"When" I finally got my tires the guy at the desk, guy that changed them where really nice, professional and quick. However if it hadn't been for Tevin Rhodan at the desk I would've just got my payment back and went to Tire Kingdom. I Spent less $ and got the job done in one day with them. With RNR I paid on Sept 14th just got them today Oct. 4th bought 5 tires they only had to order 1. The supervisor didn't even talk to me when I came in when he's the one I called about it. Will never recommend. Horrible service from the (higher-end) they need to learn costumer service and integrity.

You may want to think twice before dealing business with this company or this particular location. They allowed someone to work under my son's name. That was not my son and the whole shop knew about it. So if they allow that kind of crookedness to happen, what else are they doing?

My experience at RNR tires today was hands down the best tire service I've yet to see. They have a great selection of tires and a friendly team that got me in and out the door with some brand new tires at a very reasonable price. Thanks RNR

Yesterday my tire blew out on the bridge. I called RNR tire stressed completely out and Fig answered the phone. He was so helpful and calm and assured me they could help me as I had no spare tire or even a jack in my car. They drove to my abandoned car, swapped out the tire, and drove me to my car. They handled everything for me and even gave me a finance option which really helped for the holidays. Tevin, Sabrina, and another guy who sadly im not sure of his name right now were all so helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely be buying my next set of tires there. Thank you guys so much for helping me today!!

I've bought 2 sets of tires from here in the last 5 years and will continue to do business with them... the guys I've dealt with show the true definition of customer service.. 100% recommend doing business with Alex at the Panama city location.. appreciate it Rent n Roll

I'm so very happy with my new rims and tires! Tevin was the best! He is hands down the best person to see if you want some new rims and tires! He is so very patient, very professional, informative, kind and all around the best employee there. I was surprised that he isn't the manager. He might as well be with how well he handled business!

Went to these people to get tires on my rims they bend the rims and man handle the tires on the rims now the tires keep going flat and they tell me there s nothing they can do that IM LYING AND NOT TELLING THE TRUTH we ll here s a video

This is 1 of the worst stores to deal with. I've dealt with RNR in the past in Mississippi and never had an issue with them. This store here lacks communication with the customers and employees. This store has very poor management. They as have had thefts working there and I know from experience. Thank God the girl don't work there anymore. Just take some advice don't deal with this store in Panama City you will regret it.

Kirk is the best! He took his time and made sure I got exactly what I wanted as well as the exact needs of my car. I've never had better customer service from anywhere else in my life!

I ve been through atleast 8 tires since dealing with them in the last few months. No im not always traveling nor do I speed or do dumb things in my car im really convinced I ve just been given defective tires repeatedly

I was told I couldn't rent because of where I live but 3 people in my town are renting rims from there right now. I can pay cash though and I will be tacking my business elsewhere.I guess I can't even get an explanation

Ordered a set of 5k dollar rims and tires asked to have them put on when I was off from work I was told no that I had to come back the next day at 12:30. I called that Thursday morning to confirm my appointment dawn picked up confirmed my appointment and amount I needed to bring to get install. I arrived and was told by Jill that my appointment was at 12 and I would have to return the next day after driving 45 mins from 30-a to the tire shop I explained I couldn t take off work again and I wanted my rims in time for jeep jam I was told to bad I was the only customer inside the shop and there was no line yet after spending 5 Thousand dollars on rims the shop wouldn t make time to do the install when they bad no other customers. so I called later to cancel the sale I was told sure and it was canceled they offered no apology or try to save my business I wouldn t recommend this tire shop. now my weekend is ruined and they missed a 5 Thousand dollar sale when my rims could have been installed in less than 30 mins as they already had them mounted on the tire. very disappointed will be selecting a different vendor in the future I suggest everyone do the same.

I was on vacation in Panama caught a screw on tire was then told the tire was in bad shape needed to be changed. I called RNR claimed they were giving me a deal in actuality they gave two tires no where near the size they were supposed to be so on my way back to Georgia my car was pulling and shaking took it to my local mechanic and soon found they put a tire with a hole in it on my car so me thinking I was being safe by getting the changed I was really in danger the whole way back cause they just changed a bad tire with a worse one. Worse experience ever don t go here and I don t even do the review thing. You have been warned!!

I personally loved the experience of the general manager I went through to get my tires on my truck! I told him what brand and style I preferred and he was sure to tell me the pros ans cons of my choices which lead me in the right direction to purchase. He stayed well over his shift to install so I didnt make a wasted trip due to tires coming in late. Tyler W. Is a excellent salesman. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Tyler

I'll be buying my tires from them from now on even if I'm strictly paying cash. Very nice people and went out of their way to get me on some good safe tires. As long as you do the same as cash option it's not really any more than anywhere else and I have the piece of mind of knowing my tires will be replaced and have access to balance rotation and alignments if I need it without anything else out of pocket. When you're a person with my bad luck that is a godsent. And the price you pay to get that is well worth it when you compare it to any type of tire replacement or service on them. Not everyone has the cash on hand to go out and buy a new tire much less four so I'm thankful for this place.

Phenomenal customer service soon as I walked in I have told him that the previous tire Kingdom tire shop literally open my box looked at my rims I did not even dry fit it or even check to see if it would fit they told me instantly did not fit the people here at RNR tire express literally have a phenomenal as customer service! And gave me a free dry fit saying if my rims will actually fit on my car and see what tires I will need these guys are so phenomenal that I don t even know what to say 100% phenomenal

I went here looking for two tires and for rims and what I thought would be a reasonable price. I can tell you that the customer service is good... they really do help you out and they're nice there, however, I can't imagine that anybody would want to pay over double for something. What should have cost about $1,400 cash price would have costed well over $2,800 on their terms. That's just crazy! I mean I guess if you just have to have tires and rims and don't care about paying double for them but I just couldn't go through with it.

I wouldn't advise anyone to buy rims or tires at rent n roll. Panama City location.I had been a loyal customer since 2016.In 2019 a little after hurricane Michael ravished Panama City, Fl in 2018.I was able to purchase four 28' rims and tires from that location.Had them installed in their shop while watching with own eyes. In process one employee putting tire on machine that would put rims onto tire busted his chin trying to put those big rims on.Felt bad for him. Also in process rims were scratched.For this they sold rims to me at company price that they paid for it.A couple months go by an I kept noticing that my vehicle rode rough not smooth. On 1 side. I had pin pointed what tire I thought it was.I would go by rent n roll an explain my concerns an how my vehicle would ride. Each time I was brushed off by the employees, I would get oh there is nothing wrong with tire, we didn't find any issues with tire.They did this all the way up to when my tire warranty expired and I had paid off balance before the 90 days same as cash price.Once I paid off balance it was like they were done with me an didn't offer as much help or concern as before.I had bought a tire online by myself and called to see if they would put it on since I had purchased rims an tires their. They straight up said no. We ain't touching that size tire or rims. Even though they are the one who installed them onto my vehicle.I ended up calling Rent n Roll in Dothan AL to see if they were able to put tire on rim.With no hesitation they said of course bring it this way. I set up appointment to have it taken care of.When I went those employees were very helpful and apologetic for the employees behavior at panama city location.The tire being replaced was the tire I had been complaining to the employees at rent n roll panama city location.I was informed the tire was defective an it should have been replaced under warranty with no problem. But that isn't what happened.Fast forward to today 2021, I purchased 2 more tires of my own. Called rent n roll panama city. To see if they can put on tires since I purchased rims their.I was told they don't do that size tire. I informed them I had purchased the rims their an that it was installed their at the shop.Lady who I spoke to said their tire machine didn't do that size tire. I said we'll that's a lie... you can see me in your system when I bought rims.She was not helpful at all. Told me in so many words,, to take it elsewhere, wouldn't program wheel sensor either even though they also had done this in past. But let me buy the wheel sensor from them.I will never bring my business back to that location.

Great service on first purchase. However second time around they screwed up my contract but assured me that they would fix it and the price would be exactly what I was quoted. Sent my wife in few weeks later to pay off account and they overcharged her. They never did fix my account and I have been given every excuse and still have not received a call back from them after several calls to them to resolve the issue.
