Great service!! Very detailed oriented and reliable with their work. Riley and Brandy really looked out for me. Especially, Riley he went the extra mile every-time an obstacle presented itself.

I where s the 1/2 star? These jokers changed my breaks and oil a month ago. I already had to get another oil change . When I took my vehicle back so they could look at it and they said oh your good don t work about it . They didn t seem interested in my concerns at all and were quick to dismiss me. I paid an arm and a leg for my services they could at the very least address any issues that I had. I took my vehicle somewhere else and they confirmed that my oil was low without a leak leaving me to believe that they didn t fill it to capacity. DONT waste your money here!!!

Riley took the extra step to make sure that my battery needed to be replaced. He made me aware of the process and how long it was going to take. Outstanding customer service!

Took Mercedes GL300 for possible brake trouble. Tech inspected and advised no problems. Probably just noise because it set for long period. No charge for inspecting. Very pleased with the professionalism of staff. A less professional business might have performed unnecessary repairs just for the money. Great job Pep Boys!

Perfect purchase of tires with excellent customer service. Mom was really pleased with her holiday gift! Hope all stayed safe during the recent torrential storms. Many blessings to all for the New Year!

I came from out of state to buy a vehicle, but wanted to have it checked out first. They were busy but made time for me. Randy and Skyler (I think) were extremely helpful, courteous, and thorough. I wish they were in Atl so I can use their services back home. Thanks again guys.

No problem making an appointment. Courteous service at the counter. They diagnosed my problem and made suggestions for proper fix. No pressure to up-sell but did make some offers. They corrected the problem and charge a reasonable price. I'll go back.

Went in to get a price for tires, the old guy behind the counter when I asked about the sale didn't seem interested in servicing my needs. He gave me excuses about how he could not print out a invoice for what it would cost for 4 new tires under pepboys buy 2 get 2 sale. I felt very unwelcome and like my needs would not be met here ESPECIALLY if I had to address anything with pepboys later down the road.The salesman behind the counter had a cocky attitude almost like he just really hates working there... I don't think ibwould want that at my business I worked hard to progress and serve customers?...Anyway, I found a good price at Sam's Club and the people in the Tire Department there were very nice even though I waited almost 2 weeks for my appointment I was very pleased with how they handled my transaction unlike what I recieved at PePBoys.Hopefully... something will be done to make customers feel more welcome and for the salesman to do his job?... I am not holding my breath waiting.Very Disappointed

The old white man who parades as the manager is disrespectful and will try to add things to your bill you didn't ask them to do. He'll ask you to sign the cost estimate after the fact while it should have been done before doing any work. If you don't pay, they'll hold your car hostage. Workers are probably good but management is garbage. Avoid this place.

Mike Harvey was very helpful and professional. He did everything possible to get me the best deal on tires. As a retired military man, I would like to thank Mike and the Pep Boys technicians who service my suburban. They all done an excellent job.

Got tires and brakes/rotors all the way around for a really good price compared to other shops around town. I don't remember his name but the dude at the front was super chill and very helpful. Service was quick and I am very happy with the results. Definitely going back when something else goes wrong with my car.

I had my sisters car in for repairs for a overheating problem. The first time I had it towed there it cost me $250 plus repair. When they called and said the car was ready they said yes. I paid over $3000 to get this problem fixed. They said they fixed it. Now i did tell them to fix anything that needs repaired to fix this problem. When my sister got it home. Within a week the overheating problem returned. Once again I had it towed to pep boys for $250 again they said it was fixed. I paid over $1100 for this repair. While I was down there for vacation. It was 3 days and the overheating problem returned. They supposedly diagnosed it twice which was included in the bill. But yet the problem persists. Now I have to wait a couple weeks to get it towed and repaired once again. I figured you pay over $4100 it should be fixed right. I have been a pep boys customer for over 40 years. This is the 2nd place I have received substandard service. On another note apparently when my sister went down to get her car the first time they were rude to her. And again today when she called about her ac not working which was working when she took it there. I would like this resolved immediately.

This was one of the best vehicle service visits I've had to date. I ordered tires for my truck through the website and made an appointment for installation. When I went to the service center they were waiting and I was checked in within 2 minutes. Very courteous service person as well. My vehicle, plus a couple of trailer tires I had mounted were completed in just a few hours.

They were able to diagnose the problem with my car. They gave me an accurate estimate and let me know up front that there could be some issues fixing it. They were able to fix it with no problems. Great communication! I was also able to make a same day appointment. Overall, very happy with their service.

After having a giant bolt destroy a tire, decided it was also time to replace all 4 tires. As the rim/tire wasn't the most common, he explained it may take a day or two to arrive, but was able to give me a time frame and confirmed the price.Bruce assisted me upon arrival - the tires arrived the same day, and were installed and everything was perfect! They even included some new lug nuts for the vehicle too. They were all very professional, friendly and excellent fast service.The other places I called, said they would check the tire availability and would then call me back - NONE of them got back to me. Mike sorted all in one phone call! I will definitely be back next time!

Good guys. We ve used them several times for simple repairs. They are quick to get you in and out. We did have one issue that they couldn t resolve, but quickly informed us and didn t charge us for the diagnostics. Fair enough. We did have one warranty issue for a wheel hub at a Pep Boys in another state while traveling, but in the end, they did resolve it and fix it at no charge.

Bruce and the mechanics provided me with incredible service at a fair and honest price. When a problem was discovered while undergoing a brake service they knew what to do to fix the problem and incorporated it into the cost. You will not find anyone better to get you back on the road.

I'm not usually a difficult customer. But Mike went way above and beyond his duty as the manager of the PepBoys in Panama City, FL. No matter how difficult I made my tire purchase process for him, he was always very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Mike!

I arrived at my Pep Boys location with my vehicle on the back of a wreaker. I was only able to give them vague symptoms as my vehicle had just " shutdown" on me in traffic. The Reps were professional, gave me a basic understanding of what they planned to do & diagnosis the issue. They followed thru, identified the issue, advised me of the repair cost & then accomplished the repair in an expeditious manner. Overall very happy with service.

I have to start this review by saying that Bruce was very helpful. He helped me get through this ordeal. I would give him 5 stars for his kindness. I took my van here because the alternator was smoking. They looked it over and said it was cracked and needed to be replaced. The mark up on parts is ridiculously high here. At least a 2 to 3 hundred dollar mark up. Not happy about that. I am happy that they got me back on the road quickly. I am grateful for that. I had to apply for their credit card to pay the bill. Have to pay it off fully by the end of 12 months or pay 29.99% from the date of purchase. Not happy about having to get this card but I'm glad I had an option.

The guys at the Pep Boys off of 23rd street in Panama City FL are top notch. They are always super friendly to me. They try to get the best ways to fit my budge needs for my car. They have a little waiting room area and their bathrooms are always clean. I drive 30 minutes just to have them service my car. I ll be back!

I was on vacation with my kids and had a nail in my tire! I was able to take my car and got it fixed within an hour in Memorial Day!!! They were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them!! Amazing customer service!!!

Excellent mechanics when they replaced all my struts on my Honda CR-V. Next Job is my oil and filter. Can't wait.
