Hi my name is John I usually don't get involved in online reviews and such but I think the good people of this world needs to know this ! This is the worst business I've ever had to deal with! I recently had a wreck on 231 south in fountain FL where I hydroplaned and rolled my truck over several times before It came to rest in its side in the opposite side of the road! I was dazed and confused but alive! Some 45 minutes later a tow truck driver arrives to remove the truck from the road! Little did I know I was about to be taken advantage of buy a tow truck driver who is apparently drinking o something because he seemed to not really know what to do first! So they towed my truck to PC on West 19th st ! The next day day I start calling to recover my truck! The man on the phone said yes we have your truck I was so happy I say to the man thank you my brother so how much do I owe you I will come get out of your way right now as I'm sure it's not free storage lol ! The guy started adding and then suddenly he mumbled 643.30 I said sir you only had my truck for a few hours and you towed it about 25 miles max ! Wow how is this ok ! I was speechless for a few minutes and then I said sir you may have just bought a broken up Toyota Tacoma because I don't think I can make my self give you that much money for what you didn't do! And I hung up! A few minutes later he calls back and began to ask me about my insurance! I said why does it matter I'm still going to have to pay for it right now! I'm thinking ok you were about scam the insurance company now he's try to change the price a little because I told him that I was going to be paying for this out of my own pocket! Fast-forward a bit now I have some friends who are going with me to pick up my truck the man at the office says to call him when I'm close and I can meet you there but it will cost you another 50 dollars to open the gate! Ok then so we arrive with my driver,my cousin and his wife and too trucks the man at the office says wow you brought help ! Again I'm thinking that's right so please don't push me lol! Anyway as I make my way into his office to pay him and ask for a detailed invoice! He smells so strong of alcohol and cigarettes that it made me feel sick to my stomach as I asked him over and over to explain why it was so much! He could never explain it plus he threatened to make it even higher because I was questioning him ! So please beware of this company they are not some one you want to do business with! I paid my bill and got my truck out of there but I will never forget how these people were so eager to kick a man while he is down! There is no reason I should have hadn't to pay 650.0 dollars for a tow a less than 24 hours in storage with only 25 miles from the wreck site

I was here on Friday to pick up my car that had been towed and I d like to say that the price of the tow and storage was extremely fair compared to other companies I ve had tow my car in the past.

ZERO STARS!!!!! The absolute most unprofessional business I ve ever stepped foot in. They did body work on our vehicle and when we went to pick it up there was a new dent and scratch that was not there before. They denied it happened at their shop but we had an insurance claim with pictures of when the car first arrived at their shop. Even with picture proof that the new damage was not there prior to arrival at they shop they said it was not their problem and they weren t liable to fix it. I requested all documents with proof I signed saying their shop is not liable for damage done while in their possession and they weren t able to provide anything. STAY AWAY!!!Service: Body & Trim

WOW!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! It s funny how their name is Professional when they are NO WHERE NEAR THAT TITLE!! Now I m heading to report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!!! Oh and if owner gives a response it s a lie!!!! Oh and the picture above of this business is clean looking right?! Wait until you see it in person!!!! Trashy at its FINEST!!!! All they did was tow my car and lost my $311 key fob!! SO GLAD I didn t get it REPAIRED there!!!!!!! The owner refused to pay for another key that HE LOST and wanted to blame it on everyone else when HE ALONE HAD THE KEY!!!! If he doesn t even have $311 you best not take your vehicle there to be repaired or TOWED!!!!!!

Warning . Seek a reputable professional business for your auto repair needs. Worst experience I ve ever had. They had me drop my car off with an estimated 8 day job and it turned into 3 weeks and 4 days. No phone call to update me. Piss poor customer service. Unprofessional incompetent staff. Unorganized because I couldn t get simple answers to questions asked about delay on repairs. The owner would just throw an off the wall response and have to check the paperwork once called out on it. Did a sloppy piss poor incomplete job in the end. Cosmetic Repairs was still needed and they left my headrest unattached and thrown in the backseat with screws in the back window and floor. When it was brought to their attention, the response was we didn t do that,the glass company replaced the window But my vehicle was in your care. Another professional replied I seen that in the seat but I didn t know where it came from Really?! Doesn t take ownership for anything they re responsible for. Uninterested in customer service or quality service. My car was filthy from dirty dusty shoe prints all over the carpet and chalky hand prints all over and inside door panels. Unacceptable and disappointing to know the owner and his under qualified body mechanics conduct business in this manner.

I just got off the phone with this company and a man in the auto paint department was extremely rude and UN-professional. I called and very nicely asked for a price quote on painting just the hood of my car. He did not want to give me a quote and told me I would have to come in. I asked if he could just give me a ballpark figure because I was calling around and wondering where the best place was. He gave me a quote of $800-$900 for JUST THE HOOD! It was very obvious he wanted nothing to do with my business and was just trying to get me off of the phone. I will NOT ever go here for anything being treated like that.

These men are very honest and friendly. They are very eager to make sure you're sataified. They did an excellent job on my sister's Camry and it looked brand new! Very fair prices too.

Could never get paint to match, took almost two lights to finish truck. Truck was never finished. I just got tired of waiting and took it incomplete. Paint was chipping off within 2 months. Luck luck the truck was crushed by a dump truck and totaled so I got a new one. Never use again.1. Paint did not match. Obvious where repair were made.2. Lights did not work when reinstalled3. New panel did not line up4. Parking Sensors never worked again.5. Runs in paint6. Tape left all over the vehicle....

I took my friends car there an got free estimate they were very friendly. When we got the car back it look new again. Thank you for such a great job

I would never take a car here and have it fixed because my car was took there to have it fixed and they fix the back of it didn't wash it or clean it lets get dirty when I got it let's it with no gas in the car best price to fix your car because it wasn't running but come to find out it was not behind in Mission fuel pump it was just out of gas so charged me $1,627.10 oh don't forget to 10% so apparently he didn't know what he was doing he just wanted the money so if you're supposed to know what you're doing and you're supposed to know that you're a mechanic you should know what you're doing so you won't overcharge people and try to rip them off but if you ever want your vehicle fixed do not take it to that shop and the fuel pump at the Mazda dealership was $225 he charged me 600 just for the pump

shame, shame- again had NO idea our car went back to them after hurricane **UPDATE 2019 ** we also will do a police report , FTC Insurance fraud BBB, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and police and have insurance company follow suit- the are (I can't say how bad) our was &12,000 and their work $2000.00 sunroof use to close.holes where NOT there before.....
