd give them 10 stars if they would let me

Came here after D and D scraped up my rims. This is my new mom and pop tire shop. Affordable and fast. They've also had great customer service.

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!Way overpriced and bad customer service.I had two little punches and tire rotations.The invoice amount was unreasonably high. When I told the manager that I payed much less at other places for the same service (about half this price), he said "next time you go to that other place and don't come here"!!

They are always doing a great job at reasonable prices. I take my truck there for tires, brake jobs all services work. They are excellent!

I got there on a Friday 15 minutes till closing. I would be mad myself if I worked all day in the heat .Prices are all ways fair and good tires as well. I had two tires in less than 15 minutes. I have never had but GREAT things to say about Royal Used Tires...

This was the only shop in town who had my correct size tire after a blow out coming into town for vacation. Everyone here was so caring and helped me get a new tire quickly so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. This will be my go to place if something were to happen again.

Always attending to customers right away. I have nothing bad to say about this place. They are very kind and respectful with professional manners. I would ask for a gentleman named Ethan whom I had worked on my vehicle and was fast, friendly and timely manner with accuracy to the best I would say.

I usually don't do reviews cause most the time I've been disappointed here lately ....but my trip and experience was way passed excellent customer service ...way pass! They not only gave me a great price on a used tire but the owner went way and beyond that !I was just thinking where are all the good people and God showed me and the folks here showed out ! Thank y'all for helping me with my tire ...abd I guess restoring a little faith too !

Brought my workvan there because I had a screw in the front tire, and a slow leak in the back. Paid them $50 plus $10 tip for the repair. The next day noticed I had a tire woble at hwy speeds and my tmps light came on. Double checked everything at that point. Front tire still had the same screw in it in the same place and my back tire still had a leak also. Seemed like they really didnt do anything. Turns out they didnt, this was verified by the next tire shop I had to take my van to for actuall tire repairs. They said there was no plug or patch made previously on either tire.would not recomend unless you want to spend money for nothing

Mike was very helpful, he was exceptionally kind to my girls who were there with me. He completed 4 tire replacements and other damages that he noticed. Great looking tires, and they all matched. Highly recommended

Every NEW tire I buy from here ends up with a slow leak . Recently got a new one and a piece of brake equipment was in the tire. I m almost definite they are rigging tires to fail so you come back. But just don t angry old man ignores you . Just look at the shop from the outside and walk in and see how bad it is.

Incredibly done within 15 minutes. Great tire. Great customer service.Shout out to receptionist. I wasn't having a great day until her kindness cheered me up. Would recommend for anyone looking for a small business or anyone just needing any help with their services and tires

Awesome service, friendly staff! Reasonably priced, nice used tires. About 10 minutes was how long it took. I brought my tire in but they do offer mount and balance for free.

Horrible customer service. Owner is so rude and very unprofessional he yelled and said I won t serve you go somewhere else all I parked my car close to the service area and I don t see any No Parking sign there. How come you can talk to the customers like this very much disappointed

Best Place for New and Used Tires in the city! Best service and prices and the staff is friendly and fast. I will be using Royal for my tire needs for the rest of my days. Thanks guys, way to show Bay County how customer service is STILL #1 in some businesses.

Professional service. They were the only ones that would help us with our flat tire on a Saturday morning. We showed up and they helped us immediately. Thanks so much. You are great guys. Highly recommend. We were traveling from PCB to Missouri and had 2 flat tires.

You won't find a more honest and down to earth business man than the owner. Been doing business with him now for almost 10 yrs. and sending him business too. I am cautious and won't send my female friends anywhere thatI have doubts about, but I've sent them here with no concerns. Good people!

Unfortunately the 2nd used tire I've had to get in the last two months. My daughter has a knack for finding nails that make the tire unrepairable. Luckily found this place when looking for used tires on Google maps. So glad I did. They had the tire I needed when I called. Got there, gave them the tire, was gone within 10 mins! Amazing service. Hope I don't have to get another tire anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely be going back to Royal Used Tire Center. Definitely would recommend!

After the final blow with Pep Boys cancelling my appointment for a new tire, which they lied to my face saying they called to tell me(which they never called, emailed or anything, and they had all the info), I drove to Royal Tire Service, recommended by Pep Boys as the closest one, and let me tell you! At first sight I was hesitant. It wasn't nothing fancy, no lifts, just hand Jack's and a couple of cargo containers for bays. Needless to say, I had the best experience here with courteous service and waiting a whole 10 mins from start to finish. Highly recommend Royal Tire Service and yes, sometimes simple is better!I'll be back for sure!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I bring all my cars here to get tires. Mr mike has went out of his way several times for me! I ve been in there quite a bit lately and I always feel welcomed. You ll always have my business!

Top notch place! Good selection and if they don t have them in stock they can literally have it the before lunch the next day. Not to mention the quick service. Everytime I choose to go to a chain/corporate tire place, idc if I m just getting them to look at my check engine lights, I always end up being stuck for 2 hrs, but not here, was in and out with new tire installed in under 10min!

Mike The Greek is an awesome man and his wife is such a lovely lady. My tires which are special because I drive a hellcat red eye wide body challenger. I love my car and of course mr. Mike had to order my tires. They came in the very next day and the service is excellent. I highly recommend ROYAL USED TIRE CENTER. They have or can get brand new tires also

4 tires replaced in 30 minutes.Update... took girlfriends car there for a tire patch with the spare on the vehicle. They had it fixed and the guy even mounted the fixed tire on the car within 5-10 minutes.Y all got some good hustlers up there turning around cars fast and I appreciate it, no appointment needed and in a great price range. Will be back again

Before you come to Royal Used Tire Center, make sure you have the money upfront for everything you need to get done to your vehicle because the loan service they use, Acima Credit, is nothing but a SCAM!! I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran on a fixed income. I got a loan for 936$. I paid 161$ a month for three months and went to check my payoff, and my bill was over 1000$. What they don't tell you, is that if you don't pay your loan amount in 90 days or less, your loan amount will double. What a SCAM!!! And to make matters worse, the owner is a Disabled Veteran himself. What ever happened to HONOR, COURAGE, AND COMMITMENT? Make this place your last last last resort.
